The present invention relates to a flexible self-adhesive sealing tape based on a flexible, self-adhesive bearing inner layer wrapped or covered with a second adhesive system, in particular for the adhesive bonding vapor barrier films and prozacarimidex films, and to methods of its manufacture.

SUBSTANCE: synthetic glue is applied on the surface of parts from wood materials, glued surfaces are joined until glue hardens completely, at that glued parts are located between plates of electrostatic field capacitor so that power lines of electrostatic field are directed perpendicular to glue line and treated in electrostatic field with intensity of 2.16-9.5·102 V/cm, and glue applied on glued surfaces is polyvinyl acetate PVAC or epoxy K-153.

EFFECT: higher strength of glued connections of wood materials and higher speed of glue line hardening.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to production of adhesive compositions used for adhesive polyvinylchloride (PVC) tapes applied to various surfaces. Invention can be used for production of polyvinylchloride adhesive tape intended for gas and oil pipelines wrapping as insulating and protecting coating, as well as for repair works. Technical result of invention is higher adhesion capacity of adhesive polyvinylchloride tapes when applied on steel. The specified technical result is achieved by that adhesive composition for adhesive polyvinylchloride tapes, containing perchorvinyl resin, plasticizing agent that is mixed dioctylphthalate and chlorinated α-olefins, e.g. ethylene oligomerisation residues, pine resin and, probably, bulk additive that is activated mixture of natural zeolite and calcium oxide taken in ratio 9:1, in addition contains brominated 1,2-polybutadiene of average molecular weight within 8000 to 120000. Application of brominated 1,2-polybutadiene in adhesive composition allows for higher adhesion capacity of adhesive polyvinylchloride tapes when applied on steel.

EFFECT: higher adhesion capacity of adhesive polyvinylchloride tapes when applied on steel.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: glue composition contains at least two block polymers (i), tackifying resin (ii) and one or more plasticiser (iii). The component (i) includes at least one block polymer (i)(a) of formula A-I-A (1) or (A-I)nX (2) and at least one block polymer (i)(b) of formula A-(I/B)-A (3) or [A-(I/B)]n-X (4) whereat every A is independently polymer block of the aromatic vinyl compound, I is polyisoprene polymer block, every (I/B) is mixed block of random isoprene-butadiene polymer, n is integer number not less than 2, X is the radical of the curing agent, the total butadiene content in the component (i) is less than 20% wt. The mass ratio I:B in the block polymer (i)(b) is from 20:80 to 80:20. The component (ii) is tackifying resin selected from modified aliphatic C5-hydrocarbon resins which are not aromatic modified resins. The paraffin and naphtene plasticising oils are suitable plasticisers.

EFFECT: enhanced heat stability and high glue properties of the composition.
