SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal deformation process, particularly to facilities for tubular billets ends flanging and can be used in different branches of mechanical engineering. Lathe contains mounted on common stand hollow spindle with blank clamping mechanism, crossfeed carriage, cutoff knife, crossfeed carriage driver, moulding tool and blank feed, main slide, installed with ability of movement lengthwise the axis of spindle, guide block, rigid on stand, blacket with bearing roller of guide block, fixed on end slide, extension spring, one end of which is fixed in transversal, and the other - in end slide. Additionally crossfeed carriage is implemented with guide ways, parallel to center line of spindle, end slide is installed on guide ways of crossfeed carriage and by means of spring it is pressed through the bearing roller to guide block. Mould tool is installed on end slide, and cutoff knife is located before the mould tool.

EFFECT: there are increased manufacturing capabilities ensured by receiving on blanks of rolled up part of different forms and mouths.

The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to devices for closing the ends of tubular workpieces, and can be used in various engineering industries.

A known machine for closing the ends of tubular workpieces containing a frame, a hollow spindle with a Chuck, a rotary support carrying out movement around an axis perpendicular to the spindle axis, a forming tool mounted on the rotary support, and a mechanism for feeding blanks (SU authorship, 227971, 7C, 12).

The reason that prevent obtaining the specified lower technical result when using the known machine for closing the ends of tubular workpieces, is the inability to get on the blanks sakatani parts of different shapes (flat, spherical, ellipsoidal, curvilinear). In addition, the necessity of equipping the machine with the rotary support plate with the corresponding drive makes it impossible to use universal lathes and increases the cost of equipment.

A known machine for implementing the necks of bottles, selected as a prototype, containing mounted on a common base hollow spindle, mechanism for clamping of workpieces, the transverse support plate with a cutting knife, the drive of the transverse support, a forming tool and a mechanism for feeding blanks (SU, author's certificate the construction, 325074, B21D 22/16, 41/04).

The reason that prevent obtaining the specified lower technical result of using a known machine for implementing the necks of the bottles, is that it is designed only for receiving the necks of the cylinders and may not be used for the blanks sakatani parts of different shapes (flat, spherical, ellipsoidal, curvilinear).

The main challenge we address the stated machine for closing the ends of tubular workpieces, is the expansion of technological capabilities.

The technical result that is achievable with the use of the machine for closing the ends of tubular workpieces, it is possible to obtain on the blanks as sakatani parts of different shapes (flat, spherical, ellipsoidal, curvilinear), and necks.

This technical result is achieved by a machine for closing the ends of tubular workpieces, containing mounted on a common base hollow spindle, mechanism for clamping of workpieces, the transverse support plate with a cutting knife, the drive of the transverse support, a forming tool and a mechanism for feeding blanks, according to the invention is additionally equipped with a longitudinal slide mounted for movement along the axis of the spindle, a Cam fixedly mounted on the frame, crosta the ohms with a support roller of a copier, mounted on the longitudinal support, and a spring tension, one end of which is fixed in the transverse and the other in the longitudinal support, while the transverse support plate is made with the guides parallel to the axis of the spindle, a longitudinal slide mounted on the guides transverse caliper and through the spring is preloaded through the support roller to the copier, the forming tool is mounted on the longitudinal support, and a cutting knife placed in front of the forming tool.

The use of the machine for closing the ends of the billets with the stated features allows you to implement when the sealing movement of the forming tool in two mutually perpendicular directions using only one drive cross caliper, and the mutual longitudinal movement of the caliper relative to the transverse regimented profile copier, resulting in the formation of the blanks as sakatani part of desired shape (flat, spherical, ellipsoidal, curvilinear), and neck (if necessary).

The placement of the cutting knife before forming tool allows trimming the end of the billet to the desired length of the flight, ensuring high quality sealing edges at the point of intersection with the rolls.

Conducted by the applicant's analysis of the level of technology has allowed to establish that Ana is Augie, characterized by the sets of characteristics is identical for all features of the claimed machine for closing the ends of tubular workpieces, are absent. Therefore, the claimed invention meets the condition of patentability "novelty".

The study of known technical solutions in this and related areas of technology did not allow to identify the characteristics which are distinctive in the inventive solution. Of certain of applicant's prior art there have been no known impact provided the essential features of the claimed invention transformations on the achievement of the technical result. Therefore, the claimed invention meets the condition of patentability "inventive step".

Machine for closing the ends of tubular workpieces comprises a frame 1, a hollow drive spindle 2 with pneumopathies 3, the support plate 4 with the guides, a transverse support plate 5 with the guides, the drive pop the river caliper, consisting of a hydraulic cylinder 6 and rod 7, the Cam 8 and the feed mechanism of the blanks in pneumopathie spindle, made in the form of a pneumatic cylinder 9. The transverse support has the ability to move along the guides of the base plate 4 in the plane perpendicular to the spindle axis. The longitudinal support 10 is installed on the forming tool 15 has the ability to move along the spindle axis for guiding the transverse support plate 5. In addition, the machine is equipped with spring tension 16, one end fixed to the transverse support plate 5, and the other in the longitudinal support 10. Spring pressed longitudinal support plate 10 to the working surface of the Cam 8 through the support roller 14 is installed in the bracket 13. In the initial position of the machine the spring 16 is in the extended condition.

