FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic packer consists of a hollow mandrel, whereon there are secured an anchor with bowl slip sockets, spring-loaded in radial direction, and a shell forming circular cavity with external surface of the stem; the packer also consists of a sealing component, of a bushing-pusher with radial slots and a radial opening communicating with circular cavity, of cams installed in radial slots of the bushing-pusher, fixing it on the stem and designed to perform axial displacements, of a piston connected to the bushing-pusher with shear screws. A cone is rigidly connected with the piston, a ram holder with radial slots is secured on the stem with shear screws, screw-thread dies with end collars, arranged in radial slots of the ram holder, are assembled on the stem. There is a cylinder fastened on the bushing-pusher and a ratchet assembled on the cylinder for fixing the cylinder relative to the piston. According to the invention the packer is equipped with upper and lower stay nuts with internal circular lug; the nuts are correspondingly secured on the anchor and on the bushing-pusher, with a stop ring installed on the shell and designed to interact with the circular lug of the lower stay nut; also the shell has an external circular lug installed in the anchor, designed to perform axial displacements and to interact with the circular lug of the upper stay nut; while the sealing component is located on the shell between the upper and lower stay nuts.

The invention relates to the oil and gas industry, namely patrolsim devices to divide the space in production wells in suspension layers, the installation of a removable bridge plugs and other technological operations during the operation and maintenance of oil wells.

Known hydraulic packer, comprising a hollow stem with an annular groove and a number of radial holes, sealing element, bushing-plunger with radial grooves and Cams in them, locking her in the trunk with the opportunity to interact with the sealing element, a cone mounted on the shaft and connected with the bushing-follower shear screws, cylinder, plashkoderzhatelya with dice, fixed to the shaft shear screws associated with the cylinder ratchet to lock the bushing-follower relative to the cone, locking ring mounted on the shaft with the opportunity to interact with the bushing-follower. [The patent of Russian Federation №2068074, EV 33/12, 1994].

The lack of packer is that its design has no anchor, holding the packer from moving upward under the action of differential pressure from below, which significantly reduces the reliability of the application of the packer when the downhole separation space without columns tubing (tubing). In addition, on the e snap ring on the shaft reduces the area of its cross section and strength and can lead to rupture of the barrel against axial loads, occur during the removal of the packer, especially after long-term operation in the well.

The closest analogue of the invention is a hydraulic packer, comprising a hollow stem with an annular groove and a number of radial holes, attached to the barrel anchor with spring-loaded in a radial direction by slipcase and sides forming with the outer surface of the barrel ring cavity, the sealing element is placed on the ring, bushing-plunger with radial grooves and a radial hole communicating with the annular cavity, jaws mounted in radial grooves of the bushing-follower and locking her in the trunk with the possibility of axial movement, a cylinder mounted on the bushing-follower, piston, connected to the bushing-follower shear screws, cone rigidly connected with the piston, plashkoderzhatelya with radial slots mounted on the shaft shear screws, plates with integral shoulder, placed in radial grooves plashkoderzhatelya, a ratchet mounted in the cylinder for fixing its position relative to the piston [the Patent of Russian Federation №2194148, EV 33/12, 2002].

The shortcoming of the packer is that the shell is rigidly fixed to the body of the anchor. This creates additional axial load on the drill pipe during the removal of the packer due to friction shell is sahakaranagar sealing element and operable simultaneously with the load when the shear screws plashkoderzhatelya. In addition, the packer is made of three parts, connected by a thread, which reduces strength and sealing properties of the stem and may cause complications arise during installation, operation and removal of the packer. All this reduces the reliability of the packer and may lead to increased costs for repair of wells and ultimately to reduce oil production

The technical result of the invention is to improve the reliability of the packer in the operation and repair of wells.

