SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal deformation process and can be used at manufacturing of products of cylindrical work, shaping. Preheated cylindrical work is deformed on press in preheated closed die. Die contains puncheon, bottom semimartingale and upper semimartingale with through cylindrical cavity. Upper matrix overlaps die by internal diametre of bottom semimartingale and allows translational displacement. Cylindrical work is installed by axis of bottom semimartingale in through cavity of top semimartingale. It is settled work by puncheon with providing of upper semimartingale lifting under the action of feeding into the die cavity of work material. Then it is deformed settled work with receiving of finished product by joint omission of upper semimartingale and puncheon.

EFFECT: it is provided increasing of productivity and quality of finished products, assortment broadening.

The invention relates to the field of metallurgical engineering and can be used for the manufacture of various products from cylindrical blanks mainly of aluminum alloys using thixotropic forming, texastamera.

Known hot stamping gear steel cylindrical billet crank press in several passages (Amerimanga "Technology of forging and stamping production", M.: engineering, 1976, RES, str-388). On is shown finishing Creek stamp of the open type, containing the lower matrix made of insert and eject. The top matrix is assembled from the insert fixed rod and provided with a pusher.

Such multi-position design does not allow to use the advantages of thixoforging for the following reasons:

firstly, the increase in time of the process reduces performance;

- secondly, it reduces the quality of the finished product, because of the non-required temperature parameters, which leads to changes in the microstructure of the alloy, as well as changing the ratio of solid and liquid phases;

- thirdly, it reduces the quality of the finished product due to splashing of the liquid phase and the non-uniform metal flow in the radial direction due to buckling of the workpiece;

- fourth, increased metal consumption (outdoor stamp), which is especially important due to the high cost of the original cast billets.

The known method and device for stamping forging such as crosses on the crank press with the use of a stamp with two parting surfaces (Amerimanga "Technology of forging and stamping production", M.: engineering, 1976, RES, str). The device includes a container with the plunger and the bottom of the matrix, which is the top matrix with a through axial cylindrical bore. The top matrix is fixed on the plate that the spring clamp is connected with the slide. The upper matrix closes the lower matrix on its outer diameter and the end. Aside from the die tool set to stream, the details of which are mounted on the container and the slide. The stamp is provided with a compensator for the excess metal. The method is carried out in two transitions. Preheat and grease stamp tool. On the first transition of the heated billet rebuff in the stream. Then raise the slider to its extreme upper position and transfer the shaped workpiece from a stream at the bottom of the matrix to implement the second transition metal stamping. When the motion of the slide down the upper matrix covers the bottom and shaped the workpiece is placed in the cavity of the upper matrix. Force close of the matrices is determined by the spring p is ijima. Upon further lowering of the RAM, the punch deforms the workpiece and generates four ridge crosses. A disadvantage of the known technical solution is dip the stamp with a spring clamp. This leads to increase in time of the process and, as a consequence, the temperature of the workpiece, which reduces the productivity and quality of finished products. In addition, the deformation of the intermediate fittings only punch also leads to marriage on the periphery of the finished product and does not allow to obtain products with a large area (type flanges), which reduces the range. Because of the impossibility of maintaining a strict time and temperature parameters of texastamera excluded, because the change of the microstructure of the alloy and the ratio of solid and liquid phases leads to marriage.

The closest analogue of the claimed method is a method thixoforging cylindrical workpieces, including deformation of the pre-heated cylindrical workpiece in a preheated stamp (EN 2248857 C2, 27.03.2005, UK 1/38).

Technical problem, the solution of which is directed a method and a device, is to increase productivity, quality of finished products and the expansion of the product range.

To solve this problem in the known method texasthe Cai cylindrical workpieces, including deformation preheated cylindrical workpiece in a preheated die, in accordance with the invention, the deformation is carried out on the press in closed die containing the punch, the lower volumetric and executed through the cylindrical cavity of the upper polimetrica, which closes the stamp on the inner diameter of the lower volumetric and has the capability of translational movement, and produce draught punch of the cylindrical workpiece mounted on the axis of the lower volumetric and placed in end-to-end cylindrical cavity of the upper polimetrica, into the cavity of the stamp with the help elevate the upper polimetrica under the action received in said cavity of the stamp material of the cylindrical workpiece, and then carry out the deformation upset billet with getting ready products joint lowering the upper volumetric and punch.

