FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction and operation of oil and gas wells, particularly to sealing of annular space of casing liner in well. The facility consists of a transporting column, of a packer unit in form of a mandrel, of a sealing element installed therein, of cone for the sealing element connected to the mandrel and of a puller interacting with the sealing element. The puller is arranged outside the mandrel and connected to it with at least one shear element; also the puller is connected to the transporting column with a detachable unit. Notably, the facility is equipped with an anchor in its lower part; the anchor serves for engagement with internal relief surface of the liner in its upper part.

EFFECT: facilitates simplification of design of facility, increased reliability of its operation and expanded functionality.

The invention relates to the field of construction and operation of oil and gas wells, particularly to the sealing of the shank casing (annular space) in the well.

A device for mounting and sealing the annular space of the shank of the casing in the well, comprising a housing associated with the transport column, disconnector, packer and anchor placed in the upper part of the shank under the disconnector (see, for example, patent RF №2171366, 27.07.2001).

A disadvantage of the known device is a high probability of premature actuation of the site of the packer due to unexpected pressure increase in the process of technological operations in the well. In addition, when installing the liner in the borehole is not excluded axial movement of the packer under operational loads on it and, as a consequence, the depressurization of the shank on its casing string annulus. The latter may be a consequence of the fact that the anchor of the known device communicates with a smooth surface of the casing, in which is placed the upper part of the shank that may be the cause of not enough strong anchoring of the packer, and hence the cause of the emergency.

The technical result of the invention is the simplification of the device, increasing the reliability of the spine of his work and the expansion of the scope.

The required technical result is achieved in that the device for sealing the annular space of the shank of the casing in the borehole includes a transport convoy, packer site in the form of a trunk, posted sealing element and associated with the barrel cone sealing element, the plunger for engagement with the sealing site that is hosted on the outside of the barrel, and the associated shear element, at least one, and with the shipping column - split node, and the device at the bottom is the anchor for engagement with the inner relief surface of the shank at the top.

In addition:

the anchor has the stamping dies with the opportunity to interact with the relief surface of the shank - its annular groove or annular groove, or trapezoidal thread;

split node collet in the form of the sub placed in the lower part of the transport columns, placed in the sub sleeve forming an annular cavity with a plunger, which is made with a ledge on the inner surface, and the collet is placed in the annular cavity associated with the sub shear pin, at least one, and interacting with the ledge;

the device has a ring clamp placed between the barrel and plunger in their annular axial grooves, the barrel below its main thrust ring groove has a number of additional annular thrust grooves;

the plunger in the upper portion on its inner surface with a relief surface - circular groove.

The invention consists in that the known device for sealing shank of the casing in the borehole (sealing its annular space) is quite difficult, based on multi-stage system it works with hydraulic drive, which can cause premature actuation on one step at a hydraulic gradients in the well of different nature.

But the proposed device has a simplified scheme with a mechanical drive sealing system, independent from the hydraulic gradients in the well. Used the opportunity of snagging packer node for the relief surface of the shank, which is always present in the funnel stem - upper part. The device in accordance with the invention can be applied as an additional means of sealing shank of the casing located above the existing traditional tools and caught leaking.

The device can also be used as a separate independent means providing the capacity is ü the repeated similar transactions on sealing. It can be installed in multiples of one over the other.

The invention is illustrated by drawings.

Figure 1 shows the device in the transport position;

The device consists of sub 1, getcotacarel in the sub sleeve 2 installed on it via a shear pin or screw 3 collets 4, packer site, including composite barrel 5 with installed the guide ring 6, the anchor 7, in particular split, the sealing element 8 face protection 9 fixed to the shaft 5, in particular compound, through shear element 10, the pusher 11. This pusher, in particular compound, equipped with ring retainer 12. In the upper part of the trunk 5 packer site made resistant ring grooves 13 for engagement with the annular retainer 12 and the lower annular groove 14 for engagement with an anchor 7. The necessary tightness of the device is provided with sealing rings 15. For lowering the device into the well designed transport column 16. The collet 4 is placed in the annular cavity 17 between the sleeve 2 and the plunger 11, which is made with ledge 18 on the inner surface.

