FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: rotary support includes roller rotary support. Lower non-rotary part of support is rigidly fixed in frame of motor vehicle chassis. On upper rotary part of support there is rotary platform rigidly installed. Manipulator is installed on platform, as well as mechanism of platform rotation with manipulator in horizontal plane around vertical axis. Mechanism of rotary platform rotation is arranged in the form of plate hydraulic motor, body (stator) of which is rigidly connected to upper rotary part of roller rotary support. Rotor (internal part) with plates is rigidly connected to lower non-rotary part of roller rotary support. Body is equipped with openings for supply and drain of working fluid. EFFECT: device design is simplified, its metal intensity is reduced and wear resistance is increased.

The invention relates to the technical equipment forestry machines manipulator type, namely, rotation devices, and can be used in the forest industry and forestry.

Known rotation device of the manipulator harvesting machine, comprising a tube mounted on U-shaped farm inserted into the tube of the rotary column, on which is mounted manipulator with its actuator, and the rotation mechanism of the manipulator in the horizontal plane (kussakin NF design and operation of the skidders: Textbook. allowance for vocational schools. - M.: Forest industry, 1985. - 272 S., see s and RIS).

Known rotation device of the manipulator logging machinery used on machines small-and medium-duty and has a limited angle of rotation.

Closest to the invention is a rotation device of the manipulator harvesting machine, comprising a support rotatable roller, the lower guide part which is rigidly fixed on the frame of the self-propelled chassis, and the upper rotary part of the pivot roller is rigidly mounted a turntable on which is mounted the arm and the rotation mechanism rotating platform with a manipulator in the horizontal plane around ve the vertical axis (Circles B.C., Borman M.A., Ermolov VP, Queens, V.E., Popov BV Felling-bunching machine PL-19. - M.: Forest industry, 1982. - 288 S., see p.15 5, p.20 9, p.21 10 and pp.33 Fig.19).

The disadvantages of a turntable manipulator forest machines are the complexity and intensity of construction, consolidate mounting pinion and ensure alignment of the leading and driven gears.

The technical result is to reduce material consumption, simplify the design and increase the durability.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the proposed rotation device of the manipulator harvesting machine includes a support rotatable roller, the lower rotary part of which is rigidly fixed on the frame of the self-propelled chassis, and the upper rotary part of the pivot roller is rigidly mounted a turntable on which is mounted the arm and the rotation mechanism rotating platform with a manipulator in the horizontal plane can be rotated around a vertical axis, and the new is that the mechanism of rotation of the turntable is made in the form of a plate of the motor housing (stator) which is rigidly connected to the upper rotary part of the pivot roller and the rotor (inner part with the wafers W is stco associated with the lower part of the non-pivot roller, while the rotor is constructed in the form of a hollow pipe, and the casing is provided with a hole for the supply of fluid withdrawal, and the axis of the aforementioned holes made by the tangent to the outer diameter of the rotor.

In the patent and scientific literature is similar to the design of a turntable manipulator harvesting machine is not detected.

Rotation device of the manipulator harvesting machine includes a support rotatable roller containing the lower non-part 1, which is rigidly fixed through the support ring 2 on the frame 3 self-propelled chassis, the upper rotary part 4, on which is rigidly mounted a turntable 5 with a handle (not shown). The upper rotary part 4 mounted for rotation relative to the lower rotary part 1 on the rolling elements 6, for example rollers. Support ring 2 is fixed to the rotor 7 (non-part manipulator) with the plates 8. The rotor 7 is made in the form of a hollow pipe to allow installation inside the collector of the Central hydraulic system of the transmission. On a turning platform 5 through the flange 9 is fixed to the housing 10 of the motor. Cor is a us 10 and the rotor 7 is fitted with removable from their mounting and dismantling. Between the rotor 7 and the housing 10 are mounted seal 11, for example seals. Between the plates 8 and the housing 10 is also installed seal 12. The casing 10 provided with holes 13, 14, 15 and 16 for connection of pipelines (not shown) for the supply of fluid withdrawal. The axis of the holes 13, 14, 15 and 16 are tangent to the outer diameter of the rotor 7.

Rotation device of the manipulator harvesting machine operates as follows.

The operator, by controlling the valve (not shown), directs the fluid flow into the holes 13 and 15, under the action of the pressure housing 10 is rotated relative to the rotor 7 counterclockwise, and with the housing 10 rotates a turntable 5. Through holes 14 and 16, the working fluid is discharged into the tank (not shown). When the direction of the working fluid in the holes 14 and 16 of the housing 10 is rotated together with the turntable 5 in a clockwise direction, and through holes 13 and 15, the working fluid is discharged into the tank.

The proposed rotation device of the manipulator forest machines is to simplify the design, reduce the consumption of materials.

Rotation device of the manipulator harvesting machine, comprising a support rotatable roller, bottom, position, part of which is rigidly fixed to the frame itself is the same chassis, and on top, swivel, part of the pivot roller is rigidly mounted a turntable on which is mounted the arm, and the rotation mechanism rotating platform with a manipulator in the horizontal plane around a vertical axis, wherein the rotation mechanism turntable made in the form of a plate of the motor housing (stator) which is rigidly connected to the upper slewing part of the pivot roller and the rotor (inner part) with plates rigidly connected with the lower position, a part of the pivot roller, the housing provided with openings for the supply of fluid withdrawal.

