SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of making solid biodegradable objects from wheat gluten and a solid object made using this method. Moulding the object involves the following operations: flattening the sticky, elastic dough, putting the sticky, elastic dough into a mould which has male and female parts, and compressing the flattened sticky, elastic dough in the mould, thereby obtaining a shaped object. The solid biodegradable object is made in accordance with methods given in subclaim 1 or 5.

SUBSTANCE: flexible tube comprises skirt and distributing head. The wall of the tube is made of C4-C10 linear ethylene-olefin copolymer. The thickness of the skirt wall at the middle of the height ranges from 0.3 to 1 mm.

FIELD: manufacture of pipes, applicable for manufacture of long-sized biplastic pipes.
SUBSTANCE: the method consists in formation of a polymeric pipe shell, application of a fibrous filler with a binding material onto its outer surface and polymerization. Stiffening ribs with grooves crossing the stiffening ribs are formed on the outer surface of the pipe shell. Application of the fibrous filler with the binding material is accomplished on the outer surfaces of the pipe shell, stiffening ribs and grooves.
EFFECT: obtained a reliable mechanical joint of the pipe she; with glass plastic in the process of continuous manufacture of biplastic pipes in a single process cycle at a minimal consumption of material.

FIELD: rubber industry; devices for production of the industrial rubber articles.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of rubber industry, in particular, to production of industrial rubber articles, mainly to the devices for strapping and unstrapping of hoses and may be used at manufacture of the hoses on the hard and floppy mandrels for their strapping up by the compression strip before vulcanization and unstrapping after the vulcanization. The device for strapping and unstrapping of the hoses contains: the chuck plate coaxially mounted on the hub with the material layers and kinematically linked with the mounted on its own hub reel for the compression material. On the hub of the reel there is the clutch with a capability of the axial movement from the position of strapping to the position of unstrapping and back, and also there is the driving half-clutch with the capability of a free rotation. On the hub of the chuck plate there is the braking half-clutch mounted. The invention allows to expand manufacturing capabilities of the device and to perform two operations of strapping and unstrapping of the hoses by one device.

FIELD: producing tubular articles.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises applying the fiber material with a binder on the mandrel, polymerizing, and removing the blank from the mandrel. The mandrel is made of a standard pipe. The blank is cut along the mandrel and removed. The edges of the pipe are joined together by means of an H-shaped locking member with a glue composition.
EFFECT: simplified method and reduced cost.
FIELD: manufacture of watering tubes for drop sprinkling by molding plastic materials with use of extrusion of elongated complex-configuration articles.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of performing successive operations of extrusion of hollow shaped blank from thermoplastic material; blowing bubble; molding shaped article and cooling it. Radiation modified polyolefin is used as thermoplastic material. At extrusion process melt mass is passed through grid unit with asymmetrical and different-size set of flow-through holes. At blowing stage, pressure inside bubble is set according to difference of water level along length of sprinkling tubes at inlet and outlet of cooling zone. At molding process, at first oval shaped hose is molded, then shaped contour is molded. The last is drawn through clamping device having two molding drums. First drum is driven one and it has contour for forming outer profile of molded tube. Second drum is driving one, it has radially mounted shoes for defining labyrinth. After cooling molded product is slit by separate sprinkling tubes whose profile contours are formed at matching welded seams with gap no more than 3 mm. Such tubes may be used at total temperature equivalent 7000 -100 000°C without changing its shape.
EFFECT: possibility for making simultaneously two sprinkling tubes with single-side water outlet and one sprinkling tube with two-side water outlet.