The device works in the following way:

On the upper part of the shank ("head") 19 is lowered into the well (figure 2) after lifting transport is ovocny columns, remains funnel 20 with the annular groove or annular groove 21, in which were placed the liners node separation of the shaft from the column (Fig. the node separation and inserts not shown). The node separation with liners and transport column after the release liner was removed from the well. This device transport column 16 is lowered into the well and costacabana with the upper part of the shank 19, funnel 20, for example, split armature 7, the split petals which are located in the annular groove 21. In some designs the "heavy" shank (diameter 146 mm) instead of the annular groove or annular groove 21 is made trapezoidal thread with a big step, which also interacts with split armature 7, which in this case, the return profile on the outer surface. The shipping weight of the column 16 through sub 1 transmit compound plunger 11, which, cutting off the screw 10, results in the operating position of the sealing element 8, and thus seals the annulus 22. The latch 12 eliminates the possibility of the return of the pusher 11. After actuation of the sealing element 8 is taking transport columns 16 with sub 1, sleeve 2 and the collet 4. This cut off the screws 3, and the collet 4 disengages from sostav the m pusher 11.

2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the anchor has a stamping dies with the possibility of engagement with the raised surface of the shank - its annular groove or annular groove, or trapezoidal thread.

The device according to claim 1, wherein the detachable unit is designed collet in the form of the sub placed in the lower part of the transport columns, placed in the sub sleeve forming an annular cavity with a plunger, which is made with a ledge on the inner surface, and the collet is placed in the annular cavity associated with the sub shear pin or screw, at least one, and interacting with the ledge.

Facility for a crushed plug consists of a pipe, in the section of which, in a designed for the plug chamber, there is assembled the plug. The plug contains several round glass disk elements of specified thickness arranged in layers one above the other. The plug in combination with sealing elements tightly closes the passage through the pipe, when a lower side of the plug is installed in the seat of the chamber. Film or sheet of any other, than glass, material is laid between various layers of the plug. The invention facilitates increasing test pressure and withstanding rapid fluctuations of temperature and load.

SUBSTANCE: facility refers to oil and gas industry. It is designed for disconnection of producing horizons and for sealing of circular space in interval of upper pipes of liner. The facility consists of a shaft with radial channels made in its walls. A piston designed to perform axial displacements is fixed on the shaft by means of a shear screw. Under the piston there is arranged an expanding cone and a seal containing collars resting on a lower sub, the upper end if which is made in form of a circular projection forming a shell, while on external side surface of the sub there are made lugs, which form centralisers. SUBSTANCE: packer consists of trunk with shaped slot, of centraliser, of self-sealing collar, of sealing element and of cone. A fixture with a guiding pin is assembled on the trunk below the cone; the fixture is intended to axial displacement. The fixture is equipped with oval sockets around circumference; the sockets are spring loaded internally in radial direction by means of springs and they interact with the cone during operation. A rod, capped from the top and connected below with the trunk, is screwed into the upper end of the trunk. At the top the rod is connected with a load equipped with a chamber in the lower part. The rod has radial openings and fingers located above the openings, while the load has lengthwise pass-through grooves for fingers of the rod. The lower part of the chamber is designed to shut off pressure tight radial openings of the rod, when the load goes down. Two axial short sections of the shaped slot are closed between them so, that the pin is situated within boundaries of the short axial sections - transport position - at axial reciprocal movement of the fixture relative to the trunk at length equal or exceeding length L of the short axial sections. When the fixture goes down relative to the trunk at a distance less, than length L of the short sections of axial parts and at following travel of fixture up, the pin goes to a longer axial section of the shaped slot, directed upward and set off along perimetre relative to the short axial sections - working position. Also the pin travels from working into transport position, when the fixture goes down relative to the trunk at a distance exceeding or equal to length - B of the shaped slot.

EFFECT: increased efficiency at multiple pressurising of production string due to possibility to shut off radial openings of rod pressure tight from outside.

