SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation of assembly processes and can be used in manufacture of bottled waters, namely in fitting transport handle on bottle neck. Proposed device comprises accumulative magazine with aligning rod arranged in the channel formed by walls and parts piled in a certain way. Feeding bar for piece delivery of details is located at the channel bottom with its length exceeding that of the rod by the part thickness. Rod with parts strung thereon has the S-shape, its position in magazine case being subjected completely to part shape. Magazine channel features a bend that follows the rod shape. Channel sidewalls accommodate disks with radial brushes and drive to rotate the latter in direction of parts motion along aforesaid channel.

EFFECT: higher reliability, continuous operation.

The invention relates to the automation of production processes of the Assembly and can be used in the production of bottled water, namely in the installation process, transport handles at the neck of the bottle.

A device for orientation of parts (see the patent of Russia №2008984 from 21.02.1992)containing sloping inlet and outlet trays between which are mounted a device for supplying compressed air and the mechanism of orientation of components, including the indicator forms part made in the form of freely swinging blinds, and turning area with actuator and the shutter is equipped with a sensor that is included in the electrical circuit of the drive control pad.

A disadvantage of the known device is its high complexity and the inability of the relative orientation of flat parts with off-center hole.

As a prototype of the claimed invention adopted rod shop with delivery of the blanks below (see Reference "Metalist", volume 5, edited by Blaguszewski, M., "engineering", 1978, str)containing the vertical channel, repeating the outer shape of the part and the centering rod held within the channel, which is fixed to its upper end into the magazine body. In the lower side rod shop has a slide feeder for single-piece issuance details.

<> The disadvantages of the known rod shop is that the shop can only operate in periodic mode and as emptying store the contact force of the stack of parts to the bottom of the store is reduced, which reduces the reliability of separation of parts from the stack and the reliability of the store.

The aim of the invention is to remedy these disadvantages, namely the possibility of reliable operation of the store in a continuous mode.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the device containing the cumulative store with the centering rod is placed in the channel formed by the walls and components, stacked in a certain way in a stack and feeding the gate for their piece of issuance, located in the lower part of the channel is longer than the length of the rod to the part thickness, the rod strung with him the details, is S-shaped and its location in the body shop is fully determined by the contour of the parts, and the shop channel has a bend to match the geometry of the rod and the side walls of the channel in the plane of its bend, mounted disks with radial brushes and drive, allowing you to rotate them in the direction of movement of the parts along the channel.

The invention is illustrated in graphic materials, in which figure 1 shows a General view of the device, and figure 2 - type of device is on the side along arrow B, figure 3 - section a-A.

The device contains a cumulative rod of circular cross section 1, which, in a certain position, through the off-center circular hole is worn item 2. Cumulative rod 1 with parts 2 is curved channel of the shaft formed by the walls 3. The cross section of the channel in the plane perpendicular to the axis of the rod 1, and repeats with some clearance the outer contours of the workpiece 2. The bending radii of the rod 1 and channel have a common center, which assembled round brush 4 with the possibility of rotation in the directions shown by the arrows in figure 1 and 2 that provides the movement of the parts 2 to terminal 1 to the gate of the feeder 5 with pneumatic actuator 6. The rod 1 with typed details 2 is based on the round brush 4, and in such a suspension is provided by the clearance between the rod 1 and the bottom of the channel 7, is equal to the thickness of the part 2. In turn, slide the feeder 5 has a thickness equal to the thickness of the part 2. In the course of sliding the feeder 5 forward part 2 is output from the mine shop and served in the position of Assembly with the base item - bottle, which in figure 1-3 are not shown. In the course of sliding the feeder 5 back post details 2 is lowered to the bottom of the channel 7.

The use of the proposed device will provide a continuous supply of parts in the cumulative store, post specific details under the PRA due to the rotating circular brushes and reliable separation of parts. The use of holes, fitting during Assembly with the neck of the bottle, as the main clamping element provides the unification of boot devices, rapidly tunable on the details of another configuration.
