SUBSTANCE: invention is related to banknote with reinforcing strengthening and counterfeit protection facilities. Reinforcing strengthening is arranged with metal tissue with Russian Federation coat of arms contour woven on it. As counterfeit protection facility, signal chips are used, which under action of light change colour with generation of light signal by chips. At the same time metal tissue and signal chips are arranged with thickness of 8-10 mcm.

EFFECT: invention has extended service life and has high extent of counterfeit protection.

The invention relates to the notes with a longer lifespan and with means of protection against forgery. The invention can be used in the production of valuable and secret government documents.

Known protected from a fake document (options), a method of encoding information on the document and a method of manufacturing document (patent RF №2315355, IPC G06K 19/067, 42D 15/10, publication 2005.10.10), including protecting bill from a counterfeit electrical resonant circuit excited by an induced electromagnetic field.

A disadvantage of the known electric oscillating circuit is required special equipment to create the electromagnetic field.

Closest to the claimed invention is a valuable document from the local hardening, protected from counterfeit paper for its manufacturing and related methods (patent RF №2317898, IPC B42D 15/10, D21H 27/30, WV 29/00, publication 2008.02.27)with reinforcement mesh structure of synthetic or glass fibers. The disadvantage of this valuable document is limited protective measures against forgery.

These drawbacks are eliminated by the fact that stated in the bill of reinforcement reinforcement is made of metal cloth embroidered with the outline of the emblem of the RF signal and chips, which impacts the quality of light change color with the publication of the chips of the light signal, and the metal fabric and signal chips are made in the thickness of 8÷10 mm.

Comparative analysis with known banknotes shows that the claimed banknote can significantly increase the service life and maximum protection against counterfeiting.

The essential features of the claimed banknote, which allows to obtain the above advantages, it should be attributed to the implementation of the reinforcing metal fabric and chips, and performing tissue contour of the coat of arms of the Russian Federation and the encoded chips.

The drawing shows the layout of reinforcing and protective equipment on the banknote: 1 - metal fabric, 2 - place emblem of the Russian Federation, 3 - signal chips.

The calculations show that the reinforcing metal fabric and chips banknotes can increase its lifespan 2÷3 times at maximum protection against counterfeiting.

Banknote with reinforced padding and protection against counterfeiting, characterized in that the reinforcing padding made of metal cloth embroidered with the outline of the emblem of the Russian Federation and signal chips that under the influence of light change color with the publication of the chips of the light signal, and the metal fabric and signal chips are made in the thickness of 8-10 μm.

FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: low-flammability cigarette paper is intended for smoking materials. It contains a base with areal density more than 22 g/m2 and many burning limiting areas which are spread over base cigarette paper surface. Burning limiting areas are made by application of sodium alginate with polymerisation degree from approx. 500 to approx. 900 or by application of 3% sodium alginate water solution with density degree 19000 centipoise or more at 25°C. Low-flammability base-containing cigarette paper contains filler in quantity 2 g/m2 or more, have air permeability from 30 to 60 KOREST units and sodium alginate is applied in quantity less than 3 g/m2.

EFFECT: flammability lowering.

SUBSTANCE: absorbing cloth from a cellulose fiber contains an admixture of hard wood and soft wood fibers located in the form of mesh structure, including: the set of columnar areas fibers conglomeration with relatively high local density, aggregated by means of set of the connecting areas with lower local density, where orientation of fibers is inclined along a longitudinal direction between the columnar areas interconnected in a such way, where the cloth possesses coefficient of elongation in a cross-section direction, which is at least in 2.75 times higher than relative strength at cloth stretching in a dry condition. The above-stated material is obtained as follows. A water cellulose composition from hard wood fibers is prepared. The composition is moved on a forming tissue in the form of a stream which is let out from a pressure head box with a flow rate. The composition is dehydrated and compacted for manufacturing of a paper for formation of the fibrous layer possessing chaotic distribution of a fiber for paper manufacturing. Packing of the dehydrated fibrous layer possessing chaotic distribution of a fiber on the transporting transferring surface moving with the first rate. Creping of a fibrous layer from the transferring surface on a tape at dryness from 30% to 60% with use of the pattern creping tape. The creping stage is carried out under pressure in a contact zone of the creping tape confined between the transferring surface and the creping tape. Thus the tape is moved with the second speed, lower than speed of the transferring surface. Tape drawing, parametres of a contact zone, speed difference and dryness of the fibrous layer are chosen in such way to crepe the fibrous layer at its removal from the transferring surface and to redistribute on the creping tape with formation of a fibrous layer with mesh structure. Drying of the fibrous layer is performed after. The process is regulated so that coefficient of elongation in a cross-section direction is, at least, approximately in 2.75 times higher than relative strength at stretching of the fibrous layer in a dry condition. Such method allows obtaining a cellulose fibrous layer for products made from thin paper, and also products in the form of towels.

