Press lever mechanism
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal deformation process and can be used in press plant. Lever mechanism of press contains toggle, slider, two trijugate links and closing connecting rod. Connecting rods are symmetrically installed relative to geometrical axis of punch movement. Sliders, connecting rods and two trijugate links form pentagonal closed variable contour.
EFFECT: there is provided improving of pressing, reduction of load of separated links of press mechanism.
The invention relates to the field of engineering, and in particular to mechanisms for pressing.
The famous six-bar lever mechanism press Chebyshev [1, str,], with the leading rod, complex motion which is converted into reciprocating motion of the output link. The disadvantage of this press is the presence of complex motion in the drive links, which makes it impossible to apply modern engines.
The closest in technical essence is a crank-slider mechanism press [2, 2], containing the crank, slide and connecting rod, which is made in the form of a kinematic chain. The connecting rod is connected to the reception through the swinging arm.
The disadvantage of this press is that the impact on the slider is made through one rod that does not allow you to develop a great effort on the slider.
The objective of the invention is to improve the quality pressing by acting on the slider by pressing two of the connecting rod. In the process of pressing decrease congestion on some sections of the press due to a change in the rigidity of the transmission of motion to ensure the slider of self.
The solution of the problem of self of the slide is achieved by transferring motion to the slide from the actuator through the pentagonal closed variable path.
The invention enables the fast is in the lever mechanism of the press, including the crank, slider, two treharne link and the connecting rods, the latter symmetrically mounted relative to the geometrical axis of motion of the slide. In this slide, the connecting rods and two treharne link is formed between a pentagonal closed variable path.

Lever press mechanism consists of a crank 1 (O1A)connected with the driving motor (not shown), two treharne links 2 (ABD) and 3 (CBE), equalizer 4 (O2C), two connecting rods 5 (EF) and 6 (DG) and slider 7. Rocker 4 has a hinge connection with the pillar (a-pillar).
Operates a lever mechanism of the press in the following way. Upon full rotation of the crank 1 through treharne links 2 and 3, the rocker 4, associated with the stand, the connecting rods 5 and 6, which are trailing, transmits motion to the slider 7, which in turn affects the processed object 8.
The performance of the proposed mechanism is proved on the basis of the known formulas of P.L. Chebyshev (see  str)
where W is the mobility of the mechanism, n is the number of moving parts, R5the number odnopodezdny kinematic pairs.
In the proposed mechanism of n=7, p5=10 then W=3·7-2·10=1, i.e. for a given movement of the crank all the other elements will move quite definitely.

Press consists of a stand made in the form of at least one frame consisting of one or several closed frames, upper table, lower table, with one or several cylider-piston systems for pressure shaping, which are supported with press frames, one or several upper tool-carrying heads for one or several upper tools and one or several lower tool-carrying heads for one or several lower tools. At that, location of upper/lower tool-carrying head(s) across longitudinal direction of press (L) can be adjusted, and when necessary, fixed.

FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to equipment for material pressure-shaping. Hydraulic press comprises frame, moving transverse member, beam, upper and lower tools. The frame is made as top and bottom cross-members. Cross-members are interconnected by pillars. The press is fitted with additional hydraulic press. Additional press comprises upper transverse members, tie rods, cylinders with hydraulic fluid, pillars and lower transverse members. Additional press is mounted with possibility to transfer its force to moving transverse member via tie rods and upper transverse members. Furthermore additional press force transfer to lower tool is provided using pillars of additional press, lower transverse member and pins.
EFFECT: press dimensions reduction and durability improvement is provided.
SUBSTANCE: casing of the high-capacity hydraulic press operating cylinder used at fluid pressures of up to 32 MPa comprises the walls and bottom welded together. The wall features thickness hw and is furnished with the support flange coupled with the former by a shaped moulding. The bottom features thickness hb=2 hw and is coupled with the wall inner surface by the moulding arranged along the radius. There is a hole to feed operating fluid into the cylinder arranged at the bottom centre. The said moulding is buried into the bottom for hbr=(0.3 to 0.4) hw to form a ledge on the bottom inner face with its size equal to that of the moulding hbr. The moulding radius equals (0.7 to 0.8) hw.
EFFECT: higher reliability with no increase in weight and sizes.
SUBSTANCE: proposed press comprises a frame with two support members, two slides fitted in the guides and two tables that form punching zones. The frame top accommodates the main horizontal shaft. The said punching zones are arranged symmetrically to the plane of symmetry of the said main shaft that is located perpendicular to its axis of rotation. The main shaft runs in bearing supports mounted above the punching zone. The main shaft may represent a crankshaft or camshaft.
EFFECT: increased frame stiffness, higher efficiency of press operation.

