Method of sealing and heat insulation recovery for interpanel joints
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns building construction, maintenance and repair. Method of sealing and heat insulation recovery for interpanel joints involves joint filling with construction foam and sealant layer application onto external surface of joint seal and panel surface areas adjoining the joint. Through holes are drilled in joint seal along the length of joint at the pitch under 100 cm. Cavities in seal are filled with construction foam is performed by construction foam injection over at least one hole till the foam shows out of neighbouring holes. Each hole is stopped by plug to form external surface of joint seal under sealant layer.
EFFECT: reduced terms of works on heat insulation and sealing recovery of interpanel joints.
The invention relates to the field of construction, operation, and repair of buildings, which are characterized by significant temperature drop at the wall from -30 to +30°C, and can be used to restore the operating characteristics of the buildings, including their insulation and anticorrosion properties. In particular, the method of repair or reconstruction sealing of seams between panels and restore the protective properties of the wall.
Known method of sealing the joints of the building elements, including the processing of joined surfaces of the silicone composition, filling the cavity of the junction of the polymer mixture, and drawing on the resulting surface after curing polymer mixture water-repellent organosilicon composition (SU # 1331974, 23.08.1987).
In the known solution of the organosilicon composition is prepared on the basis of the solvent and is applied by spray or brush on a joined surface in advance, and on the surface after curing polymer composition. To fill the seam uses a polymer mixture in which the polymer binder is used, the emulsion latex.
The disadvantage of this method is that the resulting seams do not have sufficient durability in terms of increasing the military vibration, when there is a relative oscillation of the wall panels. In addition, a well-known technology of repair and recovery requires time-consuming and does not allow you to make repairs in the cold period.
A known method of recovering thermal insulation and corrosion protection of buildings and structures, including mechanical surface cleaning of walls, spraying a layer of polyurethane foam with its subsequent foaming and curing, and subsequent staining of the wall using spray (RU # 2176705, 10.06.2001). In the known solution coating layer of polyurethane is carried out in the absence of sources of moisture.
The disadvantage of this known solution is the complexity of creating a protective layer in the natural conditions of the temperate climate zone, because the known method has specific requirements for humidity. The method does not provide any operations prior to the preparation and sealing of seams between panels. However, such operations are considered necessary, since the heterogeneity of the materials used for sealing the bulkhead joints and create a protective layer, and also in cases, when a protective layer is applied without prior repair of the bulkhead joints, possible fracture of materials, sealing bulkhead seams that the ocher is ü can lead to violation of the integrity of the protective layer of the wall and its subsequent accelerated destruction.
There is a method of repair of seams between panels and create protection wall constructions including mechanical cleaning of joints of wall structures, degreasing surfaces of the panels, filling joints with foam that has a high vibration, causing one side of the wall after polymerization foam on its surface and adjacent to the seam portion of the surfaces of the panels two-component polyurethane mastic strip, whose width is not less than 30 cm, to ensure the strength of the seam, causing over strips of mastic after its polymerization by spraying the entire surface of a polyurethane composition with a minimum thickness of 15 mm, the coating on the other side of the wall along its entire surface after polymerization mounting foam two component polyurethane mastic coating not less than two layers on top of the polyurethane mastic and/or a polyurethane composition a flame-retardant silicone composition in the thickness of 200-800 μm (RU # 2226234, AS 1/40, publ. 27.03.2004).
This decision was made as a prototype for the claimed invention.
In this way mechanical cleaning of use electroporator and/or high-pressure apparatus, filled water with acidic solutions and/or biologically active detergents, providing during this removal operation is dust, lagging paint and a drop of cement.
The disadvantage of this method lies in the complexity of the treatment works and sealing, requiring time-consuming.
The objective of the invention is to create a way in a single technological cycle to repair the bulkhead joints and restore the tightness and thermal insulation properties of the joints without destroying the cement covering the seam.
Achievable technical result is to shorten the work on restoration of insulation and air tightness of seams between panels in newly-built buildings.
This technical result is achieved in that in the method of restoring the sealing and insulating bulkhead joints, including filling the joints with foam and applied to the outer surface of the sealing seam and adjacent to the seam portion of the surfaces of the panels sealant layer, the length of the seam in the sealing of drilled through holes in increments of not more than 100 cm, filling voids in the seam foam carry out the introduction of the foam through at least one of the holes until the release of this foam through adjacent holes, and then each hole plug stopper for forming the outer surface of the sealing seam under the layer of sealant.
These shall rsnake are essential and interrelated with the formation of a stable set of essential features, sufficient to obtain the desired technical result.
The present invention is illustrated with a specific example of implementation, which, however, is not only possible, but clearly demonstrates the possibility of achieving the desired technical result.

According to the present invention discusses a method for rapid and cost-effective restoration sealing and insulation of seams between panels without destroying the sealing these seams.