Device for thixoforging of cylindrical workpieces in accordance with the above method includes a container with the bottom polimetrica, kinematically connected with the press slide plate on which is fixed the upper polimetrica with a through axial cylindrical bore located above the bottom polimetrica aligned her with the possibility of forward movement on the inner diameter of h is sung polimetrica, a punch mounted on the press slide concentric with said hole of the upper polimetrica, and the plunger, and the plunger and the upper polimetrica mounted with the possibility of a counter move at upsetting of a cylindrical billet and joint lowering deformation upset the workpiece, the kinematic relationship between the press slide and plate made in the form of hydraulic cylinders and removable stops.

Implementation process - thixoforging with one hit preheated workpiece continuously in two stages allows full use of the properties of globular microstructure of texasauto. In addition, the use of a removable lock allows to obtain products with a Central protrusion or a depression, i.e. contributes to the expansion of the product range.

Device for thixoforging of the cylindrical workpiece 1 (see figure 1) contains the pusher 2 and the container 3 with the lower polimetrica 4. Above the bottom polimetrica and coaxially she is top polimetrica 5, which is fixed to the plate 6 and is provided with axial who quiznum cylindrical bore. Concentric with said hole on the slider 7 is mounted punch 8. Plate and the punch connected hydraulic cylinders 9. In the upper part of the plate has a removable stop 10, consisting of two half-rings. To extract the finished product 11 from the lower volumetric (see figure 5) plunger lifts it beyond the container. The stamping carried out on a hydraulic press, the slider of which is connected with the power piston cylinder and recoil cylinders.

The way thixoforging is as follows.

The finished product, for example the brake disc outer diameter of 180 mm and a height of 25 mm of the Original billet of aluminum alloy AL-9, with a diameter of 63 mm and a height of 83 mm Billet receive continuous casting in terms of mixing. This forms a suspension (solid-state) with globular microstructure. This fact provides a good fluidity and filling of forms by further processing, which allows to obtain finished products with high mechanical and operational properties (metallurgy, mechanical engineering, 2001, No.1, p.36-43). Texastamera is the process of reheating the original cast billets and subsequent stamping. To temperature and time demands, because it affects the quality of the finished product. The temperature of the workpiece is reduced to 575C, which corresponds to the onset temperature deformation. Lower the slider 7 to the end flange of the upper polimetrica 5 in the lower end of polimetrica 4, closed at the stamp on the inner diameter of the latter, and the workpiece is placed in end-to-end cylindrical cavity of the upper polimetrica. The device is prepared for the deformation of the workpiece (see figure 2). Continuing to lower the slider, the workpiece rebuff in the die cavity by the punch 8. Flowing metal in excess of the efforts of the P1=800 kN hydraulic cylinders 9 raise the upper polimetrica 5 to contact interchangeable lock 10 with the flange of the punch. From this moment begins stamping fittings (see figure 3). The maximum force of a cylinder press, P=4000 kN. Joint by lowering the upper polimetrica 5 and punch 8 stamp the finished product 11 - brake disc. While the gap between the end face of the lower volumetric 4 and the flange of the upper bolometric the 5 h=1...3 mm (see figure 4). The finished product 11 is extracted from the bottom of polimetrica 4, raising the pusher 2 (see figure 5). If necessary (finished product remained on the top polimetrica) plate 6 is lowered by the hydraulic cylinders 9, disassemble removable stop 10, and then return stroke of the plate up off the finished product 11. The process is completed. Then the cycle process is repeated.

The claimed method and device for thixoforging cylindrical blanks allow you to improve performance by performing operations in a single setup and continuity, to improve the quality of finished products due to full use of the properties of globular microstructure of texasauto subject of temperature settings and there is no splashing of the liquid phase, to expand the range of products due to the presence of removable stops and get pieces with a Central protrusion or depression.

FIELD: metallurgy, possibly production of homogenous fine-grain titanium material.

