SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric household device for preparing food and is aimed at improvement of ergonomic characteristics and at construction simplification. Electric household appliance contains body, which is equipped with pole adjoining the base, operation reservoir, placed in detachable way on said base, lid, which locks operation reservoir, holding unit, mounted on pole and intended for holding lid and movable safety unit, which brings switch in action. Operation reservoir contains movable and/or deformable init, which is able to interact, from one side, with lid, and from the other, with movable safety unit. Recognition unit interact with lid, held on operation reservoir by holding unit in blocking position, and influences on movable safety unit in direction of position, in which said switch turns on engine.

EFFECT: improvement of ergonomic characteristics and at construction simplification.

The present invention relates to the technical field of household appliances designed for cooking food and containing a working vessel, mounted on the enclosure that the means of the electric drive.

In devices of the mentioned type of working vessel contains auxiliary rotary working unit with putting it in motion below. In these devices also include devices designed for mixing liquid food products, such as blenders, containing output for driving in the upper part of the body. These devices include household food processors containing one or more outputs for driving in the upper part of the body.

From patent FR 2370546 or WO 02/051293 known household food processor, comprising a housing representing a rack attached to the base, a work vessel, installed removable way on that ground cover on a work vessel, and detail retention mounted on said rack and designed to interact with a working vessel.

The device described in the patent FR 2370546 contains detail retention, actuated by a lever located on one side of the rack. This arrangement allows the use of the cover, with g americasee characteristics of a body of rotation. A work vessel and the cover is thus easily accessible. However, the said lever has the ability to move about the horizontal axis of rotation between its lowered position when it is located along the rack, and a raised position when it is removed from this stand. Manipulation of this lever may lead to the displacement of this device on the working surface.

The device described in the patent WO 02/051293 contains detail retention, placed at the top of the rack. This item retention is the ability to move about a vertical axis of rotation. A work vessel and the cover is thus easily accessible. Manipulation item of deduction does not result in the transfer of this device on the working surface. However, in this case, the cap should be placed on the desktop vessel sufficiently accurate way.

The technical problem of this invention is to develop a household device for cooking food above described type in which improved ergonomic features.

Another technical task of the present invention is to develop a household device for cooking food products of the type indicated above in which the cap could be installed on the desktop vessel without the need for special orientation.

Another technology the technological objective of the invention is to develop a household device for cooking food products of the type indicated above, in which the locking device cover on the desktop vessel was very simple in operation.

The above technical problems are solved using electrical devices for cooking food, comprising a housing representing a rack attached to the base, an electric motor accommodated in the housing, a working vessel mounted detachable on said base, a cover enclosing the working vessel, item of deduction, mounted on the rack and configured to move between an unlock position in which the cover can be installed on a working vessel, placed on, or removed from this vessel, and a locked position, in which the part of the holding block cover on the desktop vessel mounted on the base, the safety device containing the switch is placed in the housing, and movable safety item activates the specified switch, means of elastic return, which moves the movable safety item in the position in which the said switch blocks the engine at the wrong placement of the cover on a working vessel, the latter contains a movable and/or measurable deformation item recognition, capable of interacting with one hand, with the cover, and on the other the second side, with movable protective detail, and referred to item recognition interacts with lid, held at the working vessel through the details of deduction in the locked position, and pushes the movable safety item against elastic return means in the position in which the said switch is able to prevent the operation of the engine. Due to the mentioned parts recognition installed on a working vessel, the lid no longer actuates directly the safety device. This design decision allows to limit the requirements to cover, it is designed to prevent actuation of the safety device by the user. Consequently, the indexing position of the lid on the desktop vessel is no longer necessary. The piece that interacts with the item of deduction, and a portion of the cover, interacting with item recognition, may have a geometric shape of the body of rotation and even form part of the body of rotation. Thanks to the lock on the rack, provide detail retention, installation of a cover on a work vessel and its removal from the vessel, and set the working vessel to the base and removing the vessel, are particularly convenient. The first embodiment of the present invention is schematically illustrated in figure 1-16. Figure 1 illustrates the device for cooking food, comprising a housing 1, a working vessel 2, closed the lid 3, and a work vessel 102, closed the lid 103. The working vessel 2 is designed for the preparation of liquid food products. Work vessel 102 preferably is a multi-functional working vessel, equipped with interchangeable rotating auxiliary workers prysposoblenyya hull shell 1 comprises a base 5, the casing 6, seat 7 and the front panel 8.

