FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction and mining, and may be used in development of hard rocks, firm and frozen soils. Impact ripper includes basic machine, equal-arm lever mounted on hinged frame with main and additional pneumatic hammers, cavities of which are separated with piston-strikers, and air-distributing system that contains air distributor 12 and air manifold. Air distributor is arranged in the form of body and has rotor 13, which rests with journals via bearings 14 and 15, installed in bodies of couplers 16 and body of air distributor. Inside rotor 13 there are two non-communicating holes 17, arranged along radial lines. On generatrix of rotor 13 there are grooves 18, which are connected to radial holes 17. In journals of rotor 13 there are channels 19, which connect holes 17 to bores and channels 21, arranged in bodies of couplers 16. One of rotor 13 journals is connected via flanged coupler 22 to electric motor 23.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of ripper operation, simplification and increase of operation reliability.

The invention relates to the construction and mining and can be used in the development of rock, solid and frozen ground.

Known Ripper, which includes the basic machine mounted on a hinged frame air hammer with case, the internal part is separated by a piston-striker on the front and rear cameras, and a diffuser with a source of compressed air (see, for example, the book of Zakharchuk B.Z. and other Attachments tractor equipment for the development of high-strength soils. M., "engineering", 1979, p.33-36).

The disadvantage of this Ripper is transmitted to the frame of the dynamic loads from the forces of impact and reducing the total efficiency of loosening.

Closest to the proposed technical solution is the Ripper, including basic machine mounted on a hinged frame equal armed lever with the primary and secondary air hammers, the cavity of which is divided by the piston-the strikers and connected by an air line with an air distribution system and a source of compressed air (see A.S. No. 889805, Ál. 02F 5/30).

However, in the known construction Ripper distribution system can function only in combination with additional elements air line, because when you switch valve air distributor from left to right the situation violated the synchronous operation of the air hammers Ripper. This complicates the design of highway air distribution. The design of the Ripper is also not possible to control the frequency of the compressed air in the cavity air hammers, which is important in the work of the Ripper in different ground conditions. In addition, the reciprocating movement of the spool relative to the housing of the distributor causes more dynamic load, which reduces the reliability of the structure.

The technical result of the invention is to improve the efficiency of the Ripper by expanding the functionality of the scheme of distribution, simplify and increase the reliability of operation.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the Ripper percussion, including basic machine mounted on a hinged frame equal armed lever with the primary and secondary air hammers, the cavity of which is divided by the piston-strikers, and air distribution system that contains air and air line, characterized in that the diffuser is made in the form of a casing, a rotor mounted in the housing for rotation, couplings, located on the pins of the rotor, the rotor has two non-communicating with each other the holes drilled in the radial line of the rotor and alternately connecting through the minute openings of the grooves, located on the generatrix of the rotor, and the holes drilled in the body of the distributor, the upper and lower chambers of the air hammers with a mains supply of compressed air and exhaust air, and one of the pins of the rotor is connected through a flange coupling with electric motor with variable speed.

The use of air rotary action allows to simplify the design of inlet and exhaust of compressed air from air hammers, to reduce dynamic loads, to increase the reliability of the Ripper.

Location in the rotating part of the distributor (rotor) two non-communicating holes located on radial lines, allows you to connect alternately the supply line to the compressed air and highway exhaust air from the upper and lower chambers of the air hammers.

Perform slots on the generatrix of the rotor of the distributor allows you to control the air flow in the chamber air hammers and air extraction from two interconnected networks of holes formed on a radial line of the rotor.

The connection of the two radial holes with channels located in the pins of the rotor of the distributor, with the channels and recesses made in the cases of coupling with a bearing support, allows you to feed compressed air and take in the atmosphere is from the upper and lower chambers of the air hammers through the air line.

The connection of one of the pins of the rotor of the distributor through a flanged coupling with an electric motor, the speed of which is adjustable, you can change the frequency of the stroke of the piston-striker depending on soil conditions.

Collectively, these advantages of the proposed device in comparison with the prototype allows to simplify the design of inlet and exhaust of compressed air from air hammers, to reduce dynamic loads, to increase the reliability of the Ripper.

Figure 1 shows the Ripper percussion, General view. Figure 2 is a top view of figure 1. Figure 3 is a section along the section a-a in figure 2.

