A disadvantage of the known devices is the lack of efficiency, because the exchange of water and oil between tanks is only through one hole that bring the to the collision of particles of water and petroleum products between themselves and slow down the process of water purification.

The technical result, which is aimed invention is to improve the efficiency of the water treatment process by passing the particles of water and petroleum products primarily through individual holes (channels).

This result is achieved in that the locking device is a device for purification of water from petroleum products containing the valve overlapping the hole, telling between the receiving and accumulating tank, the valve is made with a cavity communicated with the storage tank and through the pipe - receiving tank, the valve is placed associated with the actuator valve is arranged to overlap the pipe and valve lift with a cavity.

There is a method of preparing the device for purification of water from petroleum products, which carry out the cycle containing the following sequential operations: divide the receiving and storage tanks, fill the holding tank water seal cumulative capacity reported capacity between themselves (see RF patent №2116258 from 27.07.98).

The disadvantage of this method is the low efficiency of the device for purification of water from petroleum products, caused by incomplete filling of the storage tank water.

The technical result, which is aimed offered to the persons, is to eliminate the above disadvantage.

This result is achieved in that in the method of preparing the device for purification of water from petroleum products, which carry out the cycle containing the following sequential operations: divide the receiving and storage tanks, fill the holding tank water seal cumulative capacity reported capacity among themselves, repeat the cycle at least once.

The essence of the invention is illustrated by drawings. 1 schematically shows a device for purification of water from petroleum products, a longitudinal section; figure 2 - cross section AA in figure 1.

The device (1) consists of a receiving tank 1 and storage tank 2. Collecting bottle 1 is made in the form of a cylinder and has a suction part 3 partition 4. The upper part of the partition wall 4 is located above the opening 5 of the receiving tank. Inside the receiving tank 1 based on the bottom 6 are partitions 7 with openings 8 and 9, spaced relative to each other in diametrically opposite directions. And the first partition 7 opening 8 is located on the opposite side of the fence part 3. Partition 7 is made in the form of cylinders of different diameters, arranged with gaps between them and the walls of the receiving tank 1. The result is formed by two semicircular canal, adelayda the total flow into components with periodic alternation of separation and connection with the General movement toward the discharge pipe 10, containing at the top of the air nozzle 11, which does not allow discharge of the contents of the installation in case of termination of the feed inside the partial fluid. This provided an increase in the length of the flow path at its optimum speed, uniform high-speed flow, and therefore, increase the time on the ascent of oil products of different specific gravities.

The top of the receiving tank 1 is made in the form of a cone 12 with the seat 13 of the valve 14 with the cavity. The valve 14 of the storage tank 2 contains filtered through the saddle 13 receiving tank 1 pipe 15, the saddle is located inside the valve 16 (saddle not shown), a series of holes 17 for communication through a pipe 15 cavities of the storage tank 2 and the receiving tank 1. To fill the installation with water provided by a sealed lid fitting hole 21, and for draining oil from the storage tank 2 - discharge device with a valve 22.

Preparing the device for operation

Fill the device with water. To do this, pour the dirty water in the intake part 3. Water through the partition 4 fills the portion of the receiving tank 2 to the level of the water intake portion 3. Rotation of the flywheel 20 of the rod 18 of the valve 16 and valve 14 closes the opening of the seat 3. The valve 22 is closed, and the fitting hole 21 of the storage tank 2 is opened. Through the hole 21 is filled with contaminated water accumulation tank 2. The fitting hole 21 is closed. The flywheel 20 of the rod 18 to open the valve 16 and the hole in the seat 13 of the valve 14. Water from the storage tank 2 through the opening in the seat 13 will go down and fill the receiving container 2 and the tapered portion 12. Seal cumulative capacity 2. The flywheel 20 of the rod 18, the valve 16 is lowered until contact with the seat 13 of the valve 14 and the valve seat 16. Through the open hole of the fitting 21 is filled cumulative capacity 2 water. Close the fitting hole 21. The flywheel 20 raise the valve 16, and then the valve 14. The water storage tank 2 through the opening in the seat 13 will be connected with the water receiving tank 1. The unit is ready for operation.

The operation of the device

Mix water with oil serves, for example, continuously in the intake part 3. Where a mixture, bypassing the partition wall 4, through the passage 5 will be available in the receiving tank 1. Drain water will start when the water level between the partition 4 and the passage 5 of the receiving tank 1 rises above the level of the drain pipe 10.

Passing through the semicircular canals, limited by the walls 7, a mixture of water with oil products will be divided into components. Petroleum products with a lower specific weight than water, rises and passes through the hole in the saddle 13C cumulative capacity 2, displacing from its cavity water through the seat hole 13 into the receiving tank 1. Water, respectively, with the coming of purified water through the drain pipe 10 at the bottom 6 of the receiving tank 1 will merge.

The incoming mixture with a high amount of viscous petroleum products, reaching the hole of the saddle 13, fluent will follow the holding tank 2, as superseded their water from the storage tank 2 through the holes 17 of the main valve 14 and through a pipe 15 leads into the receiving tank 1 to the drain pipe 10.

At the termination of the feed mixture, the device will be in a healthy state. The water level in the discharge pipe 10 will be equal to the water level between the partition 4 and the passage 5 of the receiving tank 1, and the connection with the atmosphere of the drain pipe 10 through the air nozzle 11.

Discharge of oil from the storage tank 2 can occur at idle and operating the device. To drain the collected oil from the storage tank it is necessary to close the opening of the seat 13, rotation of the flywheel 20 of the rod 18 are in contact with the seat 13 of the valve 14 and further contact with the valve seat 16. Open the fitting hole 21 of the storage tank 2. Through the valve 22 is drained the oil from the storage tank 2.
