The sealing element executed with an external cone part, replying to the pump support lock cone part, and an internal cone part, having coning direction opposite to a coning direction of the external cone part. The case has top cylindrical part and bottom cone part, located inside of the sealing elements internal cone part. The sealing element internal cone part and the case bottom cone part executed with a possibility of hermetic interaction. The parachute-centraliser is a barrel shaped, fixed on the case top cylindrical part with the barrel walls directed to the bottom. The barrel walls have holes. A share pin located in the case top cylindrical part flush to the sealing element.

EFFECT: device allows to simplify design and decrease technology operation time during operation, cast cutting.

The invention relates to the oil and gas industry and can be used when casing pressure testing of tubing in the well.

Known packer containing cylindrical body with a Central axial channel and a saddle on the inner surface mounted on the body of the sealing element with the lower support and the spacer ring, the casing forming the inner surface with the outer surface of the casing annular space, the piston is placed in the annular space, a spring-loaded plunger associated with the piston, the valve site that is hosted on the housing seat and made as movable in the axial direction of the sleeve with reference crackers, shear element and seat on the top edge, the ball locking element mounted in the saddle sleeve, the housing provided with axial channels connecting the annular space with a Central axial channel, and the cutting element is mounted on the sleeve, restrict longitudinal movement of the ball element (patent RF №2125148, published. 20.01.1999 year).

The disadvantages of the packer are the complexity of the design, due to the large number of components, complexity of manufacture, due to the large number of technically complex parts, which leads to higher cost structures in General and, as a consequence, in the high cost.

The closest to the proposed invention the technical essence is a device for crimping the tubing, which comprises a cylindrical housing with a sealing element, the saddle. The saddle is made in the form of the upper end of the narrow Central channel pressing the clutch mounted on the string of pipe below the interval pressurization. The sealing element is designed as a spherical lower end of the cylindrical body. Top cylindrical body equipped with a fishing head. On the outer surface of the cylindrical body has a circular sample, in which the possibility of axial movement has centralizer parachute. The spherical lower end of the cylindrical body is made with the possibility of a tight interaction with the saddle. The centralizer parachute has great water resistance and has a clearance relative to the inner walls of the pipe string (RF patent for useful model №59703, publ. 2006.12.27 - prototype).

The known device has the following disadvantages. First, if the reservoir operated well, has a high permeability, the lifting device after crimping the tubing leaching appears to be ineffective due to the absorption layer of the injected fluid, as well as polluting as raised after pressurization pump-room the spring tube full of borehole fluid (water, oil), and in the spill, contaminated adjacent to the borehole area. Secondly, to extract this cone with the help of a safety device installed on the traction rope, special equipment is needed. In addition, because of the curvature of the borehole and deposits on the walls of the pipe string, zalamovanie cone is not always successful as possible tightening of the traction rope and, as a consequence, the accident in the well. As a result, the passage of special equipment is "idling", and removing the traction rope is made using brigade underground repair, resulting in additional material costs.

The objective of the proposed invention is to remedy these shortcomings, simplifying the design of the device, the reduction of the process time and reducing material costs.

The task is solved in that the device for pressurization of the column tubing, comprising a cylindrical housing with a sealing element and a centralizer-a parachute and the seat is made with the possibility of a tight engagement of the sealing element and seat according to the invention, the saddle is made in the form of locking the foot of the pump, the sealing element is designed with an outer conical part, the response of the conical part of the castle the foot of the pump, and with the inner cone part having a direction of taper, arr is the things the direction of taper of the outer cone part, the body is made with an upper cylindrical portion and a lower conical part, placed in the inner conical portion of the sealing element, the inner conical portion of the sealing element and the lower conical part of the case is made with the possibility of a tight interaction, the centralizer parachute made in the form of glass, attached to the upper cylindrical part of the body walls of glass down into the walls of the nozzle hole and flush with the sealing element in the upper cylindrical part of the body is placed a shear pin.

Device for crimping the column tubing is as follows.