Ripper includes basic machine 1 to which the rods 2 are attached hinged frame 3. In the lower part of the frame 3 via the hinge 4 is attached a working body, including equal armed lever 5, the edges of which are attached to the air hammers - primary and secondary 6 and 7. Each of the air hammers includes teeth 8, the front 9 and rear 10 overlays, the piston-head 11. Compressed air is provided from air distributor 12. The diffuser has a rotating part (rotor) 13 supported by pins through the bearings 14 and 15, located in the buildings of the couplings 16 and the body of the distributor 12. Inside of the rotor 13 is not two communicating holes 17 located on radial lines. On the generatrix of the rotor 3 are grooves 18, United with radial holes 17. The roll of the rotor 13 are the channels 19 of the connecting holes 17 with recesses 20 and channel 21 made in the cases of the coupling 16. One of the pins of the rotor 13 is connected through a flanged sleeve 22 with an electric motor 23. Lifting and lowering of the tool is effected by a hydraulic cylinder 24.

The Ripper works as follows.

When the lowering of the body by a hydraulic cylinder 24 is automatically activated motor 23, the rotational speed is set depending on the soil strength. Torque from the electric motor 23 through a flanged sleeve 22 is transmitted to the rotor 13 of the diffuser 12. Simultaneously with this, there is a supply of compressed air to the hole I, located in the body of the distributor 12. With the approach of the grooves 18 of the rotor 13 to the holes I and II, made in the housing 12, the compressed air from the hole I is fed through the slot 18, the radial hole 17, the channel 19 located in the left trunnion of the rotor 13. Next, the air enters through the bore 20 and channel 21 on the left coupling 16 to the upper chamber of the pneumatic hammer 7 and the lower chamber of the pneumatic hammer 6. At the same time opens the air outlet from the lower chamber of the pneumatic hammer 7 and the upper chamber of the pneumatic hammer 6 in the atmosphere. The output of the exhaust air is performed through the channel 21 and the recess 20, the right coupling 16. The air passes che is ez channel 19, done in the right axle of the rotor 13, a radial hole 17 and the hole II in the body of the distributor 12. As a result of supplying compressed air to the upper chamber of the pneumatic hammer 7 is an accelerated motion of the piston-striker 11 and its impact on the upper part of the tooth 8, which leads to the destruction of the soil. Simultaneously, the compressed air entering the lower chamber of the pneumatic hammer 6, rapidly raises the piston-head 11. At first reactive force of the compressed air is forced to move the body of the pneumatic hammer 6 down, letting the energy of the blow to the tooth 8 of the pneumatic hammer 6 through the front buxu 9. At the end of the lifting piston-head 11 hits on the rear buxu 10. The impact energy through the lever 5 is transferred to the tooth 8 of the housing of the pneumatic hammer 7 and the front pan 9. When the rotation of the rotor 13 by 180° with respect to the initial position direction of flow of the compressed air is reversed. Compressed air from the openings of the first diffuser 12 is fed into the groove 18, a radial hole 17, the channel 19, the recess 20 and channel 21 located in the right axle of the rotor 12 and the sleeve 16, to the bottom chamber of the pneumatic hammer 7 and the upper chamber of the pneumatic hammer 6. The exhaust air from the upper chamber of the pneumatic hammer 7 and the lower chambers of the pneumatic hammer 6 through the channel 21 and the recess 20 located on the left sleeve 16. Then the air passes through the channel 19, is made in the left of the pins of the rotor 13, a radial hole 17 and the hole II in the body of the distributor 12. Then the cycle repeats.

The application of the proposed Ripper allows you to simplify the design of inlet and exhaust of compressed air from air hammers, to reduce dynamic loads, to increase the reliability of the Ripper.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in working members of mining and earth-moving machines, particularly, in machines for digging hard and frozen soils. Proposed ripper point for breaking hard and frozen soils has shank with slot for fastening, and wedge-like working part formed by front end surface, two side surfaces and rear surface. Working part of front end surface located in place of intensive wear is reinforced along longitudinal axial line H-H by three of stress concentrators, being round elements projecting over front end working surface and dipped into body of point. Distance L between concentrators in row and distance 1 between rows is equal to triple value of their diameter.