Required technical result is achieved in that the hydraulic packer includes a hollow stem with an annular groove and a number of radial holes, attached to the barrel anchor with spring-loaded in a radial direction by slipcase and sides forming with the outer surface of the barrel ring cavity, the sealing element is placed on the ring, bushing-plunger with radial grooves and a radial hole communicating with the annular cavity, jaws mounted in radial grooves of the bushing-follower and locking her in the trunk with the possibility of axial movement, a cylinder mounted on the bushing-follower, piston, connected to the bushing-follower shear screws the cone is rigidly connected with the piston, plashkoderzhatelya with radial slots mounted on the shaft shear screws, die the end shoulder, posted in radial grooves plashkoderzhatelya, a ratchet mounted in the cylinder for fixing its position relative to the piston, according to the invention it is equipped with upper and lower thrust nut with an internal annular ledge, secured respectively to the anchor, and the bushing-follower retaining ring mounted on the shell with the ability to interact with the annular protrusion of the lower thrust nuts, with shell made with an outer annular protrusion mounted in the anchor with the possibility of axial movement and interaction with the annular protrusion of the upper thrust nut, and a sealing element placed on the ring between the upper and lower thrust nuts. To exclude a possible tear-out strips from the grooves of plasmodesmatal during the removal of the packer shouldered end plates may be made of l-shaped, resting his upper part on the body plashkoderzhatelya.

The hydraulic packer (figure 1) consists of a hollow shaft 1 with the annular groove 2 and a number of radial holes 3, the armature 4 with spring-loaded in a radial direction by slipcam 5 and installed with the possibility of axial movement of the ring 6 with an outer annular projection 7 formed with the outer surface storagelevel cavity 8, upper thrust nut 9 with an internal annular ledge 10, covering the annular projection 7 of the shell 6, the sealing element 11, the sleeve of the plunger 12 with the radial grooves 13 and the radial hole 14 that communicates with the annular chamber 8, the Cams 15, placed in the slots 13 and temporarily retaining bushing-plunger 12 from axial movements of the lower thrust nut 16 with an internal annular ledge 17, the locking ring 18 fixed to the ring 6 with the ability to interact with internal annular ledge 17 of the thrust nut 16, the cylinder 19 mounted on the sleeve-the pusher 12, the piston 20 disposed between the shaft 1 and the cylinder 19 and connected to the bushing-follower 12 shear screws 21, the cone 22, plashkoderzhatelya 23 with radial slots 24 fixed to the shaft 1 shear screws 25. On the shaft 1 with the opportunity to interact with the cone 22 is installed spring-loaded in a radial direction of the die 26 with integral shoulder 27 placed in the radial grooves 24 plashkoderzhatelya 23, and the cylinder 19 has a ratchet 28 to communicate with the piston 20 and fixing the position of the cylinder 19 and the sleeve of the plunger 12 relative to the cone 22.

To exclude a possible tear-out strips 26 of plashkoderzhatelya 23 during the removal of the packer end shouldered 27 (figure 2) can be performed G-shaped, resting his upper part n the case plashkoderzhatelya 23.

Sealing of the contact surfaces between the parts of the packer is provided with rubber sealing rings shown in figure 1. For temporary (or permanent) overlapping passages of the packer when it is installed and depending on the purpose of the packer to the tail section of the barrel 1 are installed (not shown in figure 1):

- shutoff valve (when using the packer to temporarily turn off the reservoir when the pumping well operation and maintenance works in it without killing reservoir saline solutions);

stub (when using the packer as a removable bridge tube to temporarily disable the lower layers in the transition to the overlying horizons or performing various process operations in the well);

- coupling with shear saddle beneath the ball and the filter (when using the packer to protect the pump from mechanical impurities in the operation of wells);

- coupling with shear saddle under the ball (when used as the lower packer in two-packer layouts in temporary detention places of leakage and the perforation intervals to supply layers).

Packer hydraulic works as follows.

