The mechanism of the pusher consists of a base with a pneumatic cylinder assembled thereon and a slider designed for transfer the insertion till a collet. The alignment mechanism consists of a base and of secured to it rod; the rod is transferred downward along the case to the collet by applying pressure onto the base. The case is connected to a cover equipped with a cone for alignment of the case of the pin. The rod knocks the insertion out of the collet and the insertion is pressed into the case of the pin.

The invention relates to the automation of Assembly processes in mechanical engineering and can be used to automatically build carbide insert with the body of a thorn in the snow.
There is a method of Assembly of cylindrical parts with guaranteed clearance and device for its implementation, in which the shaft is set obliquely to the axis fixedly mounted in a horizontal position of the sleeve with the contact between them in three points. The thrust plane is placed horizontally and is combined with the lower generatrix of the sleeve hole. One end of the shaft based bottom shared edges in the axial plane, the upper part is placed inside the sleeve and pressed against the edge of her holes at the top. The free end of the shaft is held in an inclined position by means of the movable support, the plane of symmetry which is aligned with the plane of symmetry of parts and which have a higher thrust plane. Then moving the movable bearing down perform plane-parallel motion of the shaft in the direction of the sleeve hole until full alignment of the edges of parts. Then the shaft horizontal plunger is moved inward to the full alignment surfaces (patent RU 2213654, CL VR 19/04).
The known method has several disadvantages:
- the build process is more complex, since the thrust surface is necessary to accurately align with the lower generatrix of the sleeve hole, and a movable support positioned symmetrically with the plane of symmetry of parts;
- this method can be used to build only the cylindrical elements.
The closest in technical essence of the present invention is a method of nailene and Assembly parts, fitting on cylindrical surfaces with a guaranteed gap, and a device for its implementation, in which the connecting part is fixed in the device to be assembled with the elastic suspension and the holder and move until it touches the surface of the base part. Further searches hole base part by rotation of the connected parts about the axis of its symmetry before falling into the hole of the base part. The rotation takes place simultaneously with the translational movement of the holder device for the Assembly. The device is equipped with a spindle associated with the individual drive of rotation, and a tool to capture the joined parts. The disadvantage of this method is:
- think the need for the presence of spindle for rotation of the connected parts;
- search orifice base part is carried out by rotation of the connected parts about the axis of its symmetry.
A device for pressing the pins into the body parts that contain established on the basis of the pressing mechanism in the form of a power cylinder, levers, pressed punches mounted in the guide bushings having openings in the side walls, the drive pins and the associated feeder pins into the holes of the guides, the mechanism for centering the workpiece in the form of a plate with a set of pins and bushing of elastic material with internal metal surface (patent RF №1768367, CL VR 19/02).
The disadvantages of this device are:
the compensator is made of two parts: the outer sleeve of elastic material and an inner metal sleeve, thus is a more complex design compared to the offer;
because the compensator is made of elastic material, decreases the ability to get the dimensions of the part.
As the model most closely fits spindle automatic nut tapping machine, containing the pushing mechanism in the form of a slide guide for guiding the nut in the cutting zone, the centering mechanism and tap with a curved shank. The centering mechanism includes a housing of the pneumatic cylinder, the inside of which can move posted by rod, associated axle with lever mounted in the slot of the slide and sealed with him the second axis and at the other end of the lever is fixed with a clamp having a cylindrical ledge.
Disadvantages gymnasieskola machine:
- on the fence nuts in the rails, and then on the position of the clamping and cutting is necessary to accurately adjust the cylindrical protrusion on the clamp;
- requires fine tuning of the plane and the plane of the slide when moving the nut along the guide position of the clamping and cutting.
The problem to which the invention is directed, is the expansion of technological capabilities in the Assembly of studs, by providing simultaneous feed of carbide insert and center the body of the spike.
This object is achieved in that in the method carbide insert with the body of a thorn-skid, including moving the fixed insert and the combination with the join part, according to the invention the insertion after the move set in the collet, which is lowered down until it touches the body of the spike, with the stock moving down, knocks the box of collets and supressive it in the case of a thorn.
Device for assembling carbide insert with the body of anti-skid spike containing the pushing mechanism, the centering mechanism, and according to the attainment of the pushing mechanism comprises a base with a fixed cylinder and slide, designed to move the insert to the collet, the centering mechanism consists of a support and fixed on its shaft, which, by pressure upon a support move down the body to the collet, while the housing is connected to the cover, having a cone that allows you to center the body of the spike.
The drawing shows a device that realizes the proposed method carbide insert with the body of a thorn in the snow.
The device is an Assembly unit for installation for automatic Assembly studs on the base of the machine MO-460 and consists of a support 1, nuts 2, stem 3 of the housing 4, a cover 5, the collet 6, cover with a cone 7, the base 8, the RAM 9, the stop 10, a sleeve 11, a screw 12, spring 13, sleeve 14, the air cylinder 15, the tube 16.
The method is as follows: the tube 16, is fixed in the sleeve 14, the insert through the cover 5 drops into the hole of the slide 9. Further, when the air supply to the pneumatic cylinder 15, the slider 9 moves the box to the hole in the housing 4. The box falls down and is installed in the collet 6. Then, when the feed movement on the support 1, the centering mechanism is moved down until it touches the cone in the cover 7 with the body of a thorn. Upon further movement of the support 1 is compressed spring 13, the piston rod 3 moves down and cuts the insertion of the collet 6 and into the hole in the body of the spike. When driving mechanism centerof the deposits up to an extreme position, the case of thorn together with insert is moved to the next position.
Using the proposed method carbide insert with the body of anti-skid spike and device for its implementation will allow to:
- at the same time to center the body of the spike and be assembled with inset;
to eliminate the need to produce complex centering devices;
- do not use elastic element through the use of collets.

