Known multi-disc friction variable-speed drives, including two-stage, including external and internal Central (otbortovannye) friction discs, seated, respectively, on a rotating body of the regulator and its output shaft and in frictional contact with the tapered intermediate disks, mounted on a splined shaft, mounted in bearings on the driver (see Pronin, B.A., Revkov GA, continuously variable V-belt and the friction transmission (CVT), M, engineering 1980, s, RES). The design of the planetary variator according to the patent of Russian Federation №2140028, 6 F16H 15/50, 1998, the author NV Gulia, partially eliminate this disadvantage, reducing to almost double the number of intermediate discs - satellites, providing the same disks contact with external and internal Central disks. This patent is executed a number of designs, manufactured and successfully tested.

The presence of the maximum number of characteristics in common with the proposed technical solution, the prototype is advisable to choose a design made on the above-mentioned patent and clearly stated in the journal "Bulletin of engineering" No. 4, 2003, p.6., 3. This solution includes the planetary multi-disk variator with the planet carrier of the two side walls interconnected by a tubular part, inside of which can be rotated fixed axis rotary levers carrying at one end bearings, which are fixed axis with a group of satellites on it, and in other parts of the controls, the movement of which varies the gear ratio of the variator mechanism change this ratio.

The lack of technical solutions of the prototype is the tsya insufficient strength and rigidity of the rotating axis satellites which is a group of satellites, compressed from sides of the Central friction discs. At high speeds of rotation of the carrier that occurs when the position of the axes of satellites near the axis of the variator, the satellite axis is subjected to bending as from the radial pressure and centrifugal forces during rotation. In the rotating axis of the satellites is bent outward and fails due to fatigue loads. To perform its thick impractical because it dramatically reduces the range of variation of the variator and efficiency due to high values of the minimum gear ratio.

The objective of the invention is to increase the stiffness, strength, kinematic accuracy and efficiency of the variator due to the fact that the satellite axis is stationary, with a fixation on her satellites with the possibility of rotation and lateral gaps between them; the said axis satellites firmly planted in holes at the ends of the swivel levers, the middle part of which is also connected rigidly interconnected by a pipe bearing brackets supporting the satellite axis between planted on her satellites in the lateral gaps between them. Flexural rigidity of the axis of satellites is increased many times, the bending stresses are considerably reduced, and most importantly, eliminates high cyclic loading axis due to the CSOs, she becomes motionless.

Additional advantages are the increase the overall rigidity and structural strength, the increase in the kinematic accuracy of frictional contact due to the reduction of the deflection axis, and increasing the efficiency and range of variation due to the reduction of the diameter of the axis satellites loaded now much smaller.

The technical result consists in increasing the durability and structural strength due to the performance of the satellite axes fixed, that greatly enhances its fatigue strength. Landing this axis into the holes at the ends of the swivel arms and the fixation of the middle part of the axis in the holes on the brackets attached to the pipes connecting the swing arms, greatly increases its strength and reduces the deflection, which increases the kinematic accuracy of the device; increasing the strength and stiffness of the satellite axes allows to reduce its diameter, which increases the efficiency of the variator their range of variation, because it reduces the distance from the contact points of the satellites with the inner friction disks to the axis of rotation of the satellites, which reduces the minimum kinematic gear ratio of the variator, impacting positively on the efficiency and increasing the range of variation.

Multi-planetary variator includes a housing 1, which is installed on bearings for rotation and stop of the outer Central friction discs 2, the input shaft 3, on which are fixed without the possibility of relative rotation of the inner Central friction discs 4 and 5 satellites, installed with the possibility of free rotation on the non-rotating axis 6 in several rows (in this case three rows) in multiple satellites in each row are evenly spaced around the circle (in this case, such groups 4). Axis 6 is rigidly (on landing) fixed in the holes in the swivel levers 7 and the bracket 8, which sit on the pipes 9, fixed to rotate on the cylindrical couplers 10 connecting the sidewall carrier 11. At least one end group of the swivel lever 7 located on the side of one sidewall carrier 11, or special brackets 12 contain controls 13, for example, 'in the form of rods connected with the mechanism of the change gear ratio of the variator, for example a pneumatic cylinder 14. The sidewall carrier 11 is connected with the output shaft of the CVT 15. Note that the outer Central friction discs 2 can be fixed on epicycle 16, seated rotatably in the housing and with the possibility of connection with him brake the m 17.

The operation of the device is as follows. Under action 5 satellites radial forces from squeezing their Central friction discs 2 and 4 and dynamic forces during rapid rotation of the take (these forces are often called centrifugal) axis 6 satellites 5 experiences a large force. Rotation of the inner Central friction discs 4 is transmitted from the input shaft 3; the outer Central friction discs 2, associated with a rotating body 1 epicycles 16 have the option of braking by the brake 17, which leads led 11, and therefore the output shaft 15 in rotation.

The change of gear ratio is made regards the Otomi swivel levers 7, attached to the pipe 9, relative to the cylindrical couplers 10, for example, by means of the pneumatic cylinder 14. Multiplate planetary variator contains carrier (11), consisting of two sidewalls, connected by cylindrical tension buckle (10) by number of planetary gear (5) in row, got on by several rows with ability of rotation on axis (6), rigidly fixed between ends of extreme pivot rods (7), other ends of which, as a minimum, one group form them, located at one of sidewalls of carrier (11), are controlled and its movement it is regulated advantage of variator. Middle parts of extreme revolute arms (7) are connected to each other by pipes (9), inside of which there are located cylindrical tension buckle (10) of carrier (11) with ability of reciprocal rotation. Pipes (9), on which there are fixed revolute arms (7) and axis (6) of planetary gears (5) between its rods are rigidly connected by blackets. Revolute arms (7), its ties, blackest and axis of planetary gears form rigid system, but with ability of total or partial disassembling.

EFFECT: providing the ability to resist by dangerous bending stress and huge caving in of planetary gears with several rows of planetary gears on it, appearing at high rotating frequency of carrier, and also toughening junction by tension buckles of sidewalls of carrier at transferring of high rotational moments.
