The invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical, medical and cosmetic industries, and in particular to a method for production of biologically active substances from medicinal plants.

The closest is a method for polysaccharide complex Linden cordate, including grinding Linden flowers and extraction in distilled water, the addition of 0.1 n NaOH solution and 10%aqueous solution of zinc sulfate. To obtain the dry polysaccharide complex Linden extract is filtered, and the filtrate is dried at a temperature not exceeding 40C. the Yield of polysaccharides 3,54,2% (repairings H.N. The objective of the invention is to create a method with a more rational use of expensive is rastitelnogo raw materials, as well as reducing costs through more complex extraction of valuable components.

The technical result of this method is the increase of the yield of the target product.

The task and the specified technical result is achieved in that in the method of extraction of the polysaccharide complex Linden flowers heart-shaped, including a preliminary grinding plant materials and extraction in distilled water with the addition of 0.1 n NaOH solution and 10%aqueous solution of zinc sulfate, filtered to obtain an extract polysaccharide complex, subsequent drying, according to the invention the extraction is carried out when exposed to ultrasound with a frequency of 30 kHz and an intensity of 4555 watts/cm2the duration of ultrasonic treatment is 1822 minutes. The viscosity of the obtained solutions is due to several components, the main ones are the polysaccharides. Thus the contribution of other compounds practically has no value on the viscosity grade. The content of polysaccharides was determined by the dry residue.

The use of ultrasound with an intensity of 4555 watts/cm2provides the minimum time to achieve a technical result of increasing product yield. When using lower intensities of ultrasound exposure time is increased to achieve a technical result, and the increased intensity leads to degradation of secreted polysaccharide complex.

The time of ultrasonic treatment is 1822 min is optimal for obtaining the maximum yield of polysaccharide complex Linden heart. Reducing the time to achieve the desired output, and the increase in the duration of ultrasonic treatment leads to the destruction of polysaccharide chains as a result is their prolonged exposure to ultrasound.

Conducting the process at a temperature of 2325C allows to achieve the project objectives, namely reducing costs, and the technical result of raising the quality of the final product, because at this temperature does not occur inactivation polysaccharide complex Linden flowers heart-shaped, which allows you to get a quality product.

The inventive method of extraction of the polysaccharide complex Linden flowers sweetheart was carried out as follows. Then the solution was placed in a cylindrical glass vessel, in which was immersed nozzle ultrasonic generator and producing raw materials processing. Ultrasonic effect on the solid plant material was carried out with an intensity of 4555 watts/cm2within 1822 minutes.

Example 1

The experiment was carried out analogously to example 1, except that the ultrasonic treatment was performed with an intensity of 30 W/cm2within 20 minutes.

Therefore, the decrease of intensity of ultrasonic treatment leads to reduction of the yield of polysaccharide complex of lime.

Example 3

The experiment was carried out analogously to example 1, except that as the plant materials used flax meal, and ultrasonic treatment was performed with an intensity of 60 W/cm2within 20 minutes.

Output polysaccharide complex Linden heart of 5.9%.

Therefore, increasing the intensity of ultrasonic treatment leads to a decrease in output polysaccharide complex of lime, which is confirmed by laboratory tests in figure 1 (the peak on the graph corresponds to the optimal parameters intensity ULTRASONIC) then there is a decrease in viscosity with increasing intensity ULTRASOUND.

This method will simplify the process of obtaining the polysaccharide to the Plex Linden cordate, to reduce the cost of its receipt by reducing the volume of raw materials used, as well as to increase output more than doubled compared to the prototype.