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to machine building, particularly to devices for controlling the pressing process when making press joints in cylindrical objects for automating control of assembling processes. The device for controlling the pressing process when making press joints in cylindrical objects has a hydraulic press, joined together four updrafts with an elevating beam, four measuring transducers, each of which is in form of a strain sensor, an analogue-to-digital converter and an evaluator. The strain sensors are made on a measuring bridge circuit with provision for registering forces arising in the four updrafts. The outputs of the strain sensors are connected to the inputs of the analogue-to-digital converter, and the outputs of the latter are connected to inputs of the evaluator.
EFFECT: simplification of the design and widening of technological capabilities of the invented device.
FIELD: apparatuses for assembling and disassembling metallic units, possibly dismounting wheels for axles of wheel pairs.
SUBSTANCE: hydraulic device includes sleeve and pusher. Sleeve has turning. Pusher is mounted in turning with possibility of axial motion for forming piston cavity by its one end. Hydraulic device is provided with additional sleeve and piston. Additional sleeve has stepped turning. Sleeve is placed in small-diameter step of turning of additional sleeve with possibility of axial motion for creating in piston cavity pressure acting upon ends of sleeve, additional sleeve and pusher.
EFFECT: improved quality of pressing off process, simplified maintenance.

SUBSTANCE: according to invention, front and rear plates braced by load-bearing studs with nuts are installed on base to form power unit. Rear plate carries piston hydraulic cylinder with hollow rod and piston with bore. Additional piston and rod are installed, according, in bore of piston and space of hollow rod. Rod thrust against central end face of wheel-set axle. Hollow rod thrust against end face of stepped bore of wheel-set axle found between seat steps for wheel hub and for bearings. Slot is made in front plate for fitting wheel-set axle and thrusting of wheel hub against front plate. Support for wheel-set axle is installed for vertical displacement on base from outer side of power unit. Front plate is braced to base by bolts and bushings and it can displace longitudinal through value of linear deformations. Centers of holes for studs in plates are arranged over circumference with center coinciding with longitudinal axis of hydraulic cylinder.
EFFECT: simplified design of plant, improved reliability and quality of pressing off.

SUBSTANCE: press includes frame having base and two struts mutually joined by means of two columns; working cylinder mounted on one of said struts; force and supporting traverse bars with rollers. Said traverse bars are arranged between struts of press frame and they are mounted with possibility motion on rollers along columns of power frame. Force traverse bar is mounted with possibility of fixing it to columns.
EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities, improved quality of combining wheel pairs, simplified design of press.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises gripping the part to be dismounted and applying axial load by means of at least two ties and, e.g., hydraulic cylinder. The rod of the hydraulic cylinder cooperates with the face of the shaft. The ties are interconnected via a plate opposite to the end of the part to be dismounted. Each of the ties is provided with the eccentric groove. The ties are set in the openings in the part to be dismounted for permitting engagement by their step defined by the eccentric groove. Between the wall of the opening of the part to be dismounted and each tie is sickle-shaped bushing member. The hydraulic cylinder abuts against the plate so that to provide relationships D1 ≤ D2, b ≥ H, e = h, where D1 is the outer diameter of the tie, D2 is the diameter of the opening in the part to be dismounted, b is the width of the eccentric groove, H is the thickness of the part, e is the eccentricity of the groove with respect to the axis of the tie, and h is the maximum thickness of the sickle-shaped bushing member.