A packer connected to the column tubing with hydraulic or mechanical disconnector, down in the production casing (not shown in figure 1 is) to a predetermined depth above the perforated zone of the productive formation. In the tubing string and the wellbore 1 packer creates excessive pressure calculated values, under which the first slice of the screws 21, the retaining bushing-plunger 12 and the piston 20 against axial movement, and then the compression sleeve is a plunger 12 of the sealing element 11 and the pressing cone 22 of the dies 26 to the inner surface of the production string. When the ratchet 28, interacting with the piston 20, fixes the position of the cylinder 19 and the sleeve of the plunger 12 relative to the cone 22 and the sealing element 11 provides a hermetic separation of space in the production string. Excessive pressure drop in the tubing to zero, disconnect them from the packer with hydraulic or mechanical disconnector and extracted to the surface. The packer is set and can withstand pressure differentials above and below in the course of its operation in the well. When this die 26 to securely hold the packer from moving downwards under the action of pressure difference from the top, slips 5 of the armature 4 under the action of fluid pressure from below, passed through the radial hole of the sleeve 14 of the plunger 12 and the annular cavity 8, hold the packer from moving upward.

For removal of the packer lowered into the well the tubing, connect them with the barrel 1 of the packer by means of a connecting device, such as overshot bayonet type (1 is not coated is Zan), and create axial tension specified value. Under the action of axial load first cut off the screws 21. Then the barrel 1 and the armature 4 is moved upward, release the sealing element from the compression and through the thrust nut 9, the shell 6, the retaining ring 18, the thrust nut 17, the bushing-plunger 12, the cylinder 19 and the piston 20 pull the cone 22 from under the dies 26, releasing them from engagement with the production column. Then the packer is removed from the borehole to the surface.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas producing industry, particularly to well installations for repeated, including selective, flow tests of flow string in well. The packer consists of a mandrel with a shaped slot on external surface, where axial short and long sections alternate. Self-packing collar, downstream proof, is assembled on the top of the mandrel; a support is located under the collar. A pressure sealing element in form of an additional self-sealing collar, downstream proof, and a cone rigidly fixed relative to the mandrel are successively arranged under the support on the mandrel. A holder with a guiding pin is arranged on the mandrel below the cone. Along circumference the holder is furnished with spring centralisers and oval sockets which are spring loaded inwards in radial direction by means of springs and are designed to interact with the cone in a working position from inside. A rigid centraliser is assembled on the upper end of the mandrel. A rod cupped from top and furnished with radial holes is screwed into the upper end of the mandrel. A load with a chamber at the bottom is arranged outside the rod. The rod is equipped with fingers assembled above radial holes; while the load is equipped with lengthwise through grooves for the fingers of the rod. The lower part of the load chamber, covering radial holes of the rod leak proof by means of sealing elements, is designed to open radial holes of the rod when the load goes up. The facility consists of a transporting column, of a packer unit in form of a mandrel, of a sealing element installed therein, of cone for the sealing element connected to the mandrel and of a puller interacting with the sealing element. SUBSTANCE: packer consists of trunk with shaped slot, of centraliser, of self-sealing collar, of sealing element and of cone. A fixture with a guiding pin is assembled on the trunk below the cone; the fixture is intended to axial displacement. The fixture is equipped with oval sockets around circumference; the sockets are spring loaded internally in radial direction by means of springs and they interact with the cone during operation. A rod, capped from the top and connected below with the trunk, is screwed into the upper end of the trunk. At the top the rod is connected with a load equipped with a chamber in the lower part. The rod has radial openings and fingers located above the openings, while the load has lengthwise pass-through grooves for fingers of the rod. The lower part of the chamber is designed to shut off pressure tight radial openings of the rod, when the load goes down. Two axial short sections of the shaped slot are closed between them so, that the pin is situated within boundaries of the short axial sections - transport position - at axial reciprocal movement of the fixture relative to the trunk at length equal or exceeding length L of the short axial sections. When the fixture goes down relative to the trunk at a distance less, than length L of the short sections of axial parts and at following travel of fixture up, the pin goes to a longer axial section of the shaped slot, directed upward and set off along perimetre relative to the short axial sections - working position. Also the pin travels from working into transport position, when the fixture goes down relative to the trunk at a distance exceeding or equal to length - B of the shaped slot.

EFFECT: increased efficiency at multiple pressurising of production string due to possibility to shut off radial openings of rod pressure tight from outside.