FIELD: wood industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to wood industry and can be used in production of laminated wood products. Vertical press for laminated wood products includes a frame with support beam, upper beam, on which vertical and side clamps are installed. The frame includes several separate rectangular frames rigidly connected to the lower support beam and consisting of front and rear uprights and lower and upper horizontal bars. The upper beam is mounted on guides on the upper bars. Rear uprights are rigidly connected with each other by the lower support beam and lower horizontal bars. Front uprights are connected to the lower horizontal bars via axles and to the upper horizontal bars via lock joints connected to each other and to the frame by a locking mechanism. Side clamps are mounted on the guides of the rear uprights and connected to them via hold-down mechanisms. The upper beam with vertical clamps is connected to rectangular frames via lateral movement mechanisms. Vertical clamps are made in the form of hydraulic cylinders and hold-down plates. Hold-down mechanisms are made in the form of hydraulic cylinders and hold-down beams. Lateral movement mechanisms are made in the form of screw mechanisms interconnected via chain gears.
EFFECT: mechanical loading, pressing and unloading of laminated products of various dimensions is achieved.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to press-forging equipment, particularly to mechanical presses. Sheet-metal press of double-acting contains stand, main actuator connecting rod gear, sheets-clipping mechanism, driver and actuation system. Sheets-clipping mechanism corresponds two four-level mechanism with total output link in the form of external slide block. On stand there are fixed travelling supports and fixing devices. Each of four-level mechanism contains input link in the form of rockers, fixed on shaft, which is rigid to output shaft of gear-motor drive. Fixing device is implemented in the form of pawl, spring, electromagnet and fixed on disc shaft with hollows by form of pawl.
EFFECT: it is provided reduction of mobile links and coupling amount, accurate dwell of external slide block and the ability of disconnection sheets-clipping mechanism during the control of cupping die.

FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: press comprises immovable lower plate with flat working surface and movable upper plate. Upper plate has working surface that is convex in cross section. Centre of this surface curvature is located on axis that passes through hinge of drive lever link and hinge that connects lower part of movable plate with slider. Lever link is installed on bed plate with the possibility of rotation. Slider has immovable vertical guide, axis of which passes through axis of drive lever link rotation. Specified link is made with extension, which is installed on the side opposite to axis of its rotation. Slider hingedly fixed to master crank is installed in this extension with the possibility of longitudinal displacement. Axis of crank rotation is installed on crank axis, which is hingedly fixed to upper movable plate.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of press due to reduction of idle run.
SUBSTANCE: hydroscrew nonsliding press hammer contains a bed with the running nut fixed in it. In a running nut the working screw with a flywheel is located. Immediately on a flywheel the upper instrument is fixed. The flywheel has possibility axial and a rotation in the directing executed on a bed.
EFFECT: reliability of a press hammer raises and higher mechanical properties stamped press forgings are ensured.
SUBSTANCE: dual-action screw hydraulic press-hammer comprises lead nut with screw arranged in the foundation, drift-pin and slider with upper stamp. Screw features a lower cylindrical part, slider is linked up with hydraulic cylinder plungers and runs in thrust bearings. Aforesaid slider is furnished with cylindrical bores for screw lower cylindrical part and drift-pin to axially move therein. Said drift-pin is attached to the said screw lower cylindrical part provided with groove receiving half-rings accommodating the slider.
EFFECT: simpler design, higher reliability.
SUBSTANCE: proposed impact device incorporates casing whereto tool can be attached along with load-bearing element arranged between the aforesaid casing and tool and held by the said casing. It also comprises working fluid chamber and said fluid feed and discharge appliances. The impact device comprises a rotary control valve furnished with control channels designed to intermittently direct working fluid from the said working fluid chamber into return channel.

