The invention relates to the production of mineral wool products, preferably layered.

Known methods of manufacturing multi-layer mineral wool products [Gramolini, Ulanov. Mineral wool insulation and their application in the harsh climate. L., stroiizdat, Leningrad branch, 1981, pp.31-34]. In this way the generation of layered mineral wool products is carried out by horizontal slitting mineral wool carpet on the strip thickness, a corresponding change in the shape and size of the cross-section of these bands, they are laid on each other and bonding by curing the binder.

The disadvantage of this method is limited technological capability to change the shape and size of the cross section of the obtained bands, especially in the case of the need to reduce the width of the side bands. When laying strips of different width on each other and their connection turns out mineral wool product with a different width of the layers, which reduces the quality of the mineral wool products. Another disadvantage of this method is to obtain strips with different structure and mechanical properties, as the strips are cut from different parts of the carpet height. Another obvious drawback of this method is rather complex technology longitudinal horizontal re is CI carpet layers, requiring fine adjustment of the position of the cutter for receiving layers of the desired thickness. This limits the potential of this method for obtaining high-quality multi-layer mineral wool products.

Thus, the main disadvantages of this method are the limited technological capabilities to ensure the quality of the mineral wool products.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect is a method of manufacturing a cured non-woven cloth of wool carpet [RF Patent №2152489, IPC WV 1/52, EV 1/78, WV 27/12, D04 1/70, IS 2/16. A method of manufacturing a cured non-woven cloth of wool fiber and a device for its implementation, publ. 10.07.2000,].

In this way the generation of layered mineral wool products is carried out by obtaining mineral wool carpet, move, longitudinal cutting of the carpet into strips across the width, change the shape and size of the cross-section of the strips before or after slitting, stacking lanes at each other, their joint movement and curing.

The disadvantage of this method is that they require rather complicated and bulky technology transfer bands of unlimited length from a position of being in the same plane in the position of laying in the foot.

Task is th invention is to simplify the technology for multi-layer mineral wool products.

This object is achieved in that in the inventive production method of multilayer mineral wool products, including the production of mineral wool carpet, moving, cutting the carpet into strips, changing the shape and size of the cross-section strips, laying strips at each other, their joint moving, curing, according to the invention before laying stripes on each other, each strip is turned around its longitudinal axis at an angle of 180° with the direction of travel at an angle of 180>α>0°. The implementation of these technological operations provides the installation strips one above the other in one line. The limiting angle α>0° allows you to change the position of the strips without breaking their continuity, or rather without breaking their edges. The second limitation is due to the fact that when the angle α=180° stripe will change the direction of movement on the opposite, eliminating their installation in position one above the other.

Application of the proposed method provides the layout of the multi-layer carpet with a minimum number of technological operations in one compact continuous process line, allows to obtain a multilayer mineral wool is a high quality product.

Thus, the application of the proposed method allows to significantly simplify the technology of production of multi-layered mineral is atnah products.

The proposed method of production of a multilayer mineral wool products is illustrated in the drawing, which illustrates the process of obtaining the mineral wool carpet layered mineral products.

Consider the technology to produce three-layer mineral products width b of the mineral wool carpet width Century

Mineral wool rug, 1 wide with a binder from the chamber fiber-deposition is transmitted to a moving conveyor (not shown) and is fed to the slitting mechanism 2, by which the mineral wool carpet 1 get three bands 3, 4, 5 width b. Next band comes on the further processing where, for example, are changing their thickness and density. Then use the guide rollers 6, 7, 8 lanes 3, 4, 5 rotate around their longitudinal axis at an angle of 180°, with a simultaneous change of direction at the angle α=90°. This ensures the installation of the strips 3', 4', 5' of each other. Next band 3', 4', 5' synchronously move, stack on each other and fed to the camera curing, in units of longitudinal and transversal cutting to obtain mineral products in the form of strips and plates (not shown).

Thus, the proposed method allows the generation of layered mineral wool products on maloperations, whom the akt production line.

In the future, this production line can be proposed for implementation at the enterprises of the mineral wool industry, where the production area of the building is limited in length.

Method of manufacturing laminated mineral wool products, including the production of mineral wool carpet, moving, cutting the carpet into strips across the width, change the shape and size of the cross-section strips, laying strips at each other, their joint moving, curing, characterized in that before laying the strips on each other, each strip is turned around its longitudinal axis at an angle of 180°, with the direction of travel at an angle of 180>α>0°.
