SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of 1,3-diiminoisoindoline, and more specifically to N1,N3-bis(5-amino-3-pentyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylidene)-2H-isoindole-1,3-diamine. This compound is soluble in organic solvents and can be used for colouring hydrocarbons, synthetic fibre, fats, wax, alcohols, polymers of plastics, rubber.

Introduction

The invention relates to the chemical industry, namely the derivative of 1,3-diaminoethane, and specifically, N1N3bis(5-amino-3-pentyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-ilidene)-2H-isoindole-1,3-diamine. Chemical compound can be used as a dye for dyeing waxes, synthetic fibers, polymers, hydrocarbons, fats, alcohols, plastics, rubber.

The level of technology

A close structural analogue of the claimed compound is 5,6-dicyano-1,3-bis((3'-amino-1'-dodecyl)-1',2',4'-triazole-5'-yl)imino)isoindoline, [Gema de la Torre, Tomas Torres. J. Org.Chem. 1996, 61, p.6446-6449]. The product powder orange, soluble in organic solvents.

However, this connection does not exceed 0.5%, which makes its practical use impossible.

The invention

Inventive task was to find a new derived 1,3-iminoisoindolin, which, with properties soluble in organic media dye, expanded the range of fat-soluble dyes that are resistant to migration, and could be used for dyeing waxes, fats, hydrocarbons, alcohols, plastics, polymers, synthetic fibers, rubber, and would provide rich color and uniform in color.

The problem is solved N1, 3bis(5-amino-3-pentyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-ilidene)-2H-isoindole-1,3-diamine of the formula

The structure of these compounds proved by data of elemental analysis, IR and electronic spectroscopy.

In the electronic absorption spectrum, measured in a solution of methanol, there is intense absorption at 384 and 495 nm with inflexum respectively, at 367, 405 nm and 467, 581 nm (figure 1).

The IR spectrum (figure 2) has a number of absorption bands at 2955, 2924 and 2853 cm-1characterizing the valence vibrations of the C-H in the alkyl substituent. The absorption band at 3288 and 3217 cm-1characterize, respectively, the symmetric and asymmetric stretching vibrations of N-H bond in the amino group. The absorption at 1554 cm-1refers to the deformation vibrations of N-H aminogroup isoindoline fragment.

Information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention

To carry out the invention using the following ingredients:

as the solvent used methanol (GOST 6995-77 h);

metal sodium (TU 6-09-356-77 h);

- ammonium chloride (GOST 3773-72 CHP);

- 5-amino-2-imino-3-pentyl-1,3,4-thiadiazoline that is not a commodity product and can be obtained by alkylation of 2.5-diamino-1,3-4-thiadiazole methyl Pentium.

The claimed compound can be obtained in the following way: a solution of methanolate sodium, 0.02 g (0.75 mg-al) metallic sodium and 50 ml of methanol contribute to 0.38 g (3 mmol) of phthalonitrile and incubated with stirring at room temperature for 2.5 hours Then the resulting yellow solution was added 0.04 g (0.75 mmol) of ammonium chloride, stirred for 10 minutes and added 1.14 g (6.1 mmol) of 5-amino-2-imino-3-pentyl-1,3,4-thiadiazoline. Because the target product is highly soluble in organic solvents can be used for dyeing waxes, fats, hydrocarbons, alcohols, plastics, polymers, synthetic fibers, rubber obtaining saturated colors and uniform colors.