SUBSTANCE: according to first variant of invention method comprises steps of first heat treatment of blank of titanium material due to heating it till β-region; quickly cooling blank till (α + β)-region and forging it while creating at deforming process super-plasticity condition; then performing second heat treatment due to realizing recrystallization annealing for producing grain size in range approximately from 5 micrometers till 20 micrometers. According to second variant of method blank of double-phase titanium material is subjected to first heat treatment due to heating it till β-region. Heating temperature is in range approximately from 600°C till approximately temperature of polymorphous phase conversion of titanium material. Blank is quickly cooled till (α + β)-region and it is subjected to forging while creating super-plasticity condition. Then second heat treatment is realized due to performing recrystallization annealing. In the result double-phase material with grain size 15 - 20 micrometers is produced.

EFFECT: possibility for producing material that may be subjected to ultrasound flaw detection at high accuracy.

Punch for equally-channel angular pressing contains band, ground base and compression ram. Into band is pressed in conic insert made from several detail. Walls of access port are formed by parts of mutually perpendicular flat surfaces of these details, closed to each other. The first of output channel walls is formed by part of mutually perpendicular flat surface of detail, which has the other part of this surface as wall of access port. Blacksmith's pane for drawing is implemented in the form of pane body with operational partc. Pane body corresponds plate with ribbed stiffener. Stiffeners are located from the side of operational part of pane parallel to it. From one side stiffeners are restricted by press column, and from below - cylindrical surface, corresponding to external surface of finished forging. Plate can be outfitted by additional transversal ribbed stiffener, located on its ends or out of working space of pane.

SUBSTANCE: creation of ultrafine-grained structure in metal stock by means of its strain treatment with upthrust includes staged compression of stock with vertically compressing puncheon in die mold that contains matrix limited down with flat bottom, with cavity for stock installation in it and intended for treatment of stock in three orthogonal directions with provision of plastic flow of stock material along directions that do not coincide with direction of compression force. At every stage of strain treatment the stock is placed in matrix cavity, compressed, and deformed stock is taken out from matrix cavity. Prior to installation of stock in matrix cavity the bottom part of matrix cavity is filled with charge of refractory powder for 0.1-0.5 of compressed height of stock, then stock is placed for filling, charge is filled into free space created between two pairs of sliders and stock to the level that exceeds top point of stock by 0.1-0.5 of its compressed height, matrix is inserted into puncheon, displaced to provide stock compression of 10-60% from its height. Stages of deformation treatment of stock are repeated, changing directions of its strain, until ultrafine-grained structure is formed in the whole volume of stock. Device for formation of ultrafine-grained structure in metal stock during its strain treatment with upthrust arranged in the form of die mold that contains matrix with rectangular base plate, puncheon and two pairs of sliders installed in two mutually orthogonal directions. Upthrust is arranged in the form of charge from refractory material that fills the free space between sliders, matrix bottom, puncheon and stock.

EFFECT: production of bulky metal stocks with different ratios of size and increase of finished product output.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: for parts production cold-upsetting tool is used in the form of multi-position unit. Unit includes five positions and contains puncheons, thrusters, assembled matrixes and strippers. Assembled matrix in the fourth position is installed motionlessly and is equipped with reduction step at the insert. Stripper of the fourth position is arranged with the opening, in which spring-loaded puncheon is installed. Cut billet is subjected to setting and calibration with leveling of butt ends and formation of conical marks. By means of further billet setting head is created. Then opening is pressed out in the billet and its external diameter is reduced with formation of step. Reduction of diameter is carried out in motionless matrix with insert, which has reduction step. For that purpose billet is displaced until it thrusts stripper with spring-loaded puncheon with its butt-end. Puncheon is installed in billet pressed out opening. FIELD: metal working.

SUBSTANCE: hard alloy matrix has casing, bushing pressed in the case and hard alloy insertion. Bushing has multifaced hole. Hard alloy insertion is composed by several sections made in form of trapezoidal-section prisms which have cut angles at their non-working edges. Number of sections corresponds to number of faces of item to be headed. Cuts of angles are made symmetrically to faces of working edge. Slits are made in several places of multifaced hole bushing at the ponts where faces cross each other.

EFFECT: improved resistance of matrix; simplified assembly.
