Active component represents compound or mixture of compounds, having the following formula: {R4-m-N+-[(CH2)n-Y-R']m}X-, (a), where each R is hydrogen, short chain C1-C6, poly(C2-3 alkoxy), benzyl, or their mixtures; m = 2 or 3; n = 1-4; Y = -O-(O)C- or -C(O)O; sum of carbon atoms in each R1=C11-C21, for each R1, which represents hydrocarbyl or substituted hydrocarbyl group; and X-anion compatible with softener; or {R4-m-N+-[(CH2)n-Y-R']m}X-, (b), where each R is hydrogen, short chain C1-C6, poly (C2-3alkoxy), benzyl, or their mixtures; m = 2 or 3; n =1-4; Y=CH2, -NR-C(O)-, or -C(O)-NR- and each Y is same or different; sum of carbon atoms in each R1 minus (n+1), when Y is CH2, is equal to C12-C22, for each R1, which represents hydrocarbyl or substituted hydrocarbyl group; and X- any anion compatible with softener; or (c), where each R, R1, and A- have values given above; each R2 -C1-C6 alkylene group; and G - atom of oxygen or -NR-.

The technical field to which the invention relates.

The present invention relates to compositions with fabric softener, which are stable under the conditions of freezing-thawing.

The level of technology

Traditional liquid compositions with fabric softner is presented in the form of dispersed colloidal particles fabric softening compounds. Compositions with fabric softner formed from a dispersion of colloidal particles with complex, unstable patterns. Because of this instability, there are many problems associated with traditional liquid compositions with fabric softner. The main problems are: physical instability at high and low temperatures; when frozen they irreversibly transformed into gels; it is difficult to obtain a composition exhibiting good dispersibility in the drilling fluid, the deposition on the fabric and raspadaemosti from the distribution of the container of the washing machine. Poor dispersibility leads to uneven layer softener on clothes and in some cases leads to the formation of spots. These problems are compounded by adding odorants.

Physical instability manifests itself as salustiana composition during storage to the state when the composition ceases to flow, and can even lead to irreversible gel formation. The gel formation can also occur in RAS is realitalia container washing machines, when the temperature of the container increases due to the supply of warm water. The present invention attempts to address these and other needs.

The invention

Suddenly discovered that there is a composition of fabric softener, which can overcome some of the disadvantages known from the prior art. The present invention relates to compositions with fabric softener, which have excellent sleek properties and also exhibit an excellent stability when stored at low temperatures, excellent regeneration by freezing-thawing and excellent raspadaemosti and dispersibility.

One object of the present invention is opaque added when the rinsing composition with a softening agent t is Ani, containing: (a) active component fabric softener containing from about 5% to about 30 wt.% this part, and (b) a polyol containing more than 5 wt.% this composition; the composition has a viscosity below about 500 mPas after at least one cycle of freezing-thawing; and an active component fabric softener includes a compound or mixture of compounds selected from compounds having the following formula:

where each R, R1and-have the meanings given above; each R2represents a C1-C6alkylenes group; G represents an oxygen atom or the group-NR-; and the polyol is a polyhydric alcohol, provided that the polyol does not include ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol or dipropyleneglycol.

Another object of the present invention relates to a method for abating tissue, including the stage at which dispense the composition of the present invention in the rinse cycle in an automatic washing machine.

Detailed description of the invention

A. the ACTIVE ingredient of FABRIC SOFTNER

One object of the present invention relates to active ingredients of fabric softener (FSA).

Compound complex diapir Quaternary ammonium (DEQA)

In one embodiment of the invention the active component fabric softener contains the connection DEQA. The DEQA compounds, suitable as active components of fabric softener in the compositions of the present invention include compounds of formula:

where each substituent R represents either hydrogen, a short chain C1-C6preferably C1-C3of alkyl, for example, methyl (most preferred), ethyl, propyl and the like, poly(C2-3alkoxy), preferably polyethoxylate, benzyl, or mixtures thereof; each m is 2 or 3; each n is from 1 to 4, preferably 2; each Y is-O-(O)C - or-C(O)O, each Y is the same or different; the sum of carbon atoms in each R1equal To C11-C21preferably C13-C19for each R1representing hydrocarbonous, or substituted hydrocarbonous group; valid to R1was unsaturated or saturated and branched or linear, preferably linear, and is acceptable for each R1were the same or different, and preferably the same; and X-can be any anion that is compatible with the softening agent, preferably chloride, bromide, methyl sulfate, ethyl sulfate, sulfate, phosphate and nitrate, more preferably chloride or methyl sulfate. Preferred DEQA compounds traditionally receive a response alkanolamines, such as MDEA (methyldiethanolamine), and fatty acids. Some substances, to the which traditionally receive as a result of such reactions, include chloride N,N-di(acyloxymethyl)-N,N-dimethylammonio or methyl sulfate N,N-di(acyloxymethyl)-N,N-dimethylammonio, where the acyl group is derived from animal fats, such as solid animal fat, or vegetable oils such as palm or unsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, e.g. oleic acid and(or) partially hydrogenated fatty acids, derived from vegetable oils and(or) partially hydrogenated vegetable oils, such as canola oil, safflower oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, soybean oil, tall oil, rice bran oil, etc. of the invention non-limiting examples of fatty acids are listed in US patent No. 5.759.990 in column 4, line 45-66. Non-limiting examples of preferred complex diapiric Quaternary ammonium compounds of the present invention include N,N-di(fallavollita)-N,N-dimethylammonium chloride (available from Akzo under the trade name Armosoft® DEQ) and N,N-di(caoloraczel)-N,N-dimethylammonium chloride (available from Degussa under the trade name Adogen® CDOP).

Valkirye of Quaternary ammonium compounds (PQA)

In one embodiment of the invention FSA contains the connection DQA. Connection DQA, suitable as active components of fabric softener in the compositions according to the present invention, in luchot the compounds of formula:

where each substituent R represents either hydrogen, a short chain C1-C6preferably C1-C3of alkyl, for example methyl (preferred), ethyl, propyl and the like, poly(C2-3alkoxy), preferably polyethoxylate, benzyl, or mixtures thereof; each m is 2 or 3; each n is from 1 to 4, preferably 2; each Y is CH2equal-NR-C(O)- or-C(O)-NR - and it is permissible for Y were the same or different; the sum of carbon atoms in each R1minus (n+1), when Y is CH2equal12-C22preferably14-C20for each R1representing hydrocarbonous or substituted hydrocarbonous group; valid to R1was unsaturated or saturated and branched or linear, preferably linear, and is acceptable for each R1were the same or different, and preferably are the same; and X - can be any anion that is compatible with the softening agent, preferably chloride, bromide, methyl sulfate, ethyl sulfate, sulfate, phosphate, and nitrate, more preferably chloride or methyl sulfate.

Quaternary compounds imidazoline

In one embodiment, the crust is asego invention FSA contains Quaternary compound imidazoline the following formula:

where each of R, R1and-have the above meanings; each R2represents a C1-6alkylenes group, preferably ethylene group; and G represents an oxygen atom or an-NR - group.

Examples of Quaternary compounds of imidazoline include: 1-methyl-1-tallulaelementary-2-eleiminating the methyl sulfate and 1-methyl-1-oleylamine-2-eleiminating the methyl sulfate, where R1is an acyclic aliphatic C15-C17hydrocarbon group, R2represents an ethylene group, G is a NH group, R5represents a metal group and-represents methylsulfate anion, available commercially from Degussa under the trademark Varisoft® 475 and Varisoft® 3690, respectively.

Cationic starch

One aspect of the present invention relates to cationic starch as the FSA.

The term "cationic starch" is used here in its broadest sense. One object of the invention cationic starch is the starch that is chemically modified to obtain a starch with a positive net charge in an aqueous solution at a pH of 3. Such chemical modification includes, but is not limited to the addition of amino and / or ammonium(-Oh) is Rupp(s) in the molecule of starch. Examples of such ammonium groups, not limiting the invention, may include such substituents as trimethylhydroquinone chloride, dimethyldiethoxysilane chloride or dimethyldioctadecylammonium chloride (see Solarek, D.B., Cationic Starches in Modified Starches: Properties and Uses, Wurzburg, O.B., CRC Press, Inc., Boca Raton, Florida 1986, pp 113-125).

In one embodiment of the invention, the compositions according to the present invention mainly contain cationic starch at a level from about 0.1% to about 7%, alternatively from about 0.1% to about 5%, alternatively from about 0.3% to about 3%, alternatively from about 0.5% to about 2%, alternatively from about 0.01% to about 5% and an alternate from about 0.3% to about 2% by weight of the composition. Cationic starch described Corona et al. in the patent application US 2004/A, publ. 14.10.2004, paragraphs 16-32.

The materials for fabric care based on a complex ester of sucrose

In one embodiment of the invention the compositions of the present invention may contain the material for fabric care based on a complex ester of sucrose, representing the FSA. Ester of sucrose may contain sucrose portion having one or more of its esterified hydroxyl groups.

