The present invention relates to a multilayer laminated film for packaging.

The present invention also relates to packaging, obtained by using the laminated film, corresponding to the invention.

Easily opened wrappers are distributed widely, especially, but not exclusively, in the field of food products, due to their practicality, from the point of view of the user, and due to their low cost, from the point of view of the manufacturer.

Wrappers are usually obtained by folding and sealing a variety of ways laminated film consisting of multiple layers.

These multilayer laminated films have plots that you previously specified for tearing, which form the so-called "easily breakable openings when the wrap Packed.

There are different types of films, with plots that you previously specified for tearing.

The first type is represented by a multilayer film containing a first outer layer made of plastic material associated with the second underlying layer made of a metal material, usually aluminum.

The first layer has a variety of continuous and parallel cuts, which guide the process of tearing and executed by processing by laser or ultrasound and pass through visokosny the first layer and terminating at the second layer, which, as mentioned, usually made of aluminum.

Usually through these incisions are harmful to the underlying aluminum, as they opened it for moisture environment and, thus, subjected to its rapid deterioration, which may be detrimental to the integrity of the product contained in the wrapper presents a film of this type.

In addition, to achieve good laser processing, material in which perform incisions should have a good response to laser radiation to prevent that changes in layer properties in the molten areas will cause adverse modification of film properties.

Similarly, the second type multi-layer film has areas that you previously specified for tearing, which presents many holes, which in this way are through-hole.

In contrast to continuous cuts holes provide the best protection of the underlying layer of aluminum, but do not resolve the issue of environmental impact and does not direct the tearing line.

Also known third type of multilayer film for the easily breakable wrappers, in which the plot that has been predefined for tearing, created by the multitude of essentially parallel cuts which do not pass completely through, are close to each other and raspredelenie essentially random.

Although these cuts because they are not end-to-end cuts, protect the underlying aluminum layer, for arbitrary distribution does not provide easy continue tearing along the wrapper or essentially on a straight-line path.

Moreover, these cuts, if they obtained abrasive machining or mechanical perforation can lead to a dangerous increase in the mechanical fragility of the material.

The present invention is to obtain a multilayer laminated films, in particular, for easily opened wrappers, which solves the problems and eliminates the disadvantages of the known film types.

Thus, the present invention is to obtain a multilayer laminated films, which provides essentially rectilinear propagation in a given direction tearing the wrapper properly weakened area.

Another objective of the present invention to provide a multilayer laminated film in which a layer of metallic material is always protected from contact with the environment.

Another objective of the present invention to provide a multilayer laminated films, which can be broken as easily as film of known types.

Another objective of the present and the gain is receiving film, which can be used in packaging machines of known types.

Another objective of the present invention to provide a multilayer laminated films, which can be produced at low cost using known systems and technologies.

This task, like other tasks, which will be hereinafter more understandable, solved by a multilayer laminated film, in particular, for easily opened wrappers, which consists of a first layer made of a plastic material, and at least one second layer made of a material selected from among plastic material, metal material, a material, like paper, or equivalent material, and each layer is connected with the adjacent layer through an intermediate layer of adhesive material, while the multilayer laminated film differs in that it has at least on one surface more rigid layer of plastic material many continuous, parallel and adjacent to each other of the notches that are suitable to facilitate essentially rectilinear propagation of tearing the specified film, and these incisions partially reduce the thickness specified more rigid layer and obtained by partial removal of the material.

Friend the e distinctive features and advantages of the present invention will be better understood when reading the following detailed description of the eight preferred but not exclusive variants of its implementation, is shown as not contributing restrictions of example on the accompanying drawings, in which

On the figures multilayer laminated film, in particular, on which I easily opened the wrapper, corresponding to the present invention, generally denoted by the reference position 10 in this embodiment, which is shown in figure 1-3.

Film 10 consists of a first layer 11 made of plastics material and the second layer 12, also made of plastics material.

The first layer 11 in this embodiment of the invention is made of oriented polypropylene.

The second layer 12 is made of polyethylene.

Two layers are connected by an intermediate layer 15 of adhesive material.

The intermediate layer 15 selectively consists of a two-component glue or pressovannogo polyethylene.

Multilayer laminated film 10 has, on at least one surface more rigid layer of plastic material many continuous, parallel and adjacent to each other of the notches 18.

Cuts marked individually reference positions 18a, 18b, 18C, 18d and 18E.

The notches 18 are suitable to facilitate essentially rectilinear propagation of the tear film 10.

The notches 18 are partially reduce the thickness of the hard layer.

In this embodiment of the invention a more rigid layer is a first layer made of oriented polypropylene.

In this embodiment of the invention, notches 18 are located on the outer surface 16 of the first the Loya 11.

The notches 18 are obtained by removing material.

For these embodiments of the invention, the operation of removing material is a mechanical operation type.

Mechanical removal eliminates the problem of change layer properties in the molten areas and eliminates the following from this unwanted risks of changes in properties of the film.

The depth of the notches 18, 18a, 18b, 18c, 18d and 18E is preferably in the range from 15 to 85% of the thickness of layer 11 in which they are performed.

Tests have actually determined that when the depth is less than 15% the direction of tearing of the film is unsatisfactory, whereas when the depth is greater than 85% significantly deteriorates the mechanical properties of the laminated film 10.

Figure 2 for example shows the distribution of the gap in the film 10, following the application of torque, suitable for separating the film into two parts by pulling the first part down and to the right and the second part up and to the left, i.e. the actions, which in a typical case, play with your fingers in the tearing of the wrapper in a properly performed easily breakable parts.

