The present invention relates to a refrigerator with a freezer that contains end-to-end inner container with freezer compartment, which contains the evaporator and compartment for storage of chilled products, which are rigidly interconnected without the formation of the dividing interface.

These refrigerators with through the inner container usually are single and have advantages in many respects. Since in this case there is no separate compartment for freezer, there is no edge between freezer and storage compartment chilled products, which usually accumulate dirt. This allows a much better appearance of the refrigerator unlike refrigerators containing separated freezer and storage compartment chilled products. In addition, refrigerators with through the inner container does not require the installation of the evaporator using any complex and (or) expensive sealing means.

Because through the inner container in the refrigerator of this type is manufactured with the necessary rigidity in the transition zone from the Department of the freezer compartment to the storage compartment chilled products, difficult installation of the evaporator because of the extremely cramped conditions for E. what about the placement. Thus, the main objective of the present invention is to provide an improved refrigerator with freezer above-mentioned type containing a through internal capacity, allowing a more efficient cooling of the internal volume of the freezer compartment, so that the advantages of this fridge freezer was determined would be more effective cooling of the freezer compartment.

This problem is solved in the present invention through the creation of a refrigerator with a freezer on paragraph 1 of the claims. Preferred aspects of the present invention are subject of the dependent claims.

In accordance with the present invention, the evaporator is made in the form of boxes with wrapped, which encompasses the periphery of the freezer compartment with four sides, and can be installed despite the difficulties of mounting it in cramped conditions caused by the presence of end-to-end internal container with freezer compartment, enough rigidly connected to the compartment for storage of chilled products. Unlike earlier U-shaped plate evaporators offer the evaporator, made the form boxes with wrapped, covers on the periphery of the freezer compartment with four sides, including the side of the freezer compartment, which is opposite compartment for storing frozen food and is separated from it only a fairly narrow gap. Thanks to this technical solution enables significantly more efficient operation of the refrigerator. Thus, the present invention first violates this false idea that only a definite type of evaporator, namely U-shaped plate evaporator, can be successfully applied in the design of the fridge freezer, which includes in its membership through the inner container, in which the freezer compartment is made in one piece with the Department for storage of chilled products and connected with it hard enough. Thanks to the evaporator in the form of boxes with wrapped in accordance with the present invention successfully combines the advantages of a refrigerator having a through inner container, with a high what power cooling freezer.

The evaporator is successfully installed on the freezer with a tight fit. The evaporator can be installed on the freezer using the so-called lagopesole landing, providing a fairly tight contact between the freezer compartment and the winding coils of the evaporator is installed in this compartment to fit him in form, resulting in the most favorable conditions for the implementation of the heat transfer process.

In another embodiment, the present invention specified evaporator attached to the freezer compartment using a suitable adhesive material. 1 shows a refrigerator 1 freezer, in which the door 2 extends along its front side and closes them at the same time as the compartment 3 for storage of chilled products, and branch 4 freezer. These gap 8 between the compartment freezer compartment and a compartment 7 for keeping refrigerated foods extends only over approximately 2/3 to 3/4 of the depth of the inner container 5. With this design the inner container 5 compartment 6 for the freezer combined with a compartment 7 for keeping refrigerated foods into a single unit so that provided the necessary rigidity of the whole structure, i.e. it is impossible to bend or bend so as to increase the width of the gap 8 when mounting the evaporator. However, the gap 8 has a sufficiently large width to accommodate the coils of the evaporator.

As shown in figure 2, the evaporator 9, made in the form of boxes with wrapped, mounted with the use of this precision landing on the compartment 6 for borosilicate, which is repeatedly covered with the lateral sides of the coils 10 of the evaporator. In the embodiment of the present invention represented by the above drawing, only one of the rear wall of the compartment under the evaporator is not closed coils of the evaporator 9. This provides the opportunity for highly efficient cooling compartment freezer thanks to multiple setting of this branch from the lateral sides of the coils of the evaporator.

As shown in figure 2, the evaporator 9, containing many turns, may contain a system of bent aluminum tubing. Metal plate, which in this drawing is not shown and which are placed on the coils 10 of the evaporator 9, located between the walls of the section 6 for the freezer and the coils 10 of the evaporator 9. These metal plates still attached to the walls of the compartment 6 for the freezer by means of double-sided adhesive tape. In the same way can be fixed coils 10 of the evaporator 9 on the metal plates. It should be noted that this metal plate can be installed with each covered by the evaporator 9 the four sides of the compartment 6 for the freezer.

As of the evaporator 9 can be used, in particular, the so-called four-star evaporator having evaporative system in the form of boxes with Navico and mounted on the walls of the compartment 6 to the freezing chamber through the inner container 5-door refrigerator. With this design it is possible to avoid the need for a separate execution of the freezing chamber relative to the inner container. When this is applied through the container does not have any connection line or a curved edge between the compartment 6 for the freezer compartment and 7 for keeping refrigerated foods, so there is no edge, which usually accumulate dirt, and also provides improved appearance of the refrigerator.
