SUBSTANCE: fabric is made in the form of a closed hollow tube and formed with two-layer weave of core and filling threads, and the layers are connected in the edges. As the base weave, there used is the weave the core and filling rapport of which contains one long and one short overlapping with the average overlapping length equal to 1.5…2.0, weave coefficient is 4.5…16.0, and coefficient of connection is 4.1…6.8. In complete weave rapport, all short core and filling overlappings are located inside the sleeve, and long ones - outside the sleeve; at that, fabric stretching as to the core threads at 10% load of the breaking one is not more than 5%.

EFFECT: designing hollow industrial fabric for the support layer of safety sleeve, which has low stretching degree at maximum operating loads.

The invention relates to the textile industry and can be used in fire-fighting techniques as the reference layer rescue sleeves for emergency evacuation of people and property from high-rise buildings during fires and other emergencies.

Known technical fabric supporting layer evacuation and rescue sleeves, made plain weaves main and weft threads of fibers with different sign charges the electrified. When this repeats of the weave in the warp and weft are equal and a multiple of two and the wave height of the threads of each of the systems is equal to the diameter of the filaments of the other system [USSR Author's certificate No. 1228531 on CL. The disadvantage of this technical fabric is a high degree of elongation rescue sleeves with maximum working loads (up to 10% of the breaking load), which leads to an increase in the original length sleeves 10%, it is difficult for the evacuation of people and cause a number of inconveniences for evacuees.

Known also technical fabrics for the reference layer rescue sleeves, made in the form of a closed hollow tube formed by two interlocking warp and weft threads with the connection of the layers in the edges. As a basic weave these fabrics used a plain weave. The elongation of the tissues about the Nove at 10% of the breaking load is 7.5...9,0%. ["Fabric for technical rescue sleeves". The disadvantage of these technical fabrics is a high degree of elongation rescue sleeves with maximum working loads, reaching 7.5-9.0% of its original length, making it difficult evacuation of people and cause a number of inconveniences for evacuees.

The technical task of the present invention is to provide a hollow technical fabrics for the reference layer rescue sleeves, possessing a low degree onlinemost (not exceeding 5%) at the maximum working load.

This problem is solved by the fact that the proposed technical fabric supporting layer rescue sleeves, made in the form of a closed hollow pipes, double layer formed by the interlacing of warp and weft threads with the connection of the layers in the edges. As the base used weave, containing rapport on the basis of duck and one long and one short overlap with medium length overlap, equal to 1,5...2,0, with a coefficient of weave 4,5...16.0 and coefficient connectivity 4,1 6,8.... In full rapport weave all short overlapping basis and duck are on the inside, and the long - outside sleeves. The lengthening of the tissue on the basis of 10% of the breaking load n is greater than 5%.

These distinctive features, each separately and all together, are aimed at solving the problem and are significant.

Figure 1 shows a picture of the full repeat of the weave, we offer fabrics for the reference layer rescue sleeves on the basis weave twill 2/1 combined with him arrangement of fibres in the cross sections of fabric along the warp and weft threads.

Figure 2 shows a picture of the full repeat of the weave, we offer fabrics for the reference layer rescue sleeves on the basis weave satin/satin 4-shaft combined with him arrangement of fibres in the cross sections of fabric along the warp and weft threads.

Figures 1 and Fig. 2 adopted the following conventions threads: O1...About8- warp with sequence numbers from 1 to 8; Y1...Y8- weft threads with sequence numbers from 1 to 8.

We offer a complete technical fabric supporting layer rescue sleeve is made from chemical twisted filament yarn, mainly polyester, Shuttle or microcentric weaving machines with embedded edges.

To confirm the technical result of the invention were experimental samples hollow technical fabrics for the reference layer rescue sleeves proposed design.

Prototypes of the hollow tissues to pornoho layer rescue sleeves with a positive result tested the all-Russian research Institute for fire protection ("the Institute", Balashikha, Moscow region) and the RPE BARRIER" (Moscow) on many high-rise projects in Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine as an integral part of the emergency rescue sleeves. Test results of the proposed hollow technical fabric supporting layer rescue sleeves are recommended for use on flammable objects. On the hollow of technical fabrics for the reference layer rescue sleeves drawn up, agreed and approved by the technical conditions of JSC "NIIT", THE 8378-055-00302379-2007, "Tissue TCP 95/1700 for the reference layer rescue sleeves".

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to machine building, and particularly to fibre prepreg, used for making objects for various purposes from wear-proof polymer composite material. The fibre prepreg is made in form of a fibre base from fusible, as well as glass or carbon fibres of infusible threads. SUBSTANCE: biaxiisotropic fabric is manufactured in bark weaving pattern from warp and weft threads of similar composition and linear density and with similar warp and weft repeat pattern. Biaxiisotropic fabric of such structure has resistance coefficient of at least 0.9 and relatively low flexural rigidity (not in the excess of 5/0 gf/cm).

SUBSTANCE: duck fabric is produced from longitudinal and transverse threads, where longitudinal threads are multifilament threads including multiplicity of single thread filaments and at least one thermally fusible filament of thermoplastic material. This at least one thermally fusible filament of thermoplastic material has lower melting point than single filaments of multifilament thread. After thermal processing, multifilament threads become harder and single filaments defining said multifilament threads are secured in conjunction with thermoplastic material of said at least one thermally fusible thread.