FIELD: machining by pressure.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of machining by pressure and may be used in presses for pressing powder-shaped masses, in particular, the metal powder-shaped masses. The press contains at least one connecting rod, a crankshaft and a connected with it and capable to rotate gear with an eccentric crankshaft drive for driving the unit of the upper plunger. The gear is set in rotation at least by one engine using at least one worm gearing. The press is equipped with electronic control, which is supplied with a function of a reversing mode of operation of the crankshaft. At the press operation a run of the unit of the upper plunger is reversed shortly before reaching of the upper and-or the lower dead point of the eccentric crankshaft drive. The second alternative of operation of the press offers to regulate a run of the unit of the upper plunger so, that the lower dead point of the eccentric crankshaft drive is passing a short way. In result the invention ensures an increase of accuracy of produced pressed items and an over-all performance, and also an increase of the performance index of efficiency of the press operation and expansion of its operational capabilities.

SUBSTANCE: press comprises bed with bearing table and guides, eccentric shaft with flywheel, loading member, member for counterpressure, actuator of the loading member, and drive for setting loading member in the initial position before working stroke. The loading actuator of the loading member is made of either spring, or gravitational mass, or air- or fluid-operated cylinder connected with the pressure accumulator. The drive for setting the loading member in the initial position is made of power actuator of the counterpressure member connected with the external power source. The counterpressure member is made of crank-slide mechanism. The flywheel is kinematically connected with the eccentric shaft through the clutch.

SUBSTANCE: the invention concerns to the field of metal forming, in particular, to the plate-bending hydraulic presses. The press contains a stand, a bending mechanism consisting of a puncheon located in the upper part of the stand and a lower die. The lower die is located on plungers of hydraulic cylinders with a capability of up and down motion. The stand is made in the form of a frame. The lower die is installed on a sliding block, which is located on the plungers of the hydraulic cylinders uniformly located along the whole length of the sliding block. The pressing force from the hydraulic cylinders is applied in a directed along the axis of the lower die pass through the vertex of angle of the puncheon located along the center of thickness of the stand. In result the invention ensures increased quality of the plates bending, decreased metal consumption and labor input at production of the plate-bending hydraulic presses.

FIELD: forge-pressure equipment.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the press-forging equipment, in particular, to designs of mechanical presses. The press contains a drive mounted on a frame, an eccentric shaft, a connecting rod and a slide block. The connecting rod is made in the form of a cylinder with an internal eccentric cylindrical aperture and is located in an internal cylindrical aperture of the slide block. The slide block is installed on the frame with a capability of a translational motion. The eccentric shaft is connected to the connecting rod by means of a shaft mounted on the eccentric with a capability of relative rotation of a stone. The stone is located in a radial groove of the connecting rod with a capability of translational relative motion. The connecting rod is installed on the eccentric with a capability of rotation relatively to the eccentric shaft. The eccentric shaft is installed in the frame with a capability of relative rotation. In result the invention ensures increased productivity of the press.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the field of high-pressure equipment and may be used at development of the large-sized equipment. The hydraulic press contains two cross girders bound to each other, a hydraulic drive with a piston. It is supplied with an additional cylinder with a piston, which diameter is equal to a diameter of the tightening of the coupled high-pressure chamber. The hydraulic drive has a cylindrical support located along the axis of the piston of the hydraulic drive, which is made in the form of a ring. The piston and the body of the additional cylinder rest accordingly on a cylindrical support and on the piston of the hydraulic drive. The cavity above the piston of the additional cylinder is linked with the high-pressure chamber. In result the invention ensures expansion of technological capabilities of the press.

SUBSTANCE: press comprises frame with guiding means in which slider, wheel, table and crank shaft are installed. Crank shaft cooperates with slider through connection rods and pins. Wheel is connected with screw through controlled couple. Slider is connected with screw and joined with nut by non-selfbraking thread. Press is provided with plates with power cylinder control, combs with spring-loaded rollers and sliding members installed in guiding means. Crank shaft has four elbows. Two cranks of the shaft have eccentricity lesser than that of two other ones. Slider has grooves. Rod necks of cranks with lesser eccentricity are connected with sliding members through connection rods. Sliding members cooperate with slider pins. Rod necks of cranks with greater eccentricity are connected to plates through control rods. Plates are movably installed in slider grooves and cooperate with combs.

Slider is connected to screw joined with nut by non-selfbraking thread. The nut is secured to frame. Wheel is connected with screw through controlled couple. Crank shaft cooperates with slider through connection rod and pin. Press is provided with controlled eccentric bush connected with electric drive through free-wheeling clutch, conical and worm gearing and linked with slider through connecting rod, sliding member having groove and through pin. Eccentric bush have eccentricity lesser than that of crank shaft.