Sucrose is a disaccharide having the following formula:

Alternative sucrose molecule can be represented by the formula: M(OH) 8where M is a disaccharide glycosides of the base and the molecule contains a total of 8 hydroxyl groups.

Thus, an ester of sucrose can be represented by the following formula:

M(OH)8-x(OC(O)R1)x

where x hydroxyl groups are esterified, and (8-x) hydroxyl groups remain unchanged; x is an integer from 1 to 8, or from 2 to 8, or from 3 to 8, or from 4 to 8; and the components of R1independently selected from C1-C22the alkyl or C1-C30alkoxy, linear or branched, cyclic or acyclic, saturated or unsaturated, substituted or unsubstituted.

In one embodiment of the invention the group R1include linear alkyl or CNS group with independently selected and adjustable length chain. For example, R1may include a mixture of linear alkyl or CNS components, in which more than approximately 20% of the linear chains are18or more than approximately 50% of the linear chains are18or more than approximately 80% of the linear chains are18.

In another embodiment of the invention the group R include a mixture of saturated or unsaturated alkyl or CNS components; the degree of ninasimone and can be measured iodine number" (hereinafter referred to as "IC" (IV) measured by standard method AOCS). Suitable for use in the present invention IV is in the range from about 1 to about 150, or from about 2 to about 100, or about 5 to about 85. The group R can be gidrirovanny to reduce the degree of unsaturation.

In yet another embodiment of the invention unsaturated group R may include a mixture of CIS - and transform relative to the unsaturated sites. The ratio of CIS/TRANS can vary from about 1:1 to about 50:1, or from about 2:1 to about 40:1, or from about 3:1 to about 30:1, or from about 4:1 to about 20:1.

In yet another embodiment of the present invention the composition contains oligodactyly material or a derivative of sugar. Polyhydroxyamide patterns, as described in U.S. patent No. 5.534.197, Scheibel et al, and No. 5.512.699, Connor et al.; connection of pentaerythritol, as described in U.S. patent No. 6.294.516; cyclic polyols and(or) the recovered sugars, as described in U.S. patent No. 6.410.501.

Cationic and aminosilicone

One object of the present invention relates to cationic or containing the amino group of the silicones, as described in application for U.S. patent No. 10/978 .942 filed 01.11.2004 (application P&G 9404); and published patent application U.S. No. 2005/0026793 A1, 03.02.2005, paragraphs 137-162.

In one embodiment, aminosilicone can be and is insertontime polymers with branched or unbranched structure, contains the following key elements:

(RlR2R3SiO1/2)p(R4R4SiO2/2)m[R4Si(L-NR5R6)O2/2]a[Si(K-NR7R8)O3/2]b[R4SiO3/2]c,

where R1, R2, R3and R4may, independently, be a (1) C1-C22branched or unbranched, substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbonous group, or (2) -O-R11, -O-R12, -O-R13and-O-R14where R11, R12, R13and R14represent N or C1-C22branched or unbranched, substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbonous group.

The term "SiOn/2" means the ratio between the oxygen atoms and silicon atoms, i.e. SiO1/2means that one oxygen atom shares two atoms of silicon. Similarly, SiO2/2means that two atoms of silicon are separated by two atoms of oxygen, and SiO3/2means that two atoms of silicon separated by three atoms of oxygen.

L and K, independently, can be C1-C22branched or unbranched, substituted or unsubstituted hidrocarburos group. Preferably, L and K, independently, represent a1-C12branched or unbranched, substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbonous group. More p is edocfile, L and K, independently, represents a C1-C4branched or unbranched, substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbonous group. More preferably, L and K, independently, represent a methylene, ethylene, propylene, 2-methylpropanoyl, butylene, octadecanoyl or 3-(2,2',6,6'-tetramethyl-4-oxopiperidin)propylene group.

R5, R6, R7and R8independently, can be H or C1-C22branched or unbranched, substituted or unsubstituted hidrocarburos group containing a Deputy with the nitrogen atom or another heteroatom. Preferably, R5, R6, R7and R8independently, can be H or C1-C12branched or unbranched, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl or aryl hidrocarburos group, oxygen-containing substituent and the nitrogen-containing substituent. More preferably, R5, R6, R7and R8independently represent H, phenyl, cyclohexyl,

phenyl, 2-amino-ethyl, 2-(N-2-amino-ethyl)aminoethyl, 2-[N-2-(N-2-amino-ethyl)aminoethyl] aminoethyl, 2-(N-phenyl)aminoethyl, 2-(N-diclohexal)aminoethyl, polyethylene oxide, polypropyleneoxide, a copolymer of polyethylene oxide and polypropyleneoxide, or a copolymer of polyethylene oxide, polypropyleneoxide and polyethylenimine.

