The technical field

The invention relates to a basket for home juice centrifuges, also called household juicer which the basket has a bottom, equipped with a grating disk, adjacent equipped with passages conically expanding at least part of its height a sieve, which consists of the first and second stage filter located one above another along the perimeter of the walls with different angles of inclination. The invention relates also to a home juice centrifuge with this basket.

The level of technology

The basket of this type is known from patent document GB 538566.

Disclosure of inventions

The objective of the invention is to improve the standard basket in order to increase the yield of juice.

According to the invention this problem is solved by the fact that both the first and second filtration stages are conical expanding upwards circumferential wall. At the same time the upper circumferential wall, i.e. the second stage of filtering, can be used for vertical dripping juice that when a vertically standing circumferential wall would be impossible.

In one preferred embodiment of the invention the first stage filter, located between the bottom and the second stage filter has a smaller slope than the second level of filtering. This increases premawardhana drops of juice, that leads to increased yields of juice. At the same time in the basket Marc longer stay in the basket, which also contributes to increasing the yield of juice.

Experiments showed that in order to increase the yield of juice is especially beneficial to the angle of the first stage filter lying in the range between 45 and 54.9.

Was optimal angle of inclination of the first stage filter, lying between a 50.5 and 53.5, and preferably constituting just 52,5.

For the second stage filter favorable angle enclosed between 55 and 65.

In one embodiment of the invention the second stage filter may be designed as a detachable device to be installed on the first stage of filtering.

In one preferred embodiment of the invention to reduce the cost provided by the permanent connection of the first and second stages of filtration.

For ease of manufacture proposed in the invention of the basket preferably, each notch filter had at least one metal grid covered with a plastic insulation by extrusion.

The grid can be produced, for example, of perforated expanded metal if the comrade of stainless steel.

To increase the rigidity of the basket each step of filtering may consist of multiple grids connected by a jumper stiffness.

Jumper rigidity of the first stage filter and jumper rigidity of the second stage filter should preferably be offset to the axis of rotation of the basket relative to each other.

Proposed in the invention, the basket is designed primarily for home juice centrifuges.

The implementation of the invention

Depicted in figure 1 juice centrifuge 1 has a housing 2 consisting of a hollow cylindrical lower section 3 and the conical upper section 4. In the lower section 3 is the drive motor 5, the rotating working body 6, which is located in the upper section 4. They are closed from view and is represented schematically. The motor 5 operates the rotary body control 7 the governing Body 7 made in the form of a swivel head and is located on the front wall of the hollow cylindrical lower section 3.
