FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machinery field, provided for implementation of digging and loading operations, particularly to machinery of type of frontal bucket loader. Load-carrying system is formed by front half-frame, hinged to back half-frame, consisting two longerons with bearing of beam, counterbalance, accumulator boxes. On back ends of longerons it is rigidly fixed transverse beam with guidlines, on which there are mounted counterbalance and back lamellar element, fixation of which to transverse beam is implemented by means of releasable connection. Counterbalance is implemented as changeable and composite with "П"-shaped openings and mass, providing stability of motion and manageability of loader with cargo, and accumulator boxes are implemented as demountable and fixed to back lamellar element and longerons. Accumulator boxes allow openings for installation of clearance lamps and backup lamps.

EFFECT: invention provides for stability increasing of frontal bucket loader at changing of vehicle capacity of frontal bucket loader ensured by variation of counterbalance mass, and also simplification of erection and dismantling, increasing of maintainability and serviceability.

The invention relates to machines designed for excavation and loading operations, and in particular to machines such as front loaders.

Known bearing system front loaders with articulated frame in which to ensure the sustainability of set contrast, serves as a grille with Windows for ventilation of the engine (1).

This design does not allow to maintain the stability of front loaders with increasing load.

Known bearing system front loaders Amkodor 342 Century, It contains a front section pivotally coupled to the rear section consists of two side members with Centerpoint frame, counterweight and installed battery boxes (2). The mechanism of contrast in this design is a welded bumper constant mass, which is welded to the side members. Battery boxes are also welded to the side members and the bumper.

This design of the bearing system, firstly, it is not possible to maintain the stability of front loaders when changing the payload if necessary, secondly, welded battery boxes complicate the technology of mounting and Dismounting.

The task of the invention is the fast creation of the universal carrier system, front loaders, allows you to increase the sustainability of front loaders when changing capacity front loaders by varying the mass of the counterweight and, as a result of the expansion of the functionality of the truck, as well as simplifying installation and dismantling, increase maintainability and ease of use.

Carrier system for front loaders that solves this task formed the front section pivotally coupled to the rear section containing the two spar with support equalizer, counter, battery boxes, and the rear ends of the side members rigidly fixed transverse beam with guides on which are mounted a counterweight and rear leaf element, fastening them to the cross bar carried by detachable connections. The counterweight is made removable and stacked with U-shaped cutouts and weight, providing resistance to the movement and handling of the truck with load and battery boxes are removable and are attached to the back sheet member and the side members, while the battery boxes have holes to install marker lights and reversing lights.

Carrier system for front loaders includes a front section 1 and the rear section 2, the articulated hinge 3. The rear section 2 contains two side members 4 and 5 with the support of the balance weight 6, the counterweight 7. The rear ends of the side members 4 and 5 fixed transverse beam 8 with the guides 9, on which is mounted a counterweight 7 and the rear sheet element 10. The mounting of the counterweight 7, the rear sheet element 10 to the cross bar 8 is carried out by means of detachable connections. The counterweight 7 consists of several typesetting cargo of U-shaped cutouts. Battery boxes 11 a are attached respectively to the side members 4 and 5 and the rear sheet element 10. Battery boxes 11 and 12 have openings 13, 14, 15, 16 for installation of marker lights and reversing lights.

To the side members 4 and 5 are welded bearing hinge 3, support equalizer 6 and to the rear ends of the side members 4 and 5 are welded transverse beam 8 with the guides 9. On the guides 9 of the transverse beams 8 establish prativaga the 7 with U-shaped cutouts and rear leaf element 10. Rear leaf element 10 is fastened by means of screw connection 17 to the end surface of the guide 9 of the transverse beams 8 and bolted 18 is tightened to the cross bar 8 through the counterweight 7, while the fixation of the cargo counterweight 7 against inadvertent longitudinal displacement. Battery boxes 11 and 12 are mounted on the side members 4 and 5 and the rear sheet element 10 and are fastened by means of screw connection 19. The holes 13 and 15 are mounted marker lights, and into the holes 14 and 16 - reversing lights.

To preserve the stability front loaders when changing the installed capacity required amount of typesetting cargo in contrast to 7 (Figure 4). To do this, disconnect the battery boxes 11 and 12, the rear sheet element 10, changing the amount of cargo in the counterweight 7, and then installed in reverse order.

The proposed solution allows you to create universal carrier system for front loaders, allowing to maintain the stability of front loaders when changing the load by varying the mass of the counterweight and, as a result of the expansion of the functionality of the truck, and also simplifies the Assembly and disassembly increases the maintainability and provides a few what about the operation.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to equipment used in mining for excavation and earth movement, more specifically to control of mine excavators using electrical actuation. The method involves, in excavation mode, limiting of the current to the turning motor armature to a threshold value of the control signal, equal to 20-30% of the shutoff current value. The state of the excavation mode is established from readings of sensors for length of cables, stroke length of lift arms, and sensor for actuating lift and the current to the turning motor armature is automatically limited. Proposal is also given of a device for implementing this method.