The rupture initiated at the notch 18d and then continues in the notch 18C.

A parallel arrangement of notches 18 provides a continuation gap essentially in a forward direction.

In raznavi the surface of the first variant embodiment of the invention, the first layer 11 is made of oriented polyester, and the second layer 12 is made of polypropylene or polyethylene.

In this case, a material having higher rigidity is polyethylene terephthalate, and thus, the notches 18 perform on one surface of the first layer 11, in this case, the outer surface 16.

The second variant of the invention, figure 4 schematically shows the film 110 composed of the first layer 111 made of oriented polypropylene, and the second layer 112 made of polyethylene or polypropylene.

The first layer 111, which is stronger, provided with notches 118 on its inner surface 117.

The third embodiment of the film corresponding to the present invention, is shown in figure 5, provided with the first layer 211 made of oriented polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate, a second layer 212 made of aluminum, and the third layer 213 made of polyethylene or polypropylene.

More rigid layer is the first layer 211 made of oriented polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate, and, thus, on the outer surface 216 of the specified first layer made incisions 218.

Since the notches 218 are not end-to-end cuts, they help to protect the second layer 212 of the aluminum from the external environment.

In this fourth embodiment, the invention plank the 310 also comprises the first layer 311, made of oriented polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate, the second layer 312 made of aluminum, and the third layer 313 made of polyethylene or polypropylene.

The first layer 311 provided with notches 318 on its inner surface 317.

As before, in this case also the internal arrangement of the cuts won't risk a slight tearing of the film, since the layers which compose it, always have a thickness on the order of tens of microns.

In the fifth embodiment of the invention, schematically shown in Fig.7, the film 410 includes the first layer 411 made of oriented polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate, the second layer 412 made of polyethylene or oriented polyamide, and the third layer 413, made from polyethylene or polypropylene.

Most of the hard layer is the second layer 412.

Cuts 418 is performed on its surface 416 that faces the first layer 411.

In the seventh embodiment of the invention film 510 is supplied with the first layer 511, made of oriented polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate, the second layer 512 made of polyethylene or oriented polyamide, and a third layer 513, made of polypropylene or polyethylene.

In this embodiment, the notches 518 on the second layer 512 are the and its surface 517, which is converted to the third layer 513.

Enough to initiate rupture of the most hard layer, even if it is located between the two layers, to achieve the tearing of the entire laminated film.

In the seventh embodiment of the invention, schematically shown in Fig.9, film 610 is composed of the first layer 611 is made of polyethylene terephthalate, the second layer 612, made of aluminum, the third layer 613, made of oriented polyamide, and the fourth layer 614, made of polypropylene or polyethylene.

Of the four layers applied here is the most stringent third layer 613, made of oriented polyamide.

Thus, it is the third layer 613, which has the notches 618, in this embodiment, on its surface 616, which faces the second layer 612, made from aluminium.

Similarly, in the eighth embodiment of the invention the film again 710 is composed of the first layer 711 made of polyethylene terephthalate, the second layer 712, made of aluminum, the third layer 713, made of oriented polyamide, and the fourth layer 714, made of polypropylene or polyethylene, and it is provided with incisions 718 on one surface of the third layer 713.

Unlike the previous variants of the invention, the surface 717, equipped with adresami, is the surface facing the fourth layer 714, made of non-oriented polypropylene.

The invention also relates to a packaging which differs in that it is obtained from the multilayer laminated films, corresponding to one or more of the foregoing points, and is easy to print the plot.

Such packaging can be appreciated in the field of clogging wet food, because it combines the quality of preserving food in a simple and easy tearing of the opening and accuracy of the orientation with which the aperture is created.

In practice it was found that the thus described the invention solves the problems described relative to the known types of multi-layered laminated films, in particular, to easily printed wrappers.

In particular, the present invention provides for obtaining a multilayer laminated films, which provides essentially rectilinear propagation of rupture in a given direction wrapper properly weakened area.

In addition, the present invention provides for obtaining a multilayer laminated film in which a layer made of a metal material, always protected from contact with the environment.

In addition, the crust is ASEE the invention provides for obtaining a multilayer laminated film, you can break as easily as the film of known types.

In addition, the present invention provides for obtaining a multilayer laminated films, which can be produced at low cost using known systems and technologies.

Thus conceived, the invention admits of numerous modifications and variants, which are included in the scope of the attached claims; furthermore, all details can be replaced by other technically equivalent elements.

In practice the materials used, if they are compatible with a specific version of the application, and the dimensions may be any according to requirements and the state of the art.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of package materials, namely, to multi-layer polymer films for food products, and may be used in food industry, and also in agriculture and household use. Package is made of multi-layer film material that includes several layers from polymer components and internal layer adjacent to product that contains polyolefine and modifier. At that as modifier of internal layer, synergetic mixture is used that consists of sodium salt of dehydroacetic acid, calcium lactate or citrate and calcium ethylene diamine tetraacetate with the following ratio of components, wt %: synergetic mixture of sodium salt of dehydroacetic acid, calcium lactate or citrate and calcium ethylene diamine tetraacetatet - 0.5-5.0, polyolefine - the rest. As polyolefine polyethylene is used with high or low density, or propylene, or their mixture, or copolymers of ethylene with propylene or with higher olefins, or vinyl acetate or their mixtures and alloys. Such package has higher protective properties, including antioxidant action, is able to more efficiently suppress microorganisms.

EFFECT: production of package with higher protective properties that is able to more efficiently suppress microorganisms.