SUBSTANCE: polyketone fiber paper and method of its obtainment are intended for circuit card and core material production on the basis of claimed paper for circuit cards. Paper includes aliphatic polyketone fibers with recurrent links of the general formula -CH2-CH2-CO- and possibly with other additives and is obtained by wet spinning method. Circuit cards made of the claimed core material show low dielectric properties, stable dimensions, electric insulation properties and can be used for obtainment of homogeneous holes by laser perforation.

EFFECT: improved paper and core material quality due to enhanced durability, elasticity coefficient, stable dimensions, chemical and heat resistance, adhesion, insulating properties, reduced dielectric properties and water absorption, light weight, high porosity and homogeneity.

Single-layer material made from thin paper consists of the first external surface and the second external surface. At that, design of the first surface is obtained during wet forming, and design of the second surface is pressed and imitating, which is obtained during wet forming. Multi-layer material made from thin paper contains at least two layers, including two external layers. Each external layer has the first surface and the second surface. One external layer has the design obtained during wet forming at least on the first surface. The other external layer has pressed design at least on the first surface, imitating design obtained during wet forming on the first surface of one external layer. Both external layers are brought together so that their corresponding first surfaces represent external surfaces of multi-layer material made from thin paper. Manufacturing methods are based on using the above materials and device for pressing thin paper layers. The latter consists of a pressing roller and supporting roller. Pressing roller has embossing design that corresponds to surface texture or negative of surface texture of fabric, woolen cloth, strip or roller used for forming the design on the layer, which is obtained during wet forming.

EFFECT: improving quality of material owing to improving its flexibility, smoothness, saturating capacity and absorption rate as well as reducing material prime cost.

FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: proposed is cigarette paper for manufacture of self-extinguishing cigarette. The cigarette paper contains a filler agent in an amount of 2 - 6 g/m2, its weight being equal to 16 - 22 g/m2. On one side of the paper sheet there are flame-retardant segments provided for. The said segments are coated with a flame-retardant agent in an amount of 0.2 - 1.8 g/m2 of the coated segment area. The above flame-retardant agent is represented by sodium alginate. The polymerisation degree of the sodium alginate alginic acid varies within the 500-900 range.

EFFECT: fabrication of low flame propagation cigarette paper due to reduction of the cigarette carbon monoxide/resin ratio (C/T).

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to a layer with an image meant for use in absorbent fabrics. An image is made, for example, in the form of a text or picture. An image is formed with a number of dots. When the layer is in the first state, the dots have the first surface density, which form an identifiable and clear image. When the layer is in the second and then outspread state, the dots have a second surface density, which is below the first surface density in the first state. In this case the image goes into the second surface state essentially indecipherable or unclear to the observer at the given distance because of a lower surface density.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of ecologically safe packages and refers to a cigarette pack comprising a closing and opening outer box and an inner packing placed inside the outer box. The inner packing encloses a set of rod-like smoking products and an inner wrapping which covers this set. The inner wrapping comprises the first paper layer forming one inner wrapping surface, the second paper layer forming the other inner wrapping surface and a moisture-proof layer between the first and the second paper layers. The moisture-proof layer contains solid paraffin as a basic component and its thickness is enough to provide for the first and second paper layers to be glued together. Wrapping paper as well as the method and machine for its production are proposed.

EFFECT: increased moisture resistance, flavour keeping and improved biological decomposition.

SUBSTANCE: in process of manufacturing of multi-layer substrate (100) for identification card, diffraction first relief structure is formed with ratio of depth to width of separate structural elements of more than 0.3 in the first area (5) of multiplying layer (3) of multi-layer substrate. The first layer (3m) is applied onto multiplying layer in the first area and in the second area (4, 6), in which the first relief structure is not formed in multiplying layer, with constant surface density relative to plane specified with multiplying layer. SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to labels resistant to forgery and/or falsification, and namely to random features of the labels, which are used for restricting forbidden attempts of label forgery and/or falsification. The method involves encoding of many label features by means of a private key in order to produce the bottom layer certificate in which the variety of the label features contains the coordinates of two ends of the variety of optical fibre strands on the label. The bottom layer certificate is decoded by means of a public key. The decoded bottom layer certificate is verified as per many features of the label for determining the label authenticity. At that, verification includes obtaining of at least two label photos, data extraction from label photos, determination of conversion function of the extracted data movement and forming multi-dimensional map for distributing the variety of the label features.