Machine for closing the ends of tubular workpieces works as follows. Billet 17 is mounted on the prism 12, and then with the air cylinder 9 is inserted into the cavity of the spindle 2 to the desired depth and clamped by pneumopathies 3 spindle. Turn on the rotation of the spindle, the workpiece is given a rotary motion, and then using a hydraulic cylinder 6 and rod 7 transverse support plate 5 with bsalsa translational motion in the plane perpendicular to the axis of the spindle. In the process of moving the cross-slide 5 the cutting knife 11 cuts off the end of the billet to the desired length of the flight, and then begins his rolls forming tool 15. In the process of seaming the support roller 14 is moved along the working surface of the Cam 8, passing through the bracket 13 to the desired direction of movement of the longitudinal support plate 10 and fixed therein forming tool 15. Moving in two mutually perpendicular directions, the forming tool produces the molded end of the tubing stock with obtaining the finished product with the desired shape sakatani part. While the spring 16 or additionally stretched (when the movement of the longitudinal slide in the direction of the spindle 2), or its original tensile strength slightly decreases (when the movement of the longitudinal slide in the direction of the cylinder 9). After the completion of the seaming spindle 2 is stopped, pneumopathie 3 releases the finished product, which, by means of the pusher (conventionally not shown)introduced into the cavity of the spindle is pushed to the prism 12 and is removed from the working area of the machine.

The use of the machine for closing the ends of tubular workpieces allows to obtain products with sakatani part having a different shape (flat, spherical, ellipsoidal or curvilinear), and from what the men neck. - means embodying the invention in its implementation, are intended for use in industry, namely in the manufacture of various hollow products with bottom part and/or neck, including bimetallic products;

for the claimed invention in the form in which it is characterized in the claims, confirmed the possibility of its implementation using the described tools and methods;

- means embodying the invention in its implementation, is able to obtain the technical result.

Therefore, the claimed invention meets the condition of patentability "industrial applicability".

SUBSTANCE: method relates to pressurised treatment of metals and may be used for high pressure containers manufacturing from pipe shells. The method includes pipe cutting to sections, forming of bottom, hot turning of throat, mechanical treatment, cleaning of inner surface and thermal treatment, which will be due after throat turning but when bottom is not formed. After inner surface cleaning, the outer surface is to be cleaned. Then, the cylindrical surface of work piece is lubricated and treated to make walls thinner. The latter operation is performed in rolling-off machines, when items are cold. The end part of the work piece remains with the original thickness. After that, bottom is formed by squeezing end part of the work piece in the rolling-off machine.

EFFECT: reduced weight of container and reduced manpower effort during thermal treatment and cleaning, increased strength of item.

SUBSTANCE: in tightly sealed volume of container, which has preset height and diameter, within at least 5÷10 minutes, internal pressure is pulled, which exceeds container working pressure at least 10 times, further control of deformation is carried out, final shape is memorised and registered, in accordance with which shape of bottoms is designed. When containers of the same height and diameter, which are intended for storage of acetylene, bottoms are manufactured in accordance with designed form, and prior to top bottom connection with shell, neck is welded with the top bottom. Neck is made of cylindrical shape with stepwise fastening butt end. Step of smaller diameter of this bu end is coaxially installed in reciprocal opening, which is provided in top bottom, and step of larger diameter of fastening but end, which is made according to the shape of top bottom section adjacent to it, is installed at the same section. Welding of neck with top bottom is made from inside, along external facet of smaller diameter step. After shell is fixed with bottoms, container is coaxially installed in boot according to ring shape, with cylindrical part that transfers into expanding conical support part that has certain angle of taper. After that boot along cylindrical part is fixed with shell by means of spot welding, which is evenly installed along circumference. At that certain distance is maintained of spot welding circumference from the plane of container boot support, as well as distance of this circumference to the annular welding seam of shell with lower bottom.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of manufacture of high-pressure cylinders, such as fire extinguisher cylinders. According to proposed method, thick-walled cylindrical tube blank of required length is cut off, blind bottom plate and bottom plate with neck for connecting shutoff valve are fitted relative to edges of tube blank, bottoms are upset from both sides in tube cylindrical blank to form lock joints and to provide adequate sealing of joints. Prior to fitting of bottoms relative to edges of blacks inner diameter of tube cylindrical blank is calibrated and blank is subjected to cold rolling with thinning out by reverse rotary drawing over entire length of cylindrical tube blank. Upsetting into lock joint of blind bottom plate and bottom plate with neck in tube cylindrical blank is carried out in succession from each side of blank. After cutting off of cylindrical tube blank, cleaning of blank from scale and rust is carried out. After rolling of cylindrical tube blank, it is subjected to turning in lathe to remove head.

EFFECT: improved quality of article owing to higher accuracy of manufacture, reduced cost of articles owing to reduction of material usage.

In order to crimp part in crimping machine, coupling is arranged around part in predetermined position and then it is tightened around part. Coupling and article are inserted into recess for coupling and groove for article respectively in crimping die set. Then die set with coupling and article is placed into crimping machine.