EFFECT: reduction of dynamic lateral loads on the working equipment of the mining excavator, which lead to fatigue accumulation in stress concentration zones in metal and fatigue flaking.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions pertain to construction, namely, to hydraulic hammers hung on to construction excavators. Method of protection of the excavator from the influence of hydraulic hammer blowing mass of the hammer pin over the wedge of the hydraulic hammer according to which oscillation damping of the working equipment from the mass action of the hammer pin during its idle run is performed through main hydraulic cylinders of lead control. Oscillation damping of the working equipment is performed both through the main hydraulic cylinder and through a balancing pneumatic - hydraulic cylinder. Whereat balancing pneumatic - hydraulic cylinder is made with constant gas pressure characteristic, and head ends of main hydraulic cylinders of lead control are connected with hydropneumatic accumulator with variable characteristic of gas pressure in its air bladder.

Protection device of the hydraulic actuator of a front loader contains a heavy hauler, working equipment, boom hydraulic cylinders and, at least, one balancing cylinder, head end whereof is connected with a gas cylinder. Accumulator, reverse-flow valve and an adjustable choke are switched to the head ends of the boom hydraulic cylinders. SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to construction machine control systems and can be used in hydraulically-operated construction machines. Hydraulically-operated construction machine actuator movement control method consists in reference-input signal generated by manipulating handle with inductive position sensor, formation of control effect on hydraulic drive with the help of electric hydraulic converter. In addition hydraulically-operated construction machine actuator speed is measured, and manipulating handle position sensor output signal is compared with output signal of hydraulically-operated construction machine actuator speed measuring unit. Eventually the first difference signal which is converted in integral control, and the output signal of which is compared with output signal of speed measuring unit, is generated, and after that the second difference signal which is converted in second-order two term controller is generated, and then it is supplied to electric hydraulic converter of actuator hydraulic drive.

EFFECT: improving process reliability due to smooth movement of actuators as well as the possibility of obtaining wide range of speed control at variable load of hydraulic drive.

The two-line hydraulic drive of a bucket excavator includes two pumps connected with flowing channels of the multi spool-type hydro distributor, directed towards each other, including the monoblock case and sliding valves of hydraulic engines management of working bodies, the return and bypass relief valves, pressure-tight and drain hydro lines. There are mortises in the hydro distributor case with bushes for placing sliding valves established inside, having channels, crosspieces arranged therebetween and apertures. There are borings executed in case mortises which length is equal to the total length of three central channels and two crosspieces between them.

EFFECT: reduction of dimensions of the hydro distributor case, metal consumption reduction, decreased labour iousness, improvement of functionality due to reduction of resistance of a liquid stream.

FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the mining industry and may be used for the control of dragline excavator implement during excavation. For this purpose, the device has lifting and pulling hoist motors controlled by speed control units of these motors, a lifting cable (LC) tension controller with the first input connected to the output of the LC tension selector, the second input connected to the output of the LC tension transducer, and the third input connected to the outputs of the main and two additional functional generators (FG) through switches. The controller output is connected to the input of the lifting hoist speed control unit. A signal from the pulling cable tension transducer is supplied to the FG inputs. The switches are controlled through a non-linear element with the inputs connected to the output of selector 1 and an excavation path transducer, and the output connected to the switch control inputs through diodes. The actuating contacts of these switches are connected into circuits switching one of the FG's to the third input of the LC tension controller.

EFFECT: increased capacity, reliability, and service life duration of dragline excavator due to adjusting lifting cable (LC) tension value in case of change of cut and soil hardness conditions.

SUBSTANCE: system of automatic control of earth-moving transport machine (ETM) actuator in the process of earth digging consists of sensor of earth volume in front of actuator, sensor of earth physical and mechanical properties, sensor of fuel flow rate, sensor of actual speed of ETM movement, which is connected to the slave wheel, setter of reference signals, control unit and actuating mechanism. At that the control unit contains device of input, single crystal microcontroller, permanent memorising device and output device, and actuating mechanism consists of electric slides and hydraulic cylinders. Signal of automatic regulation clearance by parameter of instant efficiency factor is only sent under the condition of predominance of parameters measured by sensors above the reference signals. Specification of reference signals level is performed by information signal of sensor of physical and mechanical earth properties.

EFFECT: increases efficiency of ETM use at the account of ETM actuator control accuracy increase, capacity of ETM operation and energy savings.

The device consists of the elevator hoist and the pulling hoist motors controlled by the hoist speed control units, and the excavation route sensor which output is connected through the programmable drag cable pull-up setup unit to one of the drag cable pull-up control unit inputs. Another input of the drag cable pull-up control unit is connected to the drag cable pull-up sensor. The drag cable pull-up control unit output is connected to the first input of the elevator cable pull-up control unit; another elevator cable pull-up control unit input is connected to the elevator cable pull-up sensor.
