The invention relates to the field of computer technology, in particular to the automated inspection system of personal data of citizens in the manufacture of passport and visa documents of the new generation.

As you know, European countries are switching to e-passport system. By 2013, throughout the territory of Europe must be deployed unified system of electronic identification based on biometric techniques. The Russian Federation also began implementation of a new electronic passport and visa documents since 2007.

The main international trend in the development of passport and visa documents of new generation is the creation of so-called zones of trust, under which citizens of participating countries can benefit from the right of visa-free movement.

Causes that trigger the need for the introduction of passport and visa documents of the new generation, are:

the growth of illegal migration and activation of criminal activity related to illegal migration documents;

- the increased flow of people through the state border of the Russian Federation and, consequently, the need for improving the efficiency of border control;

- the need for integration of government information resources used in the area of border and migration control, as well as in the field Bo is lby with criminal and terrorist manifestations;
