The essence of the method lies in the fact that on the surface cause the layers of the coating based on epoxy resin with pigments and fillers.

The disadvantage of this method is the lack of resistance to aggressive environments, i.e. after a certain period of time and when the temperature of the coating based on epoxy resins become brittle and crack, resulting in delamination of the coating from the walls of the tank.

Known reinforced epoxy coating used for corrosion protection of reservoirs, tanks and containers (patent RU №2183649, IPC C09D 5/08, from 20.01.2001,, publ. 20.06.2002 year).

The disadvantage of this coating and method of its application is that it is created on the basis of epoxy resins, impregnating the layer of fiberglass or fiberglass. This coating is also unstable, because when the temperature changes and mechanical loads is its destruction due to becoming brittle over time, epoxy resin and a low resistance fiberglass to mechanical loads. Therefore, the coating can flake from the walls protected or restored surfaces.

The method and composition of the coating is selected by the authors of the present invention as the closest analogue (prototype).

Technical problems to be solved by the authors, is to provide a reliable, technologically advanced method of applying a coating on the interior surfaces of tanks and increase their service life and turnaround by obtaining durable chemically resistant coating.
