SUBSTANCE: dump trailer comprises body 1, installed on frame 2, which, with the help of rotary circle 3 is connected to dolly 4. On crossbars 5 of frame 2 axes 6 are rigidly fixed, and parts 7 and 8 of hydraulic cylinder 9 support bracket are movably installed on them. On body of hydraulic cylinder 9 journals 10 are rigidly fixed, being joined movably with parts 7 and 8 of support bracket of hydraulic cylinder 9. Ball support 11 of support bracket of hydraulic cylinder 9 is connected to bottom 12 of body 1.

EFFECT: higher reliability of trailer frame due to elimination of failures in unit of hydraulic lift support bracket fixation to crossbars of frame.

The present invention relates to the field of trackless vehicles and can be used in the construction of tractor trailers.

Known tipper trailer, described in the guide for the care and operation of the Trailer two-axle tractor 2PTS - 4M model A", Sergovskiy engineering plant. Volga, the UNIC. Saratov, 1969 This trailer (see Fig.1 and Fig.2, page 5) consists of a body mounted on the chassis. In the middle part of the chassis frame on a special supporting bracket rigidly mounted on its crossbars, a platform (30, 15 and p.32), equipped with a ball bearing and a socket to communicate with tipper body and the support bracket at the time of dump unloading of the body. A significant drawback of this trailer is the low reliability of the support bracket in its attachment to the cross member of the chassis frame. So, in practice, in the operation of this trailer in off-road conditions there are frequent failures in welds attaching the support bracket to the walls of the crossbars, as well as fractures of the bearing element. This is due to the fact that the latter impose rigid connection to the connection, preventing free delenatii walls and shelves of the cross when they are squeezed torsion. The cause of these failures is confirmed by results of researches, p is obtained when testing promising tractor trailer 2PTS-4-A, which are presented in the monograph: Addlement, Avellini. Therefore, the aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of the trailer due to the elimination of failures by the attachment of the support bracket of the platform to the frame crossbars.

This objective is achieved in that the support bracket consists of two parts and one of their ends adjustably attached to the cross members of the trailer frame by means of hinges, the longitudinal axis of symmetry which are located in the longitudinal plane of the frame, while others also adjustably mounted on the body of the cylinder, again with the help of hinges, but the longitudinal axis of symmetry of them are located in the transverse plane referred to the frame of the trailer.

Tipper trailer consists of a body 1, is placed on a frame 2 which by means of the turntable 3 is connected to the moving carriage 4. Proposed dumpcar body tilter has body 3 mounted on lower frame 2 for turning in vertical plane and hinge-coupled with power cylinder 4. Rod 5 of power cylinder is hinge-connected with one end of tie-rod 6 whose other end is hinge-connected to lower frame 2. Said tie-rod has two slots 10 for movement relative to joints fastening to lower frame and to rod. Joint of power cylinder rod and tie-rod is attached to body through slot in body.

Support plate consists of two bowls 5 installed with clearance relative to each other, between which ball support of hydraulic cylinder 3 is arranged. Each bowl of support plate is rigidly secured on one of components of structural members 7 of bracket belonging to one of crossmembers of chassis frame.
