SUBSTANCE: invention is related to textile industry and may be used in shock-absorption devices of transport safety belts, safety belts of erectors and any energy-absorption devices for suppression of impact load, which does not exceed 100 kgf. Woven tape comprises two background layers arranged parallel relative to each other with fixed edges produced by linen interweaving of main and weft threads and joined to each other by system of energy-absorption broken threads, which create cells of triangular shape with each of background layers. Background layers are arranged in single plane and are connected to each other by means of weft threads, which being interwoven with warp threads of each background layer in alternating order, create adjacent discrete woven sections that contain at least 2 linen repeats.

EFFECT: creation of energy-absorption woven tape, which has high evenness of rupture of energy-absorption threads in it.

The invention relates to the textile industry and can be used in shock absorbing devices of the transport belts, safety belts installers and any energy-absorbing devices, mainly in the energy absorbing assemblies for damping impact load not exceeding 100 kg.

The main attribute of a design woven tapes threshold trigger is the presence in their composition of two parallel relative to each other woven strips interconnected system threads, employees at the same time energy-absorbing elements being torn apart under the action of a predetermined threshold load. On one of the end sections of the ribbons threshold alarms interconnected woven strips method of incision share with the formation of the reeds of a given length, which are fixed on two different planes cushioning device. In addition, the lines of firmware must be strictly perpendicular to the main thread woven tapes and direction of load application, as even minor distortions, which is extremely difficult to avoid, reduce the possibility of simultaneous rupture sewing thread along the length of the lines, causing uneven breaking load and, consequently, decrease the reliability of the shock-absorbing device.

Closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is an energy-absorbing torn woven ribbon threshold triggering containing two parallel spaced relation to each other, the background layer is made basic weave and weft threads and interconnected system energy-absorbing torn threads, forming with each of the background layers of cells triangular in shape [USSR author's certificate No. 1172954, MKI D03D 1/00, AV 35/00, F16F 7/12, epubl, bull. No. 30].

The disadvantage of this woven ribbon threshold trigger is the low uniformity of the gap energy absorbing filaments constituting 60% threshold load. This makes the tape is not applicable in the energy absorbing device for absorbing shock loads up to 100 kg.

The technical task of the present invention is the creation of an energy absorbing woven ribbon threshold operation with a larger (no more than 50%) the uniformity of the gap in her energy absorbing filaments.

This problem is solved due to the fact that the proposed energy-absorbing woven ribbon threshold trigger includes two parallel spaced relation to each other, the background layer with fixed edges, made plain weaves main and weft threads and interconnected system energy-absorbing torn threads, forming with each of the background layers of cells triangular in shape.

Background layers are located in one plane and are interconnected weft threads, which are in alternating order, interlacing with the warp threads of each of the background layers that form in them adjacent to each discrete woven plots containing at least two linen repeats. When performing background layers two-layer weave full rapport at the base equal to 8, and full rapport at duck is determined by the equation:

where m is the number of the peripheral reinforcing weft loops each background layer in a pattern on a duck, is equal to 2 or 4, formed by connecting weft threads with the warp threads on the peripheral edges of each of the background layers.

For more durable fastening of the weft threads in the background layers of the tape and with a view to further improving the uniformity of the gap by removing internal stresses in the threads and fixing their relative location in the background layers, woven ribbon threshold triggering the imp is changed from a homogeneous commodity composition of synthetic thermoplastic yarns in the warp and weft and subjected to a heat treatment at a temperature equal to 70-80% of the softening temperature of the original thread, lasting at least 15 minutes.

Figure 1 shows the scheme of an arrangement of warp and weft threads (top view) of the proposed woven ribbon threshold trigger, made of plain weave and having in full rapport weave on a duck two peripheral fixing edge weft loops. In figure 1 we have adopted the following legend threads: O1- the warp threads of the first background layer, O2- the warp threads of the second background layer; - weft yarns;C1InC2- the width of the first and second background layer.

Figure 2 shows a picture of the full repeat of the weave, we offer woven ribbon threshold operation on the basis of the two-layer weave with combined with it arrangement of fibres in the cross sections of fabric along the warp and weft threads. The tape is in full rapport weave on a duck two peripheral fixing edge weft loops.

Figure 3 shows a diagram of the location of the warp and weft threads in the cross section of two-layer tape threshold trigger.

Figure 2 and figure 3 we have adopted the following legend threads: O1...O8- warp with sequence numbers from 1 to 8; Y1...Y20- weft threads with sequence numbers from 1 to 20.

Figure 4 shows a diagram of the divide offer tape porogo the CSO operation and a graph of the breaking load of the energy absorbing sections of weft threads. The proposed tape threshold trigger is made from chemical complex twisted yarns on odnokomnatnyh ribbon-weaving machines.

To confirm the technical result of the invention were produced experimental tape threshold actuation of the proposed design. Heat treatment of samples tapes threshold trigger cuts a length of 1.5 m was carried out in a thermostat at a temperature of 175±5°C for 15 minutes.

Specifications made tapes of the proposed structure is shown in the table.

The table shows that the inventive tape has a greater degree of uniformity of the gap energy absorbing filaments constituting from 30 to 50% load threshold at 60% of its analogs, i.e. their properties it is better than the known analogues.

Energy-absorbing woven ribbon threshold actuation according to claim 1, characterized in that the background layers are made of double-layer plain weave, with full rapport n is equal to 8, and full rapport at duck is determined by the equation: Ry=8(2+1/m), where m is the number of the peripheral reinforcing weft loops each background layer in a pattern on a duck, is equal to 2 or 4, formed by connecting weft threads with the warp threads on the peripheral edges of each of the background layers.

3. Energy-absorbing woven ribbon threshold actuation according to claim 1, characterized in that it is made of a homogeneous commodity composition of synthetic thermoplastic yarns in the warp and weft and subjected to a heat treatment at a temperature equal to 70-80% of the softening temperature of the original thread, lasting at least 15 minutes

SUBSTANCE: duck fabric is produced from longitudinal and transverse threads, where longitudinal threads are multifilament threads including multiplicity of single thread filaments and at least one thermally fusible filament of thermoplastic material. This at least one thermally fusible filament of thermoplastic material has lower melting point than single filaments of multifilament thread. After thermal processing, multifilament threads become harder and single filaments defining said multifilament threads are secured in conjunction with thermoplastic material of said at least one thermally fusible thread.
