FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technologies for production of light volume fillers from sheet materials and may be used in production of multilayer panels used in aircrafts, construction and other industries. Sheet billet is marked with folding lines, which create alternating pairs of zigzag strips with design value of size difference along width of strips in every pair, which represent combinations of sections in the form of parallelograms. Billet is transformed into relief condition and pressed to limit condition defined by complete mutual contact of corrugation facets, with creation of filler block with wedge-like protrusions in block areas. Then filler block is pressed along height to produce protrusions as a result of crumpling, and therefore, flat double-sided folds are created in their place - areas of variable width along length of zigzag strips joint within the limits of every facet. Afterwards filler block is stretched to preset condition defined by rated value of block height, and height of wedge-like protrusions is defined by value of size difference along width of zigzag strips assigned from condition of provision of required area of contact area.

EFFECT: strength and reliability of multilayer panel is increased, and its specific mass characteristics are improved.

The technical field

The invention relates to the production technologies lung volume aggregates of sheet materials and can be used in the production of laminated panels used in aircraft, construction and other industries.

The strength of laminated panels substantially depends on the area of connection of the filler with the casings, and it is natural to search for ways to increase the area of contact surfaces of the filler and casing of laminated panels.

The level of technology

A known method of manufacturing folded filler of a layered composite material. How is that form the folded structure of the layered composite material (fiberglass, organoplastic etc). Grooves in zigzag lines of projections and depressions fill a small height with a mixture of chopped fiberglass or steelmicrowave with a binder after curing of the binder combs zashlifovyvajut and as a result along the lines of projections and depressions are formed flat area (khaliulin VI of the Technological scheme of production of multilayer structures. The disadvantage of this method is that this method of manufacturing a filler degrades vesovi the characteristics of sandwich panels and breaks the continuity of the material of the filler. It also increases the complexity of manufacturing at the expense of manual labor for applying in the groove of the compound and its mechanical processing.

A known method of manufacturing folded filler, namely, that under certain layout options along the lines of projections and depressions perform grooves of triangular form, fill their composition based microspheres and get flat area for gluing the planks (A.S. No. 1646196 the USSR, MCI: B29D 9/00. Multilayer panel / Vigation, Wegebau. No. 4708093; Appl. 19.06.89; Publ. 21.08.91, bull. No. 31).

The disadvantages of this method are overweight panels and the high complexity of the filling grooves aggregate any compound and providing a common plane of contact with the skin.

As a prototype the selected method of manufacturing herringbone filler laminated panels having a contact area with flat layers panel (khaliulin VI of the Technological scheme of production of multilayer structures. The method includes the markup on a flat workpiece bend lines, the subsequent bending and folding the blanks with the simultaneous formation of a Chevron corrugations with the side edges in the form of parallelograms, as well as the formation of complex folds flat on the tops and let yourself slide the am of corrugations due to overlap each other additional exterior and interior of a parallelogram elements, the filling of the folds of the adhesive material and their fixation.

The disadvantage of this method is the need for complex tooling for bending and folding of the blank with many small fragments of faces construction aggregate, as well as significant difficulties with the application of adhesive material and fixation of the pleats. The last operation also require more complex equipment. Effect noted, this method is only applicable for the manufacture of aggregates with the relatively large size of its structural elements.

In addition, due to technological difficulties forming, flat fold is necessary to perform a larger area than necessary to ensure the required strength of the connection of the filler flat layers panel. This consequently increases the weight of the filler and the applied adhesive material, which reduces mass-specific characteristics of the panel as a whole. The latter is particularly important in the production of multi-layer panels for aircraft.

Disclosure of inventions

The main task, which is aimed by the invention, is to increase the strength and reliability of the multilayered panel and improvement of its mass-specific characteristics.

The technical result achieved in the implementation of the claimed invention, the two which is the expansion of the range of sizes herringbone aggregates with sites of contact, reducing the complexity of their production and improvement of mass-specific characteristics of the panels through the use of new technological methods.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known method of manufacturing herringbone filler laminated panels with sites of contact, including the layout of the bend lines on a flat workpiece, the formation of block filler with herringbone corrugations with the side edges in the form of parallelograms and areas of contact on the peaks and troughs of the corrugations, in accordance with the proposed technical solution is the layout of the bend lines are carried out by the zigzag lines with the formation of alternating pairs of zigzag stripes with an estimated value of a difference of sizes of paper in each pair in a set of plots in the form of parallelograms, block filler with herringbone corrugations with the side edges in the form of parallelograms is produced by compression of the workpiece from the side sides with the formation of the folded structure of stepped form with wedge-shaped projections in the nodal areas of the zigzag lines of projections and depressions, in fact the compression is carried out until the limit States defined mutual contact faces of the corrugations with the paneling unit of contact area is obtained by crimping block height by the collapse of wedge-shaped protrusions with getting flat the sites of variable width along the length of the junction zigzag stripes within each face, then block filler stretch to a specified condition defined by the nominal value of the height of the block, with wedge-shaped projections perform a height equal to the difference of the widths of zigzag stripes, appointed from the conditions for obtaining the required area of contact area.

Given the applicant an analysis of the level of technology has allowed to establish that the analogs are characterized by the sets of characteristics is identical for all features of the claimed technical solution, no. Therefore, the claimed technical solution meets the condition of patentability "novelty".

Search results of known solutions in this field of technology in order to identify characteristics that match the distinctive features of the prototype of the characteristics of the proposed technical solution, showed that they do not follow explicitly from the prior art. Of certain of applicant's prior art there have been no known impact provided the essential features of the claimed technical solution of transformations on the achievement of the technical result. Therefore, the claimed technical solution meets the condition of patentability "inventive step".

The implementation of the invention

The proposed method is implemented as follows.

On sheet blank mark the bend line 1, forming a zigzag lanes 2 and 3 different widths. The difference of the widths of the strips determines the height of the ledge nodal zone of the nominal height of the placeholder, which in turn determines the required size of the contact area. The invention may be used in lightweight aggregate production for multi-layer panels, filtering elements and packing materials. There is also a facility changing the above elements position in the space. The forming punch is implemented with a closed strip being rolled on the said drum so that it can contact the facility changing moulding elements position in the space by their side line edges and upper surface of the moulding elements.

Device comprises the following components installed on the common base and connected to drive - reciprocal mechanism for belt feed with feeding frame, joined to mechanism of corrugation rib pitch control, stamping corrugating unit with matrices in the form of plates and puncheons in the form of combs, joined with mechanism of corrugation height control and mechanisms of its reciprocal motion in plane, which is perpendicular both to direction of initial belt motion and to direction of stamping unit motion along columns. Besides every matrix is made of two adjacent parts with section of every part in the form of angle bar shelf with alternating section and certain thickness. Adjacent matrices in every plate are installed as oppositely mirror-like and are joined with rivets with certain gap and pitch of rivets location. On the common base upstream and downstream the belt feed control mechanism, two identical mechanism units are installed, every of which consists of mechanisms of controlled fixed installation of belt installed one after another depending on belt width and controlled reciprocal motion of controlled fixed installation in direction perpendicular to direction of belts motion. Between mentioned units mechanism is installed for permanent belt braking.
