Besides every matrix is made of two adjacent parts with section of every part in the form of angle bar shelf with alternating section and certain thickness. Adjacent matrices in every plate are installed as oppositely mirror-like and are joined with rivets with certain gap and pitch of rivets location. The known device for the manufacture of tapes with corrugations arranged in staggered order by author's certificates of the USSR №361000 [1] and 1022765 [2]. The closest analogue is the author's certificate of the USSR No. 1022765.