Repair of seams between panels are manufactured in two cases: leakage and freezing. Leaks are the result of violation of the outer protective layer of sealant or cement mortar (cracks, damage, partial damage), and freezing occur due to the absence or lack of insulation in the bulkhead seam. The seam can freeze and if there is a quality of the external insulating layer. The way with regard to maintenance of such seams (closed by cement).
The majority of seams between panels in prefabricated houses "Sovetsk is th" period building arranged as follows: first, in the seam between the panels 1 were placed insulation 2 (Gernet, tow, hemp rope, Styrofoam, garbage and so on), and then the cement slurry, forming a sealing seam 3 (figure 1). Over time the insulation was shrunk, collapsed, fell (fell down) and the seam has started to freeze. Recently used for sealing primaryservice sealant. Practice shows that sealing is not practically destroyed by the impact of the external environment and the time and apparently the bulkhead seam looks quite healthy.
According to the present method is proposed to recover the sealing and insulation of seams between panels without breaking them termination by drilling along the length of the seam in its sealing through holes in increments of not more than 100 cm and voids in the seam foam by the introduction of foam through at least one of the holes until the release of this foam through adjacent holes. Then each hole plug stopper for forming the outer surface of the sealing seam under the layer of sealant
In practice, this looks as follows.
a) In the suture hole 4 in increments of 30-100 cm drilled holes (diameter and length of the drill must match the outlet tube 5 cylinder foam - D = 10 mm, L = 25 cm) (figure 2). During the drilling of the holes is determined by the presence of voids (voids Bur "fails").
b) Through the holes injected foam manufactured using the x industry pananandata balloon type with the working of the tubular spout (3) (monitoring the filling is via the adjacent openings, while they do not appear foam).
The foam has a high vibration and is polymerized in the presence of moisture. Grouting foam provides sealing volume bulkhead space. In the process of expansion joints are to be filled in the side of least resistance. Can be used foam "Bau Super Max"manufactured by the German concern BAUMAX AG - component foam in aerosol cans containing the working gas propane-butane mixture, harmless to the ozone layer of the atmosphere. Polymerization of the composition is influenced by humidity, this creates a strong and flexible sealed seam, the corresponding solid rubber. Application temperature foam "Bau Super Max" is in the range from 0 to +40°C. the foam can be applied at low temperatures.

As a sealant may be used waterproofing mastic. Can be used two-component polyurethane mastic "ALOR-2 (TU 5772-063-00151963-99), produced, for example, the Russian company JSC "Stroydetal" (trademark VILATERM®). For additional sealant may be applied polyurethane composition layer to 15 mm are Used in two-component polyurethane foam compositions-17H or foam-N. The composition is applied by spraying using intended for applying such compositions equipment, such as Tom foam, produced by the Russian company OOO "TEPLOTA"providing for simultaneously spraying two components.
After curing of the sealant and polyurethane foam composition of the joint surface can be painted with fire retardant silicone composition. Can be used organosilicon compositions CO-8101 or CO-8102 produced, for example, the Russian company OOO "ALCON". Operating temperature range of these compositions is in the range from -60 to +600°C. Saves time, power, tool for opening the seam and garbage collection is not destroyed wall panel, not destroyed durable coating the seam with cement mortar, which is then covered with a sealant, in addition to extreme strength, gaining a full waterproofing ability, foam, getting in a limited space, expands and fills all of the cracks and voids, reliably protecting the joint from freezing (another way to get the foam to fill in the e emptiness cannot), insulated in this way, the seam will serve at least 12 years.
The present invention is industrially applicable in the construction and reconstruction of buildings.
The invention allows to repair the seam or panel inside the room, without drawing technique, forests, industrial climbers, filling the holes to produce respectively the interior decoration.

Prior to strips laying on top of each other every strip is turned around its longitudinal axis by angle of 180 degrees, with variation of displacement direction by angle of 180>α>0 degrees.
EFFECT: simplified technology of multi-layer mineral wool products making.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of mineral wool products, mostly strips and boards. Method includes formation of mineral wool carpet of fibers, introduction of binding agent, displacement of mineral wool carpet in horizontal plane, mashing and hardening. During displacement mineral wool carpet is turned by 180 degrees, around its longitudinal axis with simultaneous change of its displacement by angle 180≥α>0 degrees, in horizontal plane.
EFFECT: higher quality of mineral wool boards and strips.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of mineral wool products, namely to methods for production of multi-layer mineral wool boards. Method includes compaction of primary mineral wool carpet, its horizontal longitudinal cutting into layers by thickness of the first cut layers of primary carpet, which is equal to thickness of the first board layer, the second layer of primary carpet is additionally compacted to density of the second board layer, shaping of double-layer carpet, supply of binding agent, thermal treatment. Thickness of the second layer of the primary carpet is arranged as equal to where h3 is thickness of the second layer of board, ρ1 is density of the first board layer, ρ3 is density of the second board layer.