SUBSTANCE: released bidirectional packer on cable includes setting tool on cable, stationary bushing with main seat and movable central rod, which is equipped with main stay nut and valve interacting with main seat, movable bushing, two opposing cones, screw-threaded dies connected between them in axial direction and designed to interact with corresponding cones, packer collar and boss made to interact with extraction unit. The stationary bushing is equipped in its middle part with a lengthwise groove, while its ends are equipped with main and additional seats and with upper and lower stops with bypass channels. Also the packer collar is made in form of an upper self-packing collar, is able to travel bottom-up and is located between the upper cone and the upper stop. A lower self-packing collar is situated between the lower cone and lower stop; this collar is able to travel downright; the movable bushing is set on the stationary bushing, it is equipped with a pin inserted into the lengthwise groove of the stationary bushing. Further screw-threaded dies are arranged on the movable bushing, are pressed inwards with spring rings and each of them is equipped with centralisers pressed outward. The central rod is equipped with upper and lower circular grove with the additional stay nut and the valve. The main and additional valves are assembled in corresponding upper and lower grooves and are able to limited displacement between the corresponding stops and interior edges of the corresponding circular grooves; also the valves are pressed from the stops to corresponding main and additional seats. The main and additional stay nuts are arranged at a uniform distance from the pin of the movable bushing and are able to interact with the pin; the boss is rigidly connected to the top of the central rod and is made in form of a cone tapered at the top, on the interior surface of which there is made a closed shaped slot with a groove connecting it with the upper edge of the boss. The setting tool is made in form of a branch with a pin inserted into the shaped slot, which is made so, that at reciprocal movement of the setting tool relative to the boss for the length exceeding the height of the shaped slot, the pin will be located within the limits of the shaped slot; if the length is less, then the pin will go into the groove of the shaped slot at travel upward.

EFFECT: simplification of packer design eliminating implementation of electric engine with cable and facilitating setting and disruption of packer in specified interval of well without special devices.

On the side of collar compactors these are enveloped by inner conic portion of compression bushing, in its turn rigidly connected to upper conic bushing, and on the other side combs with inner teeth are placed sliding-moveably in radial grooves of guiding bushing placed between ends of upper conic bushing and inner conic portion of compression bushing with possible engagement by inner teeth of comb to slanting walls of body groove and interaction to all elements of this assembly.

SUBSTANCE: system has upper and lower packers, each of which has body, shaft, anchor, compactors, and pipes, placed between packers. In shaft of upper packer a copier is made with fixing device of transporting and working position of anchor and a sub. The latter is mounted with possible axial displacement and rotation around the copier. Sub is placed on pipes between packers, mated to lower packer and has no capability for axial rotation and displacement relatively to their axis in operating position of lower packer. On lower packer shaft a copier is made with possible axial displacement with it for interaction with anchor and its displacement from transporting position to operation position.

SUBSTANCE: device includes hollow body with a row of vertical apertures, a collar, pusher bushing, placed on body with possible interaction with collar, cone, mounted on the body, cylinder, connected to cone, screw-thread dies with die holder, mounted on the body with possible extension of dies in radial direction during interaction with cone, saddle and shear screws. According to invention in die holder additional through radial apertures are made, wherein sockets are mounted with possible extension in radial direction. Inner hollow of die holder is connected to inner hollow of body by a row of radial apertures. In pusher bushing through radial apertures are made, wherein sockets are mounted with possible extension in radial direction. Pusher bushing is rigidly fixed to the body, and its inner hollow is connected to inter-tubular space below the collar.

SUBSTANCE: device has body with radial apertures, two compacting assemblies thereon and valve assembly between them. Each compacting assembly comprises a collar, stopping branch pipe, cylinder, forming a ring-shaped hollow with the body, wherein a bushing is placed. In lower compacting assembly bushing is provided with holder, on the body a cone is mounted, interacting with sockets, placed in grooves of stopping branch pipe, which is fixed on the body by shear screws.