Case 1 represents a rack 10, which houses the electric motor 4 (it can be seen on figures 9 and 10). The top of the stand 10 includes a bed 11, which is the axis 12 driven by the said engine. The housing 1 contains a device unlock 50 that is designed to release the casing 13, and the upper locking device 150 that is designed to hold the cover 103, the closing work vessel 102 mounted on the base 70.

Figure 2 is presented in more detail the device unlock 50 and the upper locking device 150. The shell part 6 and part of lodgement 7 is not shown to better underst is of mechanism design. The casing 13 is installed to rotate on the rod 17 mounted on the casing 6. Elastic return means 18 allows you to raise the casing 13. The release button 52, associated with the retention element 51, is set to move against the elastic means of return 54, which can be seen in figure 3. The engagement element 56 and the retention element 51 belong to the upper locking device 150.

Figure 5 presents the top thickening 74. Exterior side cutout 76 is made in the outer side wall 77 serving so the e for centering the working vessel 102 based on 70. This outer side wall 77 communicates with the inner surface of the skirt 126. The upper thickening 74 includes an outer side protrusion 78, representing the two side surfaces 79, serve to lock the rotational movement of the working vessel 102 on the basis of 70.

The upper thickening 72 and the upper thickening 73, which can be seen in figure 1, also contain outer side wall, similarly used for centering the working vessel 102 on the base 70, and the outer side of the ledge, representing the two side surfaces 79, serve to lock the rotational movement of the working vessel 102 on the basis of 70.

Figure 6 presents the cover 103 placed on the desktop vessel 102. The bearing shell arm 122 is not shown in order to display the side locking device 140, on a production vessel 102. Lateral locking device 140 is installed in the handle 122. Lateral locking device 140 communicates with the lower locking device 160, accommodated in the housing 1 and presented in figures 9 and 10. Lateral locking device 140 contains the lower governing body 141 and the upper body of the lock 142. The lower governing body 141 communicates with the lower locking device 160. The upper body of the lock 142 communicates with the upper peripheral edge 135 of the cover 103. The upper peripheral the edge 135 forms the upper body restraint 139. The lower governing body 141 and the upper body of the lock 142 belong to the swinging lever 143. The swinging lever 143 is placed in the handle 122 can be rotated within the bearing shell of the handle 122. Arm 122 is removable with respect to the working vessel 102. For this work the vessel 102 is provided with elements gearing 129.

The side wall of the retention a upper locking device 150 communicates with the upper wall 104 of the cover 103. The top wall 104 is a body of rotation. Thus, the cover 103 may be located on the desktop vessel 102 without providing special orientation.

Work vessel 102 contains the item recognition 124 belonging to the safety device 60, which best can be seen in Fig, 14, 15 and 16. Item recognition 124 mounted for sliding in the outer guide 125 extending from the working vessel 102. Item recognition 124 has an upper portion 124A beaches, intended for engagement with the lower peripheral edge 136 of the cover 103, and the lower portion 124b designed to interact with the element of the safety device 60.

Work vessel 102 contains in its lower part of the skirt 126, provided with bottom openings a, 126b, is intended to communicate respectively with the upper bulges 72, 73, 74 of the base 70. The cover 103 has a skirt 137, covering some distance lower peripheral edge 136, thus forming a lower annular groove 138 that is designed to accommodate therein the upper edge of the working of the vessel 102. The top edge of the working vessel 102 also has the shape of a body of rotation.

