SUBSTANCE: there is offered wheel impregnation composition containing aqueous solution of binding agent, oxyethylated lanolin and liquid glass, where a binding agent is a mixed aqueous copolymer emulsion prepared by emulsion polymerisation of methylolmethacrylamide, vinylacetate, butykacrylate, methylmethacrylate and methacrylic acid in mass ratio 1.0:9.0-9.5:2.5-3.0:3.5-4.0:0.04-0.06 respectively with the composition formulation as follows (wt fractions): copolymer emulsion (on dry basis) - 100, oxyethylated lanolin - 3-8, liquid sodium glass - 1-6, water 360-440.

EFFECT: development of wheel impregnation composition improving resistance of sisal-fabric and sisal-cord wheels with operating cost reduction.

Technical solution (Patent RF №2256677, CL C08L 33/12, 2003), which is used for impregnation of cotton circles used composition obtained by the emulsion polymerization of butyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and acrylic amide acid is the mass ratio, respectively 140-160:140-160:205-231:17-19 in the aquatic environment. This composition is quite effective impregnation of cotton circles, it cannot be used for impregnation sisaltyviin circles, because of their low resistance and low quality polishing.

Known composition (Patent RF №2275399, CL C08L 33/12, 2004), designed for polishing planes of non-stainless steel products using sisaltyviin circles, contains an aqueous solution of a binder, which used a mixture of aqueous emulsion of a copolymer obtained by the emulsion polymerization of butyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and amide of acrylic acid with a basic substance content of 50±5%; glass liquid sodium and ethoxylated lanolin in the following ratio of ingredients, parts by weight: copolymer of butyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and acrylic amide acid, calculated on the dry matter 15-50; glass liquid sodium 3-12; lanolin ethoxylated 1-6 and water 45-105. This solution allows to increase the durability and reduce the cost of production of a circle polishing. Despite the good quality polishing these circles edges of Cutlery such as forks, their resistance does not meet the requirements.

The present invention allows high quality polishing to increase the resistance of the polishing laps and previsitdirectory their on resistance of the finest imported circles.

The technical result is an increase in resistance sisaltyviin and sisalkordel laps for polishing edges, edges, and faces of metal products and lowering the cost of their production.

The technical result is achieved in that in the composition for impregnation polishing wheel comprising an aqueous solution of a binder, ethoxylated lanolin, and liquid glass, according to the invention as a binder a mixture of a water emulsion of a copolymer obtained by the emulsion polymerization of methylolmethacrylamide, vinyl acetate, butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid in a weight ratio of 1,0:9,0-9,5:2,5-3,0:3,5-4,0:0,04-0,06 accordingly, in the following composition by mass: a copolymer of methylolmethacrylamide, vinyl acetate, butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid (calculated on the dry matter) - 100, polyoxyethylene lanolin - 3-8, liquid glass - 1-6 and water - 360-440.

Sisaltyvia and sisalkordel circles impregnated with a water emulsion of a copolymer of methylolmethacrylamide, vinyl acetate, butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid in the stated ratios obtained by the emulsion polymerization of a mixture of monomers in aqueous medium in the presence of a polymerization initiator (ammonium persulfate) and emulsifier. The emulsion may also contain antiseptic, flame retardant, defoamer, pigment and the target (secondary) additives, etc. Use emulsion with a content of basic substance, for example 44-50 wt.%. Before using the emulsion can be diluted with water to a content of the main substance of 15-50 wt.%. The composition of the impregnating composition also includes ethoxylated lanolin, and to stiffen and Flammability can log W is dcoe sodium glass. Technology of preparation of a composition for impregnation are described in the patent of Russian Federation №2275399 (prototype).

The invention is illustrated in the five examples, carried out in a production environment.

M, VIITAMIN, 1991, 28 S.], coinciding with the distinctive features of the prototype characteristics of the claimed composition. The search results showed that the claimed invention not apparent to the expert in the obvious way from the prior art because the prior art defined by the applicant, not the influence provided the essential features of the claimed invention transformations to achieve a technical result. Not known compositions for impregnation polishing wheel that can achieve the goals that testifies to the satisfaction of the criterion of "inventive step".

The claimed technical solution can be used for the production of decorative articles made of metal, jewelry and medical industry, it is disclosed in the application materials in sufficient detail for its implementation. Thus, the proposed solution meets the criteria of the invention "industrial applicability".

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns composition for production of oil-extended polyvinyl alcohol cryogel, containing (mass part): 3-30 of polivinyl alcohol, 2-43 of liquid hydrophobic filler - vegetable or mineral oil, and 52-95 of water. This invention also concerns process of obtaining oil-extended polyvinyl alcohol cryogel, as well as the said cryogel obtained by this process. Definite component ratio of the said composition enables regular distribution of liquid hydrophobic filler particles over the whole volume of oil-extended polyvinyl alcohol cryogel formed of such composition. As a result, the cryogel shows more stable physical and mechanical properties at any point. Besides, liquid oil used as hydrophobic filler predetermines production of composite polymer materials with various properties and applications on the basis of a single principle. The said process also does not involve organic dissolvent and hence does nor produce ecologically hazardous sewage. Oil-extended cryogel is applied in medicine as implant, wound-healing covers; in cosmetology as nutritious masques, applicators, auxiliary substances for wrapping; in techniques for production of self-lubricating resilient articles of complex shape, etc.

FIELD: composition of foamed cryogel containing polyvinyl alcohol, sodium chloride, sodium nitrite, ammonium chloride, carbon black and water.

SUBSTANCE: foamed cryogel is formed by chemical foaming with the aid of nitrogen separating-out during oxidizing-reducing reaction between equimolar amount of sodium nitrite and ammonium chloride followed by freezing-defreezing cycle. Proposed foamed cryogel possesses improved thermo-physical and mechanical properties required for heat insulation of producing well mouth and avoidance of precipitation of paraffin deposits. Foaming of starting material is carried out chemically, thus forming finely-dispersed high-expansion foam; in the course of exothermic reaction, heat is released, thus enhancing homogenization of starting polymer solution; presence of sodium chloride hardens foamed cryogel and rises its melting point. Foamed cryogel thus obtained may be used in construction engineering and installation of equipment in oil and gas wells of North regions, as well as recultivation of soils in cryolite zones and technological processes of oil production and transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds with the bond C-P, namely to phosphorus-boron-containing methacrylate that can be used as inhibitor of combustion of polyvinyl alcohol-base film materials. Invention describes phosphorus-boron-containing methacrylate of the following formula: wherein n = 4-8. Polyvinyl alcohol films modified with indicated phosphorus-boron-containing methacrylate shows the enhanced refractoriness, rupture strength up to 206 kgf/cm2, water absorption up to 240% and relative elongation up to 12%.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of production of high-molecular compounds, in particular, to polymeric composition used for production of cryogels on the basis of polyvinyl alcohol. The offered polymeric composition having the interrelated macropores of cryogel of polyvinyl alcohol contains 3-25 mass % of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.001-1 mass % of ionogenic-cationic anionic either amphoteric or nonionogenic surface active agent and water (up to 100 mass %). In the process of the cryogenic treatment of the indicated polymeric compositions produce a macroporous cryogel with the size of interrelated macropores from 2 up to 10 microns, The macroporous cryogel may be efficiently used in the capacity of a biomedical application material.
