Method for mordant dyeing of wool

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to dyeing industry, in particular to method for mordant dyeing of wool with natural dyes. Method of mordant dyeing of wool is described, including treatment in dye bath on the basis of complexing agent and dye for 40-60 min, besides dye used is aqueous extract of marsh-beet in amount of 5-50 % from wool mass. It is reasonable to perform the process first at ambient temperature for 12-24 hours, and then at 40-90C for 40-60 min.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to expand assortment of dyes from natural raw materials and simultaneously recycle wastes of rice fields ploughing, to avoid complex technology of synthetic dyes production; provides for arrangement of colour on wool with wide range of warm and noble tones from light-beige and brown with yellow tint to dark-green, which is not inferior to synthetic mordant dyes in colour properties.

The invention relates to the dyeing production, in particular to a method protravnogo dyeing wool with natural dyes, and can be used for experimental verification of the results of technological regimes and formulation of carpet yarn dyeing with vegetable dyes, allowing you to obtain beautiful and stable color that enhance the quality and competitive ability of carpets and rugs.

Known methods protravnogo dyeing wool using dyes belonging to different classes of organic compounds that are synthetically [1].

Closest to the claimed method is protravnogo dyeing wool by treatment in the dyeing bath-based complexing agents to dyeing protravnymi dye, or simultaneously with the dye, or after dyeing protravnymi dye [1, 2, 3]. The disadvantage of this method of dyeing with these dyes is their expensive, multi-stage, complex organic synthesis.

The purpose of the invention is the creation of a new method of dyeing wool with natural dye - water extract of limonium that can significantly extend the range of dyes from natural raw materials and to dispose of waste ploughing the rice fields, to avoid complex technology production sintet the ical dyes.

The method includes protravnoe dyeing wool using as dye of natural water dye limonium in the amount of 5-50% by weight of wool, and as complexing agents - salts of chromium, iron or aluminum in a wide range of modes of dyeing. Protravlena lead 12-24 hours at room temperature and 40-60 minutes at 40-90C, which allows you to get various colors and shades of dyed wool. The criteria for assessing the color characteristics of the color shot on the Datacolor instrument and calculated in the CIE Lab system (table. No. 1).

The dye in the add sodium sulfate, previously dissolved in a little water. Then poured acetic acid (pH 5-6).