Support the additional active components for bating fabric

The compositions according to the fabric care in accordance with the present invention may contain auxiliary active components for bating tissue. Such active ingredients may include one or more components selected from among the following: silicones, including those that have been described in published patent application U.S. No. 2002/0077265 A1 (Buzzacarini et al., 20.06.2002, paragraphs 51-57); clay disclosed in published patent application U.S. No. 2004/0142841 A1 (22.07.2004, Buzzacarini et al., paragraphs 74-99); fats and / or fatty acids (provisional application U.S. No. 60/621 .204, 22.11.2004, business P&G 9812); polyhydroxyamide structure described in U.S. patent No. 5.534.197 (Scheibel et al.) and US 5.512.699 (Connor et al); compounds, pentaerythritol and derivatives thereof, as disclosed in U.S. patent No. 6.294.516; and cyclic polyols and(or) the recovered sugars, as disclosed in U.S. patent No. 6.410.501.

In one embodiment of the invention the compositions of the present invention contain from about 0,001% to about 10% auxiliary active component for bating tissue. In another variant implementation of the invention, these formulations contain no or mostly not contain the above-mentioned auxiliary component.

B. POLYOLS

One object of the present invention pertains to adding from about 5% to about 50%, preferably from 10% to 35%, more preferably from 15% to 30% in Yola by weight of the composition. The present invention is based on the surprising discovery that many of the polyols can be used in commercially acceptable formulations with fabric softener, which have stable and exhibit good viscosity in terms of freezing-thawing, and also have an attractive safety profile. In contrast, such polyols as ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol and dipropyleneglycol may not be as secure as the polyols of the present invention, and therefore are specifically excluded. For example, ethylene glycol traditionally found in antifreeze and can be harmful, if not fatal, if swallowed, while the other can be considered safe, but in General are perceived as less suitable due to their applications in engineering.

In one embodiment, the polyol of the present invention is a polyhydric alcohol selected from glycerol, pentaerythritol, hexyleneglycol, glucose, sorbitol, sucrose, etc.

C. the VISCOSITY

One object of the present invention is based on the unexpected discovery of the fact that the composition of the present invention exhibits a commercially acceptable viscosity after a cycle of freezing-thawing. The term "cycle of freezing-thawing" means that 1 liter of the composition according to the present izaberete what s left for 24 hours at -18°C and then stored for 24 hours at +20°C.

Another object of the present invention to reduce cost is a composition containing no or essentially not containing one or more of the above materials.

As used in this application, the term "not substantially contain" means that the composition according to the fabric care contains less than 1%, or less than 0.1%, or less than 0.001%, alternatively about 0% of a given substance.

E. APPLICATIONS

The compositions according to the fabric care for infusion is to him the invention can be used in so-called process of rinsing. Typically, the compositions according to the present invention are added during the rinse cycle of automatic washing machines. One object of the present invention provides for the dispensing of such composition during the rinse cycle in an automatic washing machine. Another object of the present invention provides a kit comprising the composition according to this invention and, optionally, instructions for use.

The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the active component of the fabric softener selected from N,N-di(hydrogenomonas fallavollita)-N,N-dimethylammonium chloride, N,N-di(fallavollita)-N,N-dimethylammonium chloride, dehydrogenating of dimethylammoniumchloride tall oil or ditallowdimethylammonium chloride; 1-methyl-1-callaremi Outil-2-oleinitialize methyl sulfate; 1-methyl-1-oleylamine-2-oleylamine-2-oleinitialize methyl sulfate; and mixtures thereof.

3. The composition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that after passing through at least two cycles of freezing-thawing has a viscosity of not more than 500 mPas, preferably not higher than 200 mPas.

4. The composition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the polyol is selected from glycerol, pentaerythritol, glucose, sucrose, fructose and maltose.

5. The composition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the polyol is contained in amounts of between 5 and 50%, preferably from 10 to 35%, and most preferably from 15 to 30 wt.% by weight of the composition.

6. The composition according to claim 5, characterized in that the polyol is a glycerol.

7. The composition according to claim 6, characterized in that the content of the glycerol is at least 15% by weight of the composition.