On Fig presents arm 122, disconnected from the working vessel 102. The swinging lever 143 is installed with the possibility of rotation about the axis 144. The lower governing body 141 and the upper body of the lock 142 is placed on either side of the axis 144. The lock lever 145 is mounted for sliding along the axis 144 and is connected with the release button arm 146 having the ability to move against the return spring, not shown in the Pref is given in the Appendix drawings. The lock lever 145 communicates with focus lock, made on a production vessel 102, but not shown in the application drawings.

Figure 9 presents a side of the locking device 140 and part of the lower locking device 160. The lower locking device 160 includes a side body transfer 161 communicating with the lower governing body 141. Side body transfer 161 proceeds from the pivot arm 162 mounted for movement in a rotational movement about an axis 163 with respect to the body 1 on the basis of 70. The rotary lever 162 includes side management body 164 that communicates with the lower body of the transmission 170, owned by the transmission terminal block 171, placed in the rack 10. Its final drive rod lock 171 is mounted for sliding in the frame 9, is not represented on figure 10, but shown in Fig-16 essentially in the vertical direction. Its final drive rod lock 171 is mounted for movement against the elastic return means 172. Lower body transfer 170 generated by the eccentric surface intended to bring into rotational movement of the pivot arm 162 in the case when the casing 13 is lowered onto the housing 1. The lower locking device 160 contains the lower body block 165, placed n the base 70. This lower body lock 165 belongs to the rotary lever 162, placed in the base 70. The lower body block 165 may extend through the outer side of the cutout 76 of the base 70, as shown in figure 5. The lower body block 165 is designed for introduction into the lower notch 127 of the working of the vessel 102. The rotary lever 162 is associated with elastic return means 166, intended to return the lower body block 165 in the outer side of the cutout 76.

Figure 10 shows the lateral locking device 140, the lower locking device 160 and the safety device 60. Its final drive rod lock 171 includes upper body control 173 communicating with the lower gear body 174 emanating from the housing 13 and is shown in Fig. The lower the gear body 174 is made at the free end of the lower tongue 14.

The safety device 60 includes safety gear pin 181. Safety gear pin 181 is mounted slidable in the frame 9, not shown in figure 10, essentially in the horizontal direction. Safety gear pin 181 includes an inclined groove 196 in which slides a pin 175 coming from the transmission terminal block 171. Figure 11 shows the locking mechanism 180 of the gear rod block 171. Lower body transfer 170 contains the design of the locking 176, which includes side management body 164 of the pivot arm 162, pushed the elastic return means 166 presented on figures 9 and 10, when the handle 122 is absent on the working vessel 102 mounted on the base 70, or when the working vessel 102 is not installed base 70.

On Fig shows the safety device 60 in the configuration, when the cover 13 is locked on the lid 103 placed on the desktop vessel 102 (not shown in the application drawings)placed on the base 70. Elastic foot control 191 is driven through a gear part 62. The lever 183 includes a presser foot driving 193, interacting the switch 185. Elastic foot control 191 allows you to limit the forces acting on the switch 185, and to increase the working speed transmission part 62.

For a better understanding of the design and operation mechanisms of the casing 6 is not shown in Fig-16. In addition, work vessel 102 and, if necessary, the cover 103 is shown by the dotted lines for clarity of the drawings.

The casing 13 forms a part of retaining 110 that is installed with the ability to swing the rack 10 and having the ability to move between the unlock position, illustrated in Fig, in which the cover 103 can be installed on a working vessel 102 or removed from this vessel, and a locked position, illustrated in Fig in which the item of deduction 110 holds the cover on the desktop vessel 102 placed on the base 70. Item hold 110 communicates with the lower locking device 160. The upper body of the lock 142 (which can be seen in Fig.6) has the ability to move between the retracted position illustrated in Fig, in which the cover 103 can be installed on a working vessel 102 or removed from this vessel, and extended position, illustrated in Fig, in which the upper body of the lock 142 holds the upper body restraint 139, which can be seen in Fig.6.

The operation of the device in accordance with the invention is as follows.