2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotor is constructed in the form of a hollow pipe.

3. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the axis of the hole supply, drainage of working fluid are tangent to the outer diameter of the rotor.

SUBSTANCE: support-rotating device (SRD) incorporates rotary-roller support with its lower part rigidly attached to the self-propelled chassis frame and furnished gear ring arranged along its outer edge, and its upper movable part accommodating platform rigidly fixed thereon. The platform supports manipulator and mechanism to turn the said platform with the manipulator horizontally and relative to the self-propelled chassis frame, the latter being furnished with a motor and a reduction gear with its output shaft provided with a drive gear in mesh with the aforesaid gear ring of the support fixed part. A rotary plate is fitted on the reduction gear output shaft, furnished with additional gears driven from the drive gear via a flexible link, e.g. a roller chain and lantern gears, one of them being fitted on the drive gear shaft, the others on the additional gear shafts. The said additional gears are in mesh with the fixed support gear ring.

EFFECT: longer life of SRD and machine proper.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in devices designed for turning in a horizontal or vertical plane. The turn drive contains a tooth rim meshing with two identical main gears; the said rim is assembled on a turning portion of the object, this turning portion is installed with a support component on the base whereon an electric motor, a brake mechanism and a reducer are arranged. The electric motor via a coupling is connected to an input shaft of the reducer which includes a frictional mechanism to limit a maximum torque at the input shaft of the reducer, self braking worm gear and two differential mechanisms. Each of the differential mechanisms is made as a planetary drive equipped with an epicyclic gear, a sun gear, a carrier and satellites. One of the main gears is secured to the shaft made as one whole with the carrier of the first planetary gear, the axis of which is geometrically coupled with the central axis of the latter. The other main gear is fixed on the shaft installed in the case of the reducer; whereon the gear is attached meshing with the gear made as one whole with the epicyclic gear of the first planetary gear mechanism. The sun gear of the second planetary gear mechanism is connected to the shaft of the motor; epicyclic gear of the planetary gear mechanism by means of tooth meshing is kinematically tied to the above said friction mechanism. The sun gear of the first planetary gear mechanism is secured on the shaft which is kinematically tied with the carrier of the second planetary gear mechanism via the said self braking worm gear.

EFFECT: increased reliability of operation, improvement of dynamic and operational characteristics of a turn drive.

Proposed turning drive contains motor with brake, reduction gear, friction mechanism to limit maximum torque on reduction gear shaft and differential mechanism, all mounted on support and turnable (movable) parts of object. Motor is connected with input shaft of reduction gear on output shaft of which ring main gear is secured, being in meshing with gear rim. Differential mechanism is made in form of planetary train with epicyclic gear, sun gear, carrier and planet pinions. Sun gear is connected with motor shaft, carrier is connected with input shaft of reduction gear, and epicyclic gear is mechanically coupled with said friction mechanism through gearing.

SUBSTANCE: supporting-and-rotating apparatus has roller-type rotating support having lower immovable part rigidly fixed on frame of self-propelled chassis and equipped with toothed crown on its inner circumference. Rotating platform is rigidly fixed on upper movable part of support and handler is mounted on said platform. Rotation mechanism for rotating platform with handler in horizontal plane relative to frame of self-propelled chassis is also fixed on movable part of support. Platform rotation mechanism has engine and reducer with drive gear rigidly fixed on output shaft, said drive gear being meshed with toothed crown of immovable part. Device for shifting of cantilever of drive gear shaft is made in the form of U-shaped frame whose sides are extending in horizontal plane, have different lengths and are equipped with openings wherein drive shaft with drive gear is introduced through bearing units. U-shaped frame is joined with its longer side to rotating platform.

EFFECT: elimination of misalignment in drive gear and toothed crown teeth meshing to thereby enhance reliability and prolong service life of apparatus.

Method includes manual turning in and off of bolt of bolted joint by rotating bolt head by lever wrench until definite axial force appears in threaded joint with subsequent tightening of bolt by mechanical tightening member. Prior to tightening bolt or prior to its backing off, wrench is connected with first bolt of bolted joint of slewing circle, and then lever of member is connected with second bolt of bolted joint, then lever of member and lever of wrench are connected in plane of arrangement of bolt heads. Wrench and member lever are locked to prevent displacement in vertical direction, and then distance between lever of wrench and second bolt of bolted joint is decreased or increased. Invention provides three design versions of device for implementing the method.

FIELD: forestry, in particular, processing apparatuses for tree harvesting machine used in tree felling and bunching equipment.