EFFECT: increased quality of mineral wool boards.
SUBSTANCE: multilayer acoustic panel contains a frame with arranged inside its internal cavity noise-attenuating insert. The frame is made as a parallelepiped, formed by the front and back walls of the panel, each whereof is flat-topped. On the front wall there is a slatted perforation. Walls of the panel are fixed against each other with vibration damping covers. Perforation coefficient of the front wall is accepted equal to or more than 0.25. Noise-attenuating insert is made integral or consisting of, at least, two layers of noise-attenuating panels, each whereof is perforated at an angle of α=50°-80° against its surface. Axes of perforation openings of adjoining panels are arranged at a 1.5 α angle against each other. Front and back walls of the frame of noise-attenuating elements are made of stainless steel or galvanised sheet of 0.7 mm thick with polymeric protective-decorative coating of 50 mcm or 25 mcm thick, or of aluminium sheet of 1.0 mm thick and with the coating of 25 mcm thick. Ration of the height h of the frame to its width is within the optimal values ratio: h/b=1.0-2.0. Ratio of the value of the frame thickness s' in full assembly to its width b is within the optimal values ratio; s'/b-0.1-0.15. Ratio of the value of the thickness s of noise-attenuating material to the thickness of the fame in full assembly s' is within the optimal values ratio: s/s'=0.4-1.0.
EFFECT: improved noise-attenuation characteristics of the panel.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of mineral wool products, mostly strips and plates with combined structure. Method includes preparation of mineral wool carpet with horizontal position of fiber with binder, carpet displacement, its corrugation, arranging of corrugations, longitudinal cutting of carpet along width in parts, installation of carpet parts on above another, hardening. Carpet corrugation is realised by means of single-sided crumpling. Longitudinal cutting of carpet is carried out into two parts. Prior to installation one above another both parts of carpet are turned around their longitudinal axes for angle of 180 degrees, with change of the first carpet part displacement direction by angle 180>α>0 degrees, and the second carpet part - by angle of 360>γ>180 degrees. The second part of carpet is additionally turned around its longitudinal axis at the angle of 180 degrees, with change of direction of its displacement by angle (γ+α) in reverse direction and is laid under the first part of carpet. Corrugation of mineral wool carper is carried out at sharp angle β in direction of its displacement.
EFFECT: simplified technology and increased quality of mineral wool strips and plates with combined structure.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to production of mineral-cotton items, mainly multilayered items. The method involves making a mineral-cotton mat, moving it, slitting the mat into strips across the width, changing the shape and dimensions of the cross section of the strips, stacking the strips, moving them together and hardening. Before stacking ((n-1), where n is the number of strips, cut from the mineral-cotton mat) the strips are twice turned about their longitudinal axes by 180 degrees. After each turn, the direction of movement of the said strips in the plane of the mat is changed by an angle 180>α>0 degrees. Angles α, which characterise change in direction of movement of each strip, are equal to each other.

SUBSTANCE: primary element for heat and sound insulation panel is made of mineral wool or asbestos mat in the form of parallelepiped having two main sides and longitudinal edges and consisting of multiple fibers. Fibers are impregnated with binder. Primary element comprises relief zone at the level of at least one of its longitudinal edges. Relief zone is arranged with the possibility of laying bent part of cladding coat on it, at that the coating is tightly adjacent to its surface. Relief zone is arranged in part of mat thickness next to the first main side of mat. Relief zone limits two neighbouring zones. Cladding coating may be fixed to the first main side of mat, which is inverted outside from closed space. Cladding surface is not flanged to the second main side of mat, which is directed inside closed space.
EFFECT: provision of fire safety barrier, heat and sound insulation and resistance to breakout power.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to insulation material for use in construction, heat engineering, motor industry and shipbuilding. Insulation material comprises external layer of insulation material, which is the first layer made of flexible elastic moisture-proof material, which is firmly fixed to layer of fiber or porous structure material inverted to the side of insulated surface, which is the second layer impregnated with liquid or gel-like single-component polyurethane and is coated with the third removable layer of moisture-proof film. Prepared insulation material has good insulation properties combined with impermeability for external impact of external surface.
EFFECT: provision of waste-free and safe application of material on insulated surface of any complex shape.
SUBSTANCE: sealing profile is intended for sealing of construction technological joints, mostly movement joints, and also butt joints of concrete construction structures elements. Profile is made of elastic material with axisymmetric cross section. It comprises two plates that are installed parallel to longitudinal plane of plate symmetry, and their mutually inverted internal surfaces are connected to each other by means of two flexible links that are U-shaped in cross section and inverted to each other with concave side. On the opposite external surface of every plate at least two anchor protrusions are arranged that are T-shaped in cross section. One of flexible U-shaped links is connected with its every wall in its medium part to side surface of appropriate parallel plate with creation of cantilevered end section. Cantilevered end section is installed at the angle (85-95)° to external surface of specified plate.
