SUBSTANCE: this invention refers to the household appliance with the electric motor drive especially, to the juice centrifuge with the case. Within the case the motor for the drive of the operating element (especially, of the basket operating element) is installed. The motor is installed by the damping mounting. The mounting is made by the bearing brackets with elastic and flexible areas.

The technical field

The invention relates to a household appliance with electric drive, in particular to the juice centrifuge with the case in which using the damping mounting the engine to drive the working body, in particular basket.

The level of technology

From DE 3639804 A1 famous homemade juice centrifuge with a drive motor mounted on evenly distributed around the perimeter of the lower part of the rubber damping shock absorbers. However, this damping mount the engine has a very complex structure and creates great difficulties during installation.

Disclosure of inventions

The objective of the invention is to create a damping motor mount, inexpensive to manufacture and does not create difficulties during installation.

According to the invention this problem is solved in a typical household appliance so that the fastening is carried out bearing brackets with elastic sections bearing brackets. Due to its own elasticity of bearing brackets special dampers become unnecessary. Due to the fact that the elastic parts directly preformulated to the supporting brackets for the engine, become unnecessary additional fasteners to connect the damping parts with bearing bracket to the engine. It is not only what about the cheaper manufacturing household appliance, but also simplifies installation.

To the damping setting was particularly good, bearing brackets for the suspension of the engine can be made in the form of a support strip, laid along the axis of rotation of the engine. With this construction, the motor is held very steady in the vertical direction, i.e. in the direction of action of gravity and laterally flexible and preferably elastic, lots of bearing brackets can to a certain extent elastically deformed, providing a satisfactory damping of vibrations.

To reduce the cost of production of the support strip and the elastic sections of the bearing brackets are preferably one piece from thermoplastic plastics.

This ensures a stable fastening of the bearing brackets and the motor in the housing while maintaining the elastic properties in the middle part of the bearing brackets. The implementation of the invention

Depicted in figure 1 juice centrifuge 1 has a housing 2 consisting of a hollow cylindrical lower section 3 and the conical upper section 4. In the lower section 3 is the drive motor 5, the rotating working body 6, which is located in the upper section 4. They are closed from view and is represented schematically. 8. Household appliance according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the first end sections (48) bearing bracket (44) are protected by safety devices from the coupler locking device located on the inner side wall (19) of the housing (2).

9. Household appliance of claim 8, wherein the safety device is designed as a plug-in appliance parts (53) of the housing, through which the ends (48) bearing bracket (44) is pressed against the inner side wall (19) of the housing (2).

Household appliance according to claim 9, characterized in that the insert part (53) of the housing and the area of the inner wall (19) of the housing (2), supporting the first end sections (48) bearing bracket (44), is made conical, and the first end parts (48) bearing bracket (44) may be held between the part of the housing (2) and the wall section (19).

11. Household appliance of claim 10, characterized in that for fixing the inserted part (53) of the housing on the inner side wall (19) of the housing (2) are protruding inside ribs (57)included in the return of the recess (56) on the inserted part (53) of the housing.
