FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in machine-building production chain with computer-aided production process for welding of closed seams with drive feed of welded products. Welding machine for seam welding is outfitted by two sensors of welded edges, contains immovable desk with ball bushings and copy roller. Plate with four restrictive planks for fixation on it of bottom part is implemented with guiding grooves parallel to straight-line portion of welding seam. At intersection of grooves in points of connection of radiuses of curvilinear sections of seams there are implemented cavities. Copy roller is installed with ability of movement in tracking grooves of plate by axis of welding in plane parallel to roller electrodes and it is outfitted by spring-loaded axis. Axis is connected to rod of electromagnetic valve with ability of its fixation in mentioned grooves. Immovable desk is outfitted by ball bushings and two planks for limitation against movement of welded welded edges of product. Plate is installed in contact to ball bushing of immovable desk and copy roller.

EFFECT: installation provides simplification of technology for receiving of defect-free closed seams ensured by providing of feeding of welded edges with usage of pressure and rotation by electrode wheel.

The present invention relates to the welding process, namely the setting for welding closed seams with straight and curved sections with mechanized feeding of welded products used in the machine serial production for the automation of the production process.

It is known that the seam welding connect parts of different smaller products made from sheet materials, such as flat radiator, tanks, washing machines, tanks, etc. /see, for example, Boars NS "welding at the contact machines": M.: Higher school, 1979 str/if welding is used, the rotation of the parts between the electrodes, as well as forced displacement of details about rotating electrodes when the seams of a closed shape using trucks and pantograph systems.

The disadvantage of such devices is that a forced feed of the product relative to the rotating welding electrodes can lead to inconsistent velocities products and pulses, as well as photoprice the welds overlapping of the individual weld points, then it violates the overlapping dots and education protoproto seam.

It is known device in the form of a table-companion for laser processing of workpieces /A.S. SU # 1622111, A1, IPC V, 37/04, 26/08 23.01.91/, containing the her plate with grooves supporting needle and clamps with clamping surfaces for the workpiece and the mechanism for moving the plate in two perpendicular directions.

The main disadvantage of not allowing the use of this device for welding products with seams, having straight and curved sections, is the inability to weld on curved sections without the use of additional retaining swivel mechanisms.

The technical result of the proposed solutions is to simplify the technology for defect-free closed seams with straight and curved sections, the contact seam welding by providing a supply of welded edges using compression and rotation of the welding rollers.

This technical result is achieved due to the fact that in an apparatus for welding closed seams with alternating straight and curved sections containing welding machine seam welding with two sensors welded edges, stationary table with ball bearings and a copying roller, mounted in a plane parallel to the welding rollers along the axis of the weld, and also in contact with the plate elements of the installation and fastening of the welded product and the electromagnetic valve according to the invention the elements of the installation of a welded product is made in VI is e four bounding strips for the bottom of the product, located on the stove and in the oven posted by guide grooves of rectangular cross-section, parallel rectilinear portions of the weld, and at the intersection of the grooves of the connection points of the radii of curved sections of the seams are recesses for fixing the axis of the copying roller, mounted for movement in the guide grooves of the plate, in addition, the axle is spring-loaded and connected with the rod of the electromagnetic valve, and the fixed table has two straps to limit the displacement of the welded edges.

The inventive installation for welding closed seams with straight and curved sections is as follows.

After you run this seam area and exit straight seam area under the rollers 7 on command from one of the sensors of the edges 2 or 3 of the welding machine 1 is turned on, the electromagnetic valve 10, the piston rod 16 which, pulling the spring-loaded axle 15 of the copying roller 6 from the recess 14 of the plate 8, frees the roller 6, which enters the following guide groove 13 for the next straight seam area. After a specified period of time the solenoid valve 10 is switched off, while a spring-loaded axle 15 comes into contact with the bottom of the guide groove 13. Such operations are repeated until a complete circuit of the welding seam by overlapping the last point first. After that, the welding current is switched off, and the upper welding roller 7 is raised, releasing the cooked product is 9. It is then removed from the plate 8 and the plate set the next item.

Welder-operator, eliminating the need to monitor welding products, can serve several similar installations.