Before pressurization of the column tubing from the well lift pump, with the castle bearing pump 1 remains in the column. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-producing industry, particularly to mechanical packers, used at operation of oil wells by electrically centrifugal pumps. Packer contains mine shaft with threads on butts and axial channel. On external surface of mine shaft it is figured groove, long slot blind below and open in top part of mine shaft. In middle part of mine shaft there are installed rests for cone. In top part of mine shaft by diametre there are implemented transverse slots, in which there are adjusting screws rigidly connecting mine shaft and rest. Under rest there are located sealing elements, cone and iron ring with ability of axial movement relative to mine shaft. In iron ring there are located toothed bowl slip sockets, guide pin and split keys rigidly connecting it to ring in axial direction. SUBSTANCE: invention can be implemented for pull-out of holes, for example for hydraulic break of beds (HBB) operated with one well. The hydro-mechanic packer lowered into a well on a flow string consists of a mandrel made in form of two pipes, of sealing elements with a hold-down device, of an upper anchor with a hydraulic drive, and of a lower anchor with a mechanic drive connected to each other with a bayonet joint. The packer consists of a mandrel with a shaped slot on external surface, where axial short and long sections alternate. Self-packing collar, downstream proof, is assembled on the top of the mandrel; a support is located under the collar. A pressure sealing element in form of an additional self-sealing collar, downstream proof, and a cone rigidly fixed relative to the mandrel are successively arranged under the support on the mandrel. Working hollow, formed between rod with piston and barrel, fixed on inner portion of shaft, is connected to above-packer space of well by radial aperture, made in barrel wall. Working hollows of upper and lower compacting elements are connected by axial channel, made in shaft and ring channel, formed between inner and outer pipes, connecting lower compacting element to the shaft. On upper portion of pipe through radial apertures are made and cylindrical recess, matching rod diameter, in which rod a plug is place. Outer diameter of upper end portion of rod equals outer diameter of lower rod portion.

SUBSTANCE: packer has body, in which electric engine, reducer with output shaft, connected to screw couple, which is connected to traction, having holding rods on lower portion with spring for transfer of axial force to central rod, having a shelf in upper portion as well as recess and cuts, and in inner portion - compacting rings and stopping nut, are positioned. Packer has shell, having conical surface on inner portion, special part with shelves, shear ring placed in grooves of said special part and holding segments, immobile bushing connected fixedly to special part. Packer has packer rubber, saddle, rigidly connected to special part, moveable flange and two cones, placed oppositely to each other, dies, moveably placed on cones, traction, jointly connected to dies, branch pipe, fixedly placed on body, moveable bushing, balls, pressed by spring and screw for connection of special part to shell, cable of rope, being a carrying cable and feeding electric engine via filament, shear washer, pressed by nut. When packer is removed, engaging assembly is utilized, which includes pusher, screwed on lower portion of screw couple screw, cut holder and cover. Through apertures are made on special part and moveable flange for connection of above-packer and below-packer well hollows.

FIELD: oil production industry, particularly means for dividing an annular space and a tube space in flowing, gaslift, and beam wells.

SUBSTANCE: packer includes shaft with outer bored surface and bead and sealing members supported by the bead. Packer also has air cylinder forming annular cavity together with packer shaft. Cavity is connected with shaft interior through radial channels. Packer includes anchoring means. Lower anchoring means includes cone with slips and slip holder having bored inner orifice and threaded orifices. Lower anchoring means rests upon the bead and is connected to the shaft by shear screws installed in threaded orifices of slip holder. Shaft defines inner bored diameter and includes sliding bush located inside shaft. Shaft is provided with lower and upper grooves for sealing rings receiving and with outer grooves for cams and additional shear screws installation. Outer grooves are located between lower and upper ones. Slots are formed below bead on outer shaft surface for installing cams with limited radial travel. Threaded orifices are formed on outer shaft surface above inner groove thereof. Arranged into groove are additional shear screws to secure sliding bush in its initial position. The slip holder is freely installed on shaft or is spring-loaded. Support-moving bush is installed in inner bored orifice of slip holder between shear screws and cams. Support-moving bush is provided with facet formed from cam side and contacts with cams along mating facets upon shearing of shear screws. Free travel between cams and end of support-moving bush exceeds shear screw diameters to provide shearing thereof. When sliding bush is installed in fixed position cams extend above an outer shaft surface generator to provide displacement of support-moving bush and cut of shear screws. When sliding bush is located in operating position cams are located below outer shaft surface generator and move in radial direction into outer groove of sliding bush to provide free cam movement under support-moving bush and shear screws.

EFFECT: reduced number of lowering and lifting operations and breakdowns in the case or packer separation or during packer pulling out of well.

SUBSTANCE: device has body, made in form of branch pipe with elastic collar mounted on it, expanding assembly with cone, shear element, gear, lowered on pipes column into additional casing column and interacting with expanding assembly from above. Expanding element is positioned in upper portion of branch pipe and locked with its cone directed downwards, gear is made in form of pusher in lower portion and anchor assembly in upper portion. Pusher is made in form of hydraulic cylinder, made with possible pressure from above on expanding assembly and provided with piston and hollow rod, which is connected to piston rigidly, and to pipes column - hermetically with possible upward axial displacement. Anchor assembly is made in form of dies, mounted on hollow rod with possible radial movement outwards during movement of hollow rod upwards relatively to pipes column. Shear element holds hollow rod relatively to pipes column during lowering into well.

Hydraulic chamber cylinder is mounted with possible displacement relatively to rod and hydraulically connected to inner space of device. Body of anchor assembly is provided with sockets, in which spring-loaded dies are mounted, which are activated by hydraulic effect formed in tubing pipes column, on which device is lowered into well.
