FIELD: technological processes, metal working.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of laser processing of materials, in particular, to device of multiway laser processing and may be used in production of large number of products at single laser complex, also in process of laser cutting, welding, pad welding and selective sintering. Device comprises N+1 lasers of initial beam division system and system of beam convergence, which is arranged in the form of set of N+1 telescopes, every of which is optically connected to laser. Telescopes are arranged with the possibility of independent rotation and displacement in two mutually perpendicular planes.
EFFECT: provision of multiple rise of efficiency of laser technological complexes, reduced power inputs at high quality of product.
This invention relates to the field of laser materials processing and can be used in the manufacture of a large quantity of articles on a single laser system, including laser cutting, welding, cladding and selective sintering.
The task of the invention is to develop a multi-device laser processing, providing multiple productivity of laser technological complexes, reducing energy consumption and high quality products.
A device power laser processing , which contains the laser, optically associated with the system of division of the beam in the form of a diffraction grating and scanning system and focusing of laser radiation in separate areas of the processing in the form of a mechanical rotator and lens.
The disadvantage of this device is the location of the separate domains on the same line and, consequently, a decrease in performance.
The closest in technical essence to the proposed device is presented in  the multi-device laser processing, containing the laser, optically associated with the system of division of the original beam, the information beam, galvanoscanner with focusing lens.
The disadvantage of this device is the difficulty which istemi dividing the beam and alignment of the intensities of the individual beams. The task of the invention is to enhance the functionality and simplification of the device, ensuring the identity of products with multiple productivity of laser technological complexes, the reduction of energy consumption at the high quality items.
To solve this problem is proposed device multi-laser treatment that contains a laser, optically associated with the system of division of the original beam and the information beam, galvanoscanner with focusing lens.
New, according to the authors, is that the device is further provided with N lasers, the system information of the beams is made in the form of a set of N+1 telescopes, each of which is optically connected with the laser, and telescopes made with the possibility of independent rotation and movement in two mutually perpendicular planes. The invention is illustrated in the drawing.
The device contains N+1 laser 1 system dividing the beam, the information beam, which is made in the form of a set of N+1 2 telescopes, each of which is optically connected with the optical fiber 3 with the laser, galvanoscanner 4 and lens 5. Each telescope is equipped with a device for the alignment and movements in two mutually perpendicular planes to adjust the angle of incidence of the beam on the input mirror g is Lunascape.
The device operates as follows. Rays N+1 lasers 1 system dividing the beam with optical fibers routed to N+1 telescopes, after passing which the N+1 parallel beams are directed at different angles of incidence on the entrance mirror galvanoscanner 4. After reflection from the second mirror galvanoscanner beams are focused by a single lens 5 in different processing on the surface 6. Thus, the claimed device power laser processing, ensures that the products, multiple productivity of laser technological complexes, reducing operational and energy costs and high quality products.

Laser radiation frequency is restructured in each point of probed space with given frequency deviation being inversely proportional to time delay value in scattering medium, Transverse scattered optical speckle-field intensity distribution is fixed for each frequency value, its two-dimensional laser radiation frequency deviation correlation factor is calculated and optical heterogeneity is determined.

SUBSTANCE: device can be used for designing optical circuits of high-resolution laser printers. System has laser, focusing element, collimating element, polygon, and astigmatic singlet. Range of possible numerical meanings of all free parameters of the circuit is determined preliminary from the developed system of algebraic equalities and inequalities while taking properties of laser radiation into account.
EFFECT: reduced time and cost for designing of optical system; widened range of tolerance when making a singlet.

SUBSTANCE: optical substrate contains three-dimensional surface preset by the first function of surface pattern, modulated second function of surface pattern. The first function of surface pattern can be described by length, width and vertex angle with optical characteristics for formation of, at least, one output mirror component. The second function of surface pattern can be described by geometry with, at least, pseudorandom characteristic for modulation of the first function of surface pattern, at least, by phase along length of the first function of surface pattern. At that the phase presents horizontal position of peak along width. The surface of optical substrate creates mirror and scattered light from input light beam. The three-dimensional surface can have value of correlation function which is less than approximately 37 percent of initial throughout the length of correlation about 1 cm or less.

SUBSTANCE: device has circular metallic plate, in which a periodic matrix of rectangular slits is cut. SUBSTANCE: device comprises emitter, power source, control unit, telescopic device, beam splitter with polyhedral prism, focusing lens, and positioning table. The beam splitter has cassette, is movable, and is provided with the drive for linear movement along the optical axis of the laser beam and drive for rotating the polyhedron prism around the optical axis of the laser bean in the plane perpendicular to the axis. Both of the drives are connected with the control unit.