SUBSTANCE: supporting-rotating apparatus has base and rotary platform between which are positioned three rotating wheels and two intermediate members, said intermediate members being mounted between rotating wheels. Central brake is installed on rotary platform and is cooperating with base through joining link which is connected with its upper end through Hooke's universal joint and central brake to rotary platform and with its lower end through the same Hooke's universal joint to base. Link is adapted for changing its length by means of, for example, splined joint. Intermediate and lower rotary wheels are equipped with brakes. Intermediate rotary wheel brake is mounted on upper intermediate member. Lower rotary wheel brake is mounted on lower intermediate member. Rotary wheels are arranged at an angle with respect to each other. On rotation of rotary platform, rotation mechanism cooperates with one of rotary wheels. During operation on slopes, individual members of apparatus are rotated to thereby level rotary platform until it is rotated and set in horizontal plane.

EFFECT: increased efficiency by employing machine for felling and bunching trees on uneven felling areas and on slopes, reduced labor intensity, and provision for creating comfortable working conditions for operators.

SUBSTANCE: method includes loading ends of sheared trees into the machine for bunch formation and transportation to the next station. Bunch formation is carried out on the ground, and hauling by traction to the next station is carried out by the machine for bunch formation. On the first station sheared trees are bundled by butt ends on the winch rope of the machine for bunch formation lying on the ground. The bunch is choked by the winch rope using a clinch in its end, and left in the first station. The rope is drawn off the hoisting drum when replacing machine to the next station. After the machine is set on the stop, the bunch from the first station is hauled by traction with the winch to the second station. The bunch is grubbed and attached to the bunch of the required quantity by laying trees on it which were sheared on the second station. The machine has driving chassis which is equipped with a manipulator having claw-like felling unit and device for bunch formation on its free end. The device for bunch formation has a winch placed on the frame of the driving chassis and equipped with load carrying rope and clinch on the free end of the rope, winch drive is made from one of the shafts of the reducing gear of the driving chassis's travel mechanism.

EFFECT: method and construction of the machine allow formatting bunches of any size without charging the machine, and improving ecology.

SUBSTANCE: claw-like felling unit consists of a cutting mechanism and a fixed stop installed on a common base, a crimping lever with a drive hydraulic cylinder, which is hinged to the base, and a felling-jack mechanism. The latter consists of a lever jack. One end of the lever jack is made in the form of a jack, and the other end is hinged to the lower part of the base. The other end of the lever jack is connected to a sliding member. The latter by means of a lever mechanism is connected to the drive hydraulic cylinder. Lever mechanism consists of two levers which are hinged to each other at an angle. Lever mechanism with one of its ends is hinged to the drive hydraulic cylinder, and with the other end - to the base. Hinged joint of levers of lever mechanism is located in the sliding member.

SUBSTANCE: felling-bunching machine (FBM) includes self-propelled chassis on which the bottom motionless part of rotary roller support is rigidly fixed. The bottom motionless part of the support is supplied by a gear wreath on an internal circle. On the top mobile part of the rotary roller support the rotary platform with the manipulator and the mechanism of turn of the platform in a horizontal plane against the frame of the self-propelled chassis is rigidly established. The mechanism of turn of the platform includes an engine and a reducer; the drive gear is in gearing with the gear wreath of motionless part of the support and is rigidly fixed on the output shaft. The manipulator is supplied on its free end by the claw-like felling unit. The device for formation of a pack of trees is executed in the form of the drum established vertically between a rotary platform and the top mobile part of a rotary roller support and with possibility of winding on the drum carrying cable. The free end of the cargo rope is supplied with a hook. The FBM has simple design, allows generating pack for logging of any volume, thus the FBM it is not made heavier by the pack.

SUBSTANCE: rotator includes housing hinge-mounted on manipulator and consisting of two spaces. Upper space is made in form of reciprocating hydraulic cylinder. Rod of hydraulic cylinder is made in middle part length wise in form of threaded screw engaging with nut. Guides for rod are made in lower cover of lower space. Means for fastening of working member and fastening to hydraulic manipulator are mounted on upper cover of housing and of rod of hydraulic cylinder lower than lower cover. Rod of hydraulic cylinder consists of two parts interconnected by rotary-axial joint located higher than threaded part. Nut is rigidly secured in partition rigidly fitted in lower space. Seal for rod is installed in partition between upper and lower spaces. Inlet-outlet of hydraulic liquid into upper space are made, one over piston, and the other, under piston. Housing of rotator is split.

EFFECT: increased reliability of rotator, facilitated mounting and demounting.

SUBSTANCE: harvesting machine has self-propelled chassis equipped with manipulator, and gripping-and-cutting apparatus. Machine is equipped with cart connected to self-propelled chassis by means of pivotal multilink chain and telescopic hydraulic cylinder. Pivotal multilink chain members fixed to cart are made in the form of supporting beams over which beams manipulator and gripping-and-cutting apparatus are movably mounted by means of carriage. Outriggers are located in multilink chain pivot joints positioned beyond self-propelled chassis and cart.

Machine is equipped with cart connected to self-propelled chassis by means of pivotal multilink chain and telescopic hydraulic cylinder. Pivotal multilink chain members fixed to cart are made in the form of supporting beams over which beams manipulator and gripping-and-cutting apparatus are movably mounted by means of carriage. Outriggers are located in multilink chain pivot joints positioned beyond self-propelled chassis and cart.