The first power hydraulic cylinder is used for moving parts and can rotate between two vertical unmovable pillars. The extensible spring-loaded stop with the drive and the first hydraulic cylinder are axially aligned. The first power hydraulic cylinder receives the second power hydraulic cylinder whose rod is provided with first center and spring. Manometer and additional filter connected with draining pipeline and having pouring hole are connected with control unit. Hydraulic lines are in the form of flexible hoses. Installation is provided with additional power hydraulic cylinder that forms together with connected in parallel main hydraulic cylinder unit of power hydraulic cylinders. Said unit of power hydraulic cylinders is placed on supporting sheet-plate mounted on upper stand with possibility of rotation or removal from upper stand and with possibility of moving in range of length of flexible hoses. Similar cavities of hydraulic cylinders are mutually communicated. Clamping device includes movable and stationary plates mounted respectively on rods and back lids of hydraulic cylinders and designed for joining tie rods of attachment.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability, no-failure operation of installation.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to methods of hard-alloy teeth pressing into cone body intended for crashing rocks. A lubricant is introduced into contact area of items to be joined. i.e. teeth and cone body. After that the assembling force is applied to the joined items and elastic vibrations are simultaneously induced in them. The axial relative position of joined items is continuously measured and when the preset value is achieved, the position is fixed by the force avoiding reverse axial relative shifting of the joined items. After that the amplitude of elastic vibrations is increased and vibration quality is controlled by dynamic factor to define completion of pressing cycle.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to machine building and instrument making, and may be used in performance of machine assembly works. Method for interference fit of parts by means of press fitting with application of material that strengthens the joint includes partial press fitting of parts with measurement of press fitting force and their further additional press fitting. According to method partial press fitting of parts is carried out. Then material that strengthens joint is applied on free sections of joined surfaces of one or both parts. After that their further additional press fitting is realised.
EFFECT: simplification of assembly process and reduction of costs for joint strengthening.
FIELD: engines and pumps, heating.
SUBSTANCE: proposed tubular heat exchanger comprises two heat exchanger section tube plates with the holes wherein attached are heat exchanger tubes to form tight joints. The heat exchange tubes fitted into tube plates, the pre-assembled heat exchange section tube plate is directed upward. Note that the anaerobic adhesive is applied on the tube plate outer surface edge and its each extending part in the amount corresponding to the volume of circular gaps between each tube and the mating hole in the tube plate to completely fill the circular gaps. Then, the joints are cured to form a polymer composition in the gap spaces. The said tubular heat exchanger is restored by separating heat exchange tubes from the tub plates and destructing the aforesaid polymer composition in the said gaps. The heat exchange tube and tube plate inner and outer surfaces are cleaned of dirt, worn-out tubes are replaced. Now, the re-assembly of heat exchange tube with tube plates is effected as described above. Similarly, the tubular heat exchanger with soldered, welded or flanged permanent joints can be restored.
EFFECT: simpler assembly and repair of tubular heat exchangers.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing sleeve into embracing part at technological tightness; performing electric-contact heating of inner surface of sleeve and then deforming it by drifting for creating mounting tightness of sleeve and embracing part joint; smoothing roughness of inner surface of sleeve. Electric-contact heating and drifting of inner surface of sleeve are realized with use of duplex tool in the form of contact- heating tool and arranged behind it deforming- calibrating tool. Contact-heating tool provides heating of inner surface of sleeve in annular zone of contact with said contact-heating tool. Deforming- calibrating tool is mounted at tightness equal to 0.8 mm. In the result during one operation sleeve is pressed-in to embracing part, roughness of inner surface of sleeve is smoothed and inner surface of sleeve is strengthened at hardness 48 - 54 HRC3.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to repair of load-bearing parts of vehicles, particularly, to repair of overspring beams of car bogies with inserts press-fitted into step bearings. According to proposed method, step bearing of overspring beam is heated, together with insert, to temperature exceeding 250°C. Inner surfaces of insert are cooled by blowing at velocity 1.1 times higher than velocity of heat exchange through surfaces in contact with step bearing to eliminate negative allowance between insert and outer bead of step bearing. To extract insert, it is expanded from inside by applying force. Device for implementing the method has body in form of disk to be arranged in step bearing with slots on side surface in which bellcranks 9 are fitted being driven by pneumatic cylinder, with claws for gripping the insert, central hole through which rod 16 of pneumatic cylinder passes to extract insert 40, with inner space designed for distribution of cooling compressed air among nozzles pointed to surfaces of insert.
EFFECT: increased efficiency when repair overspring beams, reduced energy consumption and labor input in process of repair.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preliminarily working tube ends by expanding them from cylinder to cylinder; assembling tubes with use of mandrel and placing intermediate member of additive material between joined end surfaces of end portions of tubes sized by expansion and end surfaces of step ring. Welded seams are formed by argon-arc welding due to melting material of intermediate member at its both sides adjacent to tube ends. The intermediate member is heated up and it is subjected to hot radial squeezing while concentrating its initial deformation in surface layers according to position of ring steps, welded seams and near-seam zones on mandrel for providing size of their outer diameter equal to initial outer diameter of tubes.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises flexible measuring member mounted concentrically with respect to the bearing race and having strain gauges covered with casing and set on its surface. The device also has split bushing with conical outer side mounted for permitting cooperation of the inner side of the flexible member with the outer side of the bearing race to be tested. The flexible member is sectional and composed of two step thick-walled races provided with strain gauges, mounted on the bushing, and interconnected by means of a thread joint. The bushing has ring cylindrical recess centered in its outer surface. The inner surfaces of the smaller steps of the thick-walled races are conical, with cone bases arranged from the side of the large steps.
EFFECT: enhanced convenience of testing and reduced metal consumption.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in shaft-bushing interference. According to invention, shaft and bushing are made of material with similar physical and mechanical properties with projections in form of laser hardened paths. Pitch of parts is twice as great as their width. Paths are arranged at angle of 0-90° to axis of joint. Opposite paths of shaft and bushing are displaced relative to each other by width of part. In particular cases, paths can be arranged along ring lines lying in planes square to axis of joint, in starting lines parallel to axis of joint, or helical lines.