SUBSTANCE: device has shaft with radial channels and return valve, upper and lower compacting elements. Inside the shaft a hollow spring-loaded moving rod is placed. It has radial apertures and recesses. Between apertures a throttle is rigidly placed. On upper portion of rod a piston is placed. Working hollow, formed between rod with piston and barrel, fixed on inner portion of shaft, is connected to above-packer space of well by radial aperture, made in barrel wall. Working hollows of upper and lower compacting elements are connected by axial channel, made in shaft and ring channel, formed between inner and outer pipes, connecting lower compacting element to the shaft. On upper portion of pipe through radial apertures are made and cylindrical recess, matching rod diameter, in which rod a plug is place. Outer diameter of upper end portion of rod equals outer diameter of lower rod portion.

SUBSTANCE: packer has body, in which electric engine, reducer with output shaft, connected to screw couple, which is connected to traction, having holding rods on lower portion with spring for transfer of axial force to central rod, having a shelf in upper portion as well as recess and cuts, and in inner portion - compacting rings and stopping nut, are positioned. Packer has shell, having conical surface on inner portion, special part with shelves, shear ring placed in grooves of said special part and holding segments, immobile bushing connected fixedly to special part. Packer has packer rubber, saddle, rigidly connected to special part, moveable flange and two cones, placed oppositely to each other, dies, moveably placed on cones, traction, jointly connected to dies, branch pipe, fixedly placed on body, moveable bushing, balls, pressed by spring and screw for connection of special part to shell, cable of rope, being a carrying cable and feeding electric engine via filament, shear washer, pressed by nut. When packer is removed, engaging assembly is utilized, which includes pusher, screwed on lower portion of screw couple screw, cut holder and cover. Through apertures are made on special part and moveable flange for connection of above-packer and below-packer well hollows.

SUBSTANCE: packer includes shaft with outer bored surface and bead and sealing members supported by the bead. Packer also has air cylinder forming annular cavity together with packer shaft. Cavity is connected with shaft interior through radial channels. Packer includes anchoring means. Lower anchoring means includes cone with slips and slip holder having bored inner orifice and threaded orifices. Lower anchoring means rests upon the bead and is connected to the shaft by shear screws installed in threaded orifices of slip holder. Shaft defines inner bored diameter and includes sliding bush located inside shaft. Shaft is provided with lower and upper grooves for sealing rings receiving and with outer grooves for cams and additional shear screws installation. Outer grooves are located between lower and upper ones. Slots are formed below bead on outer shaft surface for installing cams with limited radial travel. Threaded orifices are formed on outer shaft surface above inner groove thereof. Arranged into groove are additional shear screws to secure sliding bush in its initial position. The slip holder is freely installed on shaft or is spring-loaded. Support-moving bush is installed in inner bored orifice of slip holder between shear screws and cams. Support-moving bush is provided with facet formed from cam side and contacts with cams along mating facets upon shearing of shear screws. Free travel between cams and end of support-moving bush exceeds shear screw diameters to provide shearing thereof. When sliding bush is installed in fixed position cams extend above an outer shaft surface generator to provide displacement of support-moving bush and cut of shear screws. When sliding bush is located in operating position cams are located below outer shaft surface generator and move in radial direction into outer groove of sliding bush to provide free cam movement under support-moving bush and shear screws.

EFFECT: reduced number of lowering and lifting operations and breakdowns in the case or packer separation or during packer pulling out of well.

SUBSTANCE: device has body, made in form of branch pipe with elastic collar mounted on it, expanding assembly with cone, shear element, gear, lowered on pipes column into additional casing column and interacting with expanding assembly from above. Expanding element is positioned in upper portion of branch pipe and locked with its cone directed downwards, gear is made in form of pusher in lower portion and anchor assembly in upper portion. Pusher is made in form of hydraulic cylinder, made with possible pressure from above on expanding assembly and provided with piston and hollow rod, which is connected to piston rigidly, and to pipes column - hermetically with possible upward axial displacement. Anchor assembly is made in form of dies, mounted on hollow rod with possible radial movement outwards during movement of hollow rod upwards relatively to pipes column. Shear element holds hollow rod relatively to pipes column during lowering into well.

Hydraulic chamber cylinder is mounted with possible displacement relatively to rod and hydraulically connected to inner space of device. Body of anchor assembly is provided with sockets, in which spring-loaded dies are mounted, which are activated by hydraulic effect formed in tubing pipes column, on which device is lowered into well.
