According to another version of invention realisation, complex modifier of concrete with polyfunctional action includes the following components, wt parts: aqueous solution of sodium tripolyphosphate - 3.0-3.5, aqueous solution of plasticising additive selected from the following group: technical sodium lignosulphonate, sodium salts of sulphurised naphthalene formaldehyde and melamine formaldehyde resin, sodium polycarboxylate - 2.0-4.0, potassium polymethyl siliconate - 2.0-2.5, water - 0-3.0. The method lies in in two-phasic obtaining of the additive by condensation of naphthalene sulphonic acid - NSA with formaldehyde with formation of oligomeric polymethylennaphtalenesulphonates - PNS at the first stage, PNS polycondensation and technical lignosulphonates - LS with block copolymer formation at the second stage and introduction in the obtained product of surface-active substance of defoaming action.
