FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: door hinge is coupling member between door and front wall of washing machine. Hinge consists of boy and at least one lever, built-in into body. Body is connected to doorset of front wall at least by means of one lever, connected to door. Hinge is manufactured by method of casting of plastic material in corresponding mould.

EFFECT: creation of hinge durable enough, in order to withstand external action, and allowing low weight, that provides decreasing of total weight of washing machine.

The invention relates to a plastic door hinge for washing machines, in particular for plastic door hinges, washing machines, provided with several ribs to make the loop the necessary strength and rigidity, as well as a few cavities and grooves which ensure smooth flow of water, without the formation of various turbulence near the door of the washing machine during the washing process.

PRIOR art

The invention relates to a door hinge for a washing machine, comprising a housing, narashima (i.e. tightly) coupled with the door unit of the washing machine, and at least one lever integrated in the housing. Such a construction of a door hinge for washing machines is already well known from the prior art. Data loops are made of metallic materials, in particular housing and levers loop cast alloy "zamac" - metal alloy comprising zinc and aluminum.

As is known, the density of the metal exceeds the density of plastic materials. For example, zinc has a density 7.049 g/cm3and aluminum - 2,77 g/cm3. For comparison, the density of the polyurethane is 1 g/cm3. The density of the polyurethane high density (HDPE) is equal to 0.95 g/cm3.

The installation of such door hinge, made of metallic materials, of course, took the ensures the total weight of all washing machines in General. Moreover, the manufacturing process of making door hinges made of metal materials causes a number of disadvantages during operation of the Assembly of the door Assembly, as the casting process must be very strict controls to prevent the formation of internal voids or other casting defects, significantly reducing the structural strength and, ultimately leading to the destruction of the part under the action of external loads.

In addition, the articulation hinge with the door unit of the washing machine is quite controversial, as the metal loop differs lack flexibility and are not able to respond adequately to the changing geometry of the door Assembly, in which this loop is inserted.

Because, among other things, the washing machine is in constant contact with water, the door hinge of this machine is inevitably exposed to a mixture of chemical elements, washing substances, agents for water softening, etc. So if the door hinge is made of metal, it will be exposed to corrosion.

In practice, the most critical effects from the point of view of mechanical stress, are levers door hinges built into its case. Since under normal operating conditions the loop is subjected to bending moment, razlicnosti levers door hinges appear normal stress and shear strain. Famous door hinges washing machines are produced taking into account such external loads, so they have sufficient strength to resist the destruction of the levers under the action of external forces and bending moments. However, achieving such a margin of safety leads to increased material consumption and weight gain washing machine as a whole.

Another important task when designing a door block washing machines - ensuring uniform flow of water near the door, as the door unit partially juts out inside the working chamber of the machine, which is washable. Manufacturers of washing machines always try to ensure an even flow of water inside the working chamber, as this increases the quality of washing. However, currently existing door hinges washing machines have numerous sharp edges and corners, which lead to deterioration in the uniformity of water flow inside the working chamber of the washing machine.

BRIEF description of the INVENTION

The present invention is intended to create the hinge of a door of the washing machine, which will have sufficient strength to resist external influences, and at the same time low weight, which will reduce the total weight of all washing machines in General.

In accordance with the offer of what Britanie the above problem can be solved through the application of production methods of molding plastic material in the molds, the arms of the loop are equipped with multiple ribbed components.

Door hinge according to the invention is, inter alia, of the casing having a "lattice" structure and able to bend with a certain radius, corresponding to the geometry of the door Assembly of the washing machine.

In addition, in the construction of door hinges made several notches and holes through which the case hinges attach to the door unit of the washing machine.

DETAILED description of the INVENTION

Figure 1 shows the site of the door Assembly of the washing machine Assembly according to the present invention. As shown in the drawing, the door hinge is located at the junction of the door (15) with the front wall (14) of the washing machine. In particular, the enclosure door hinges (16) is connected to the door unit, and by means of levers door hinges (8) - at least by one arm from the door of the washing machine.

Levers door hinges (8) have a lattice structure of the ribs (1). According to a preferred variant embodiment of the invention the outer surface of the lever (8) is made of a smooth and solid, unlike the lattice of the inner surface. However, according to another variant, the outer surface of the lever also has a lattice structure.

Otherwise, uneven cross-section of the body can lead to the spread of the stresses on the transition areas between different parts of the body.

On Figa shows a detail of the lever (8). According to the drawing, the lever (8) has an outer radius (2) in the area of the angle of the housing and the inner radius of (3) to prevent the spread of voltages, which are formed as a result of influence of external forces. Two opposite ends of the housing (16) is made pins (4)are inserted into the corresponding holes made on the washing machine door (15).

As shown in IGB and 3b, on the housing (16), at its opposite ends, the recess (17) for fastening in the centre of which the holes are made (5), in which the inserted fasteners, bolts, screws and the like, and is used to mount the housing (16) to the door unit of the washing machine. As the bolt is made of the corresponding groove - recess (17) it is possible to use a relatively short screws to attach the door hinges to the front wall of the washing machine (14). Thus, the bending moment resulting from the action of external loads, reduced by using shorter bolts.

At the junction of the arms (8) and housing (16) is also formed radius, which makes this transition area smoother, which prevents the distribution of stresses in the joints of the various components. Alternatively, the ends of the housing (16), at the corners, can also be formed by the radii of the curves (6).

5. Loop according to claim 1, characterized in that the body of the loop is executed several recesses and grooves (11, 13)promoting uniform distribution of stresses over the cross section of the housing (16).

6. Loop according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one seat (9) is performed on the rear surface of a door hinge for uniform distribution of the stresses resulting from the installation of fastening elements.

7. Hinge according to any one of the preceding paragraphs, characterized in that the housing (16) has a certain radius with regard to the form of the door block of the front wall (14).

Locking unit has lock main body equipped with protrusions and retaining openings in its opposite sides, and lock cover having openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining openings provided at cover opposite sides. Protrusions are formed in active part protruding from carrier part of lock main body, and retaining openings are formed in carrier part, immediately under protrusions. Openings for accommodation of protrusions are provided in portion protruding from edge of cover lock planar portion, and retaining protrusions are formed at ends of lock cover protruding portion. On introducing of lock cover into main body of lock, protrusions become embraced with openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining protrusions are introduced into retaining openings. Such construction allows lock cover to be assembled with lock main body for one operation.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and reduced time for assembling of lock unit.

The case has an aperture on its front side. The door block of a round shape closes the aperture of the case.