SUBSTANCE: released bidirectional packer on cable includes setting tool on cable, stationary bushing with main seat and movable central rod, which is equipped with main stay nut and valve interacting with main seat, movable bushing, two opposing cones, screw-threaded dies connected between them in axial direction and designed to interact with corresponding cones, packer collar and boss made to interact with extraction unit. The stationary bushing is equipped in its middle part with a lengthwise groove, while its ends are equipped with main and additional seats and with upper and lower stops with bypass channels. Also the packer collar is made in form of an upper self-packing collar, is able to travel bottom-up and is located between the upper cone and the upper stop. A lower self-packing collar is situated between the lower cone and lower stop; this collar is able to travel downright; the movable bushing is set on the stationary bushing, it is equipped with a pin inserted into the lengthwise groove of the stationary bushing. Further screw-threaded dies are arranged on the movable bushing, are pressed inwards with spring rings and each of them is equipped with centralisers pressed outward. The central rod is equipped with upper and lower circular grove with the additional stay nut and the valve. The main and additional valves are assembled in corresponding upper and lower grooves and are able to limited displacement between the corresponding stops and interior edges of the corresponding circular grooves; also the valves are pressed from the stops to corresponding main and additional seats. The main and additional stay nuts are arranged at a uniform distance from the pin of the movable bushing and are able to interact with the pin; the boss is rigidly connected to the top of the central rod and is made in form of a cone tapered at the top, on the interior surface of which there is made a closed shaped slot with a groove connecting it with the upper edge of the boss. The setting tool is made in form of a branch with a pin inserted into the shaped slot, which is made so, that at reciprocal movement of the setting tool relative to the boss for the length exceeding the height of the shaped slot, the pin will be located within the limits of the shaped slot; if the length is less, then the pin will go into the groove of the shaped slot at travel upward.

EFFECT: simplification of packer design eliminating implementation of electric engine with cable and facilitating setting and disruption of packer in specified interval of well without special devices.

The boss is made in form of the tapered at the top cylinder, on the exterior surface of which there is made a shaped closed slot with a groove connecting the slot with the upper edge of the boss. The setting tool is made in form of a branch with a pin inserted into the shaped slot, which is made so, that at reciprocal movement of the setting tool relative to the boss at the length exceeding the height of the shaped slot the pin will be located within the limits of the shaped slot; if the length is less, then the pin will go into the groove of the shaped slot at travel upward.

There is an annular space provided between hydraulic cylinder and rod, and containing a piston. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil industry, and is intended for temporary covering of well shaft. Plug packer consists of a mandrel with internal cylindrical mining device; on external side of mandrel installed is a sealing element with a stop. Above the latter there is a thrust bush, and between it and the stop - retaining ring with notches. On the mandrel opposite the stop there provided are annular notches with the direction opposite to the ring notches. Below sealing element there located is the main cone with main sockets, locking ring, and additional cone with additional sockets. Main sockets and additional sockets are connected to the main cone and additional cone respectively by means of a dovetailed joint, and to the locking ring edges - by means of T-joint. Mandrel is equipped with stops located along the perimeter and at one and the same level between additional sockets with the possibility of passing through openings provided in locking ring, and interconnected to the main cone when in operating position. Inside the mandrel there telescopically installed is a detachable joint made in the form of a branch pipe with external cylindrical mining device in upper part. Blind transverse partition and mandrel can be made as one solid part. Balls are interconnected on the one side to detachable joint, and on the other one - to hollow bush. By means of shear elements, the mandrel is connected to detachable joint and main cone. On the stop from above there is a casing of setting tool rested. Detachable joint is plugged from above, and setting tool rod is made hollow, and connected to mandrel by means of a breaking element. From below, the hollow cylinder is borne against the hollow transverse partition downwards by means of a spring, which is located inside on the lower end of the mandrel, at that spring is in a compressed position. Mandrel below hollow transverse partition is equipped with a vertical through slot wherein installed is a pin with the possibility of axial movement. On one side, pin is rigidly connected to additional cone, and on the other one - to spring-loaded hollow cylinder. Sealing element is made in the form of barrel-shaped seals separated from each other with a support ring.

EFFECT: saving of time required for removal, avoiding unnecessary lowering and raising operations, as well as guaranteed removal of plug packer out of the well.

Hydraulic anchor consists of a casing with a longitudinal through channel and transverse windows interconnected therewith. SUBSTANCE: method involves lowering hydraulic jack connected to coiled tubing pipe in well, wherein the lower part of hydraulic jack is fastened to bridge plug by collet unlocking mechanism releasable at predetermined depth; leaving the bridge plug in well for necessary repair work performing; removing hydraulic jack connected to coiled tubing pipe from well.