EFFECT: reduced effort to applied to small soil, reduced power consumption for ripping, increased service life of ripper point.

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: the bearing-rotary device in the engineer track vehicle is installed in the nose section of the chassis on the side of the tower of and positioned in the armored hull, it is fastened in cantilever in the tower and made in the form of a low-profile straight cylinder with a bottom shaped as a ball segment. An opening is made in the segment on the side of the tower for disposition of the drive of the bearing platform. The upper part of the portal is cylinder-shaped and provided with a boom rotation mechanism. An ogee is made on the retractable section of the boom, at the end of the projecting part positioned are ears with an axle installed on which are the excavator dipper and the tooth-ripper positioned under the excavator dipper for provision of separate or joint operation by formation of a gripping working member. One of the lower coaxial annular channels communicates with pipeline supplying for compressed air through the valve and with valve control chamber by means of radial channels made in annular body through annular groove created in the tail and through central supplying pipe to establish communication between annular gap defined by rod body of additional ripper and central supplying pipe, and exhaust orifices in discharge bush. Each other lower coaxial annular channel communicates with central lower annular channel through radial channels of annular body.

The upper part of the portal is cylinder-shaped and provided with a boom rotation mechanism. An ogee is made on the retractable section of the boom, at the end of the projecting part positioned are ears with an axle installed on which are the excavator dipper and the tooth-ripper positioned under the excavator dipper for provision of separate or joint operation by formation of a gripping working member. The wall of the retractable section positioned on the opposite side of the ogee is additionally provided with a cargo-catching hook hanger for applying hoist slings to the cargo. Proposed ripper point for breaking hard and frozen soils has shank with slot for fastening, and wedge-like working part formed by front end surface, two side surfaces and rear surface. Working part of front end surface located in place of intensive wear is reinforced along longitudinal axial line H-H by three of stress concentrators, being round elements projecting over front end working surface and dipped into body of point. Distance L between concentrators in row and distance 1 between rows is equal to triple value of their diameter.

EFFECT: reduced effort to applied to small soil, reduced power consumption for ripping, increased service life of ripper point.

Vibration ripper includes basic machine, parallelogram suspension, bearing beam 3, struts 5 with ripping cogs, vibration exciters. Resilient element is made in the form of pneumatic cylinder 9 including two equal chambers encasing force variation pistons 10 connected over stocks 11 and control rods 12 to top parts of struts 5. Impact ripper includes basic machine, equal-arm lever mounted on hinged frame with main and additional pneumatic hammers, cavities of which are separated with piston-strikers, and air-distributing system that contains air distributor 12 and air manifold. Air distributor is arranged in the form of body and has rotor 13, which rests with journals via bearings 14 and 15, installed in bodies of couplers 16 and body of air distributor. Inside rotor 13 there are two non-communicating holes 17, arranged along radial lines. On generatrix of rotor 13 there are grooves 18, which are connected to radial holes 17. In journals of rotor 13 there are channels 19, which connect holes 17 to bores and channels 21, arranged in bodies of couplers 16. One of rotor 13 journals is connected via flanged coupler 22 to electric motor 23.

Tooth has locking cone-shaped stock, and the above seat is provided with cone-shaped hole to be adjoined to the above locking cone-shaped stock. Tooth is cone-shaped and ends with a tip. Tip is made from high-strength material. Ripper tooth includes head section made at least partially from high-strength material. Top cover and ripper tooth form conjugation between seat and stock of ripper tooth having the corresponding shape; at that, seat and stock of ripper tooth have inner cone for formation of clamping cone between top cover and tooth; at that, ripper tooth is removed from cover in case of failure of clamping cone. Seat with inner cone forms some part of section for arrangement of ripper tooth in the cover, and the above stock of ripper tooth having the corresponding shape forms the part of ripper tooth. In stock of ripper tooth and section for arrangement of ripper tooth there made are through transverse channels the axial lines of which are aligned in case of fixture in the seat of stock of ripper tooth, which allows inserting the retaining pin. Head section of ripper tooth includes outward protruding arm enabling removal of ripper tooth. Section for arrangement of ripper tooth includes displacement hole that passes from external section of ripper tip to the area of base of the above seat, which allows displacing the tooth at available corresponding tool.
