Moisture-resistant combined drying oil contains the following components, wt %: oil polymer drying oil, which represents 60% solution in kerosene fraction of oil polymer resins with softening temperature of 72-90°C - 54, oxidised mixture of vegetable oil that contains 3-10% of paraffin with viscosity of 4 400-1100 sec. -20 by VZ-4, oil solvent S4 - 150-200°C -20, siccative - 6.

EFFECT: improved moisture resistance of paint-and-varnish coat.

The invention relates to a paint and varnish materials, household chemicals and can be used for cultivation of oil breaking up paste paints, and also for coating wood, plaster, concrete before painting them with oil paints. Paints prepared with the use of moisture-proof varnish, designed for painting areas inside and outside.

The starting materials for the production of drying oils serve as film-forming substances, solvents, diluents, plasticizers, waxes and hair dryers.

A basis of drying oil are vegetable oils, paraffins and petroleum linseed oil.

Known film-forming composition to obtain a drying oils (RF patent No. 2265635, C09D 191/00, 2005.12.10), including oxidized sunflower oil, synthetic resin and an organic solvent, in which the oxidized sunflower oil use sunflower oil, oxidized in the presence of triethylamine at 130°C, and as a synthetic resin using heat treated at 50-150°C for 3 h "green oil", which is a byproduct of the stage hydrogenation of ethane-ethylene fraction of the plant producing ethylene and propylene, with a iodine number 206,5-218,7 g I2/100 g in the following ratio, wt.%:

Also known drying oil based low viscosity oxidants sunflower oil (RF patent No. 2166523, C09D 191/00, 2001.05.10), in which the film-forming contains oxidized sunflower oil with Vya the bone 33-58 with the viscometer VZ-4 (20°C), and drying the cobalt barium salt of the acid sunflower oil mass ratio of 6.66:1 in the form of a 30%aqueous solution prepared in sunflower oil entered in the quantity of 0.8 to 2.3 wt.% all drying oils and soluble film-forming at 60-70°C.

The lack nearest analogue in the fact that he is on the surface of the product exposed to light over time, cracks and atmospheric moisture gets under the paint, the wood swells and increases in the volume and contributes to the further destruction of the paint coating products. Brick, concrete and plaster also destroyed, which limits the functionality of varnish.

The invention aims to expand the functionality of the varnish due to the introduction of paraffin, which has hydrophobic properties and improves the moisture resistance of the paint coating, penetrating into the surface of the product, protects from moisture, swelling and destruction.

This object is achieved in that the combined drying oil, including petroleum drying oil, representing a 60%solution in kerosene fraction of petroleum resins with a softening temperature 72-90°C, and drying, unlike the prototype contains the oxidized mixture of vegetable oil with paraffin viscosity by viscometer B3-4 400-1100 sec at a temperature of 20±0.5°C in the form of a 50%solution in solvent nerase C4 150-200°C in the following ratio, wt.%:

Oxidation of rapeseed oil in a mixture with paraffin was carried out at a temperature of 120°C and air flow rate of 1-2 m3per minute per 1 ton to the specified value viscosity by viscometer B3-4. The amount of paraffin was 3-10% on oil.

Then amounted to a solution of a mixture of oxidized oil and paraffin 1:1 in a solvent nefras C4 150-200°C and prepared samples of varnish.

In addition, tests of wood the size of 150×100×50 mm, covered with drying oil oksol (TU 38.301-04-24-93) and experienced moisture combined with drying oil on exposure to light and moisture. The samples were placed on the roof of the house before the appearance of cracks on the surface of the coatings and increase the volume. The test results showed that the first cracks in the varnish oksol (TU 38301-04-24-93) appeared already in 187 days, and through 284 days 0.15% increased volume of wood. The resulting varnish gives a good color, coating paints are not afraid of moisture, the hiding power of the paint, the gloss of the coating, the quality of the product is good.

Part of the moisture-proof combination varnish according to the invention the polymeric drying oil is a 60%solution of a petroleum resin with a softening temperature 72-90°C kerosene fraction.

Thus, the claimed invention allows to significantly extend the functionality of drying oil due to the introduction of paraffin, which has hydrophobic properties and improves the moisture resistance of the paint coating, penetrating into the surface of the product, protects from moisture, swelling and destruction.

SUBSTANCE: composition contains 10-30% of sunflower oil oxidized at 130°C in presence of triethylaluminum, 20-40% of thermally treated "green oil", and 50% solvent. Thermally treated "green oil" is obtained by heating (3 h at 50-150°C) by-product of ethane-ethylene fraction hydrogenation stage on ethylene-propylene production plant. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for oil production and can also be used in mechanical engineering, instrumentation engineering, and other branches. Composition contains 6-10% low-grade lignosulfonates, 2-5% industrial oil (spindle oil, tall oil, or MS-20 oil), 60-65% production waste, and 24-28% additive, namely primary C8-C11-amines. Production waste is, in particular, vat residues from production of synthetic fatty C10-C-acids or solid petroleum hydrocarbons: asphaltene-tar-paraffin deposits formed during production and transportation of petroleum.
