SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building, in particular to dumper platform lifting devices. The proposed dumper platform lifting device incorporates pump (1), oil tank (4), control valve (7), adjusting valve (8) and hydraulic cylinder (9). Bode (10) of adjusting valve (8) represents an adapter (13) attached on hydraulic cylinder (9). Control valve (7) communicates with radial channels (12) in body (10) and stepwise axial channel (11) accommodating plunger (15) that features preset diametre central bore (16), the said plunger being pressed to end face (21) of the said stepwise channel by spring (17) entering central channels (18, 19) of plunger (15) and plug (20) screwed in body (10). The compression force of spring (17) can be adjusted. There are adjusting shims (24) fitted between plug (20) and the body. The loaded platform downing deceleration results from shifting plunger (15), by fluid pressure, into space (27) and ingress of fluid via channels (23).

The invention relates to the field of transport engineering, in particular to devices for lifting platform trucks.

A device for lifting platform of a dump truck, containing the pump with non-return valve, the valve flow and pressure of the working fluid, oil tank with filter and relief valve, control valve and hydraulic cylinder [1].

The disadvantages of the known devices include low reliability and the inability to provide safe working conditions, due to the high speed of lowering of the platform at different degrees of loading in case of any need of lowering, when the load is not poured or happened unilateral falling cargo, and in the case of spontaneous sinking (falling) platform in the destruction of the pipeline connecting the control valve and the hydraulic cylinder.

Closest to the claimed technical solution adopted for the prototype is a device for lifting platform of a dump truck, containing the pump with non-return valve, the valve flow and pressure of the working fluid, oil tank with filter and relief valve, control valve, control valve and hydraulic cylinder [2].

The disadvantages of this device include design complexity, low reliability, and the impossibility of providing the be the dangerous working conditions. The design complexity caused by execution of the control valve and regulating valve in one housing and the use of pneumatic devices with manual transmission to control the speed of lowering of the platform with proper hydraulic system. Low reliability and the inability to ensure safe working conditions due to the high speed of lowering of the platform at different degrees of loading in the case of spontaneous sinking (falling) platform in the destruction of the pipeline connecting the cylinder with control valve and regulating valve, which are made in one body.

The task of the invention is to simplify the design, improving reliability and ensuring safe working conditions at the unloading platform.

The technical result consists in an automatic decrease in the rate of lowering of the platform to a safe value regulating valve, the casing of which is at the same time and adapter tip of the pipeline, mounted directly on the cylinder, regardless of the degree of loading platform and in the destruction of the pipeline connecting the cylinder with valve control.

In the Central channel of the tube is placed a movable spring seat plunger, which acts screwed into a threaded hole stopper adjusting bolt for adjusting the compression force of the spring.

Unlike the prototype, in which the regulating valve and control valve installed in the same body and are connected by a pipeline with hydrocylinder is, in the inventive device, the housing of the regulating valve, which is at the same time and plug the tip of the piping directly attached to the hydraulic cylinder, and the housing has a spring-loaded plunger with a Central hole of a given diameter, which is due to the differential pressure created by the flow of the working fluid is moved in the axial direction and in the automatic mode in the operating position partially overlaps the radial holes, providing a decrease in the rate of lowering of the platform to a safe value regardless of the degree of loading and removing the lower (drop) platform in case of failure of the pipeline connecting the control valve and the control valve.

Device for lifting platform of a dump truck includes a pump 1 with a check valve 2, the valve flow and pressure of the working fluid 3, oil tank 4 filter 5 and the safety valve 6, the control valve 7, the control valve 8, the hydraulic cylinder 9 (Fig 1).

The housing 10 of the regulating valve 8 is mounted directly on the hydraulic cylinder 9, and the eat made a stepped axial channel 11 and the radial channels 12, connecting it through the tip 13 and the pipe 14 with the control valve 7. The housing 10 of the regulating valve 8 is simultaneously the adapter tip 13 (Figure 1). The plunger 15 in the housing 10 forms a cavity 27, a chamber connected with the cylinder 9, and the cavity 28, a chamber connected with the radial channels 12. The control valve 7 cable 29 is connected to the hydraulic cylinder 9. The pump 1 is supplied from the motor 30 through the PTO 31.

The operation of the device for lifting the platform car is obile-dump is as follows.

The working fluid from the pump through the control valve 7 and the filter 5 is supplied into the oil tank 4.

When lowering the empty platform hydraulic cylinder 9 is slowly working fluid from the cylinder 9 through the Central hole 16 of a given diameter in the plunger 15 and the radial channels 12 of the regulating valve 8, the control valve 7, the filter 5 is supplied into the oil tank 4. Since the difference of the pressures in the cavities 27 and 28 minor, the plunger 15 does not cover the radial channels 12 in the housing 10 and slow lowering of the empty platform does not occur.

The working fluid from the cavity 28 through the annular groove 22, the throttle radial channel 23, the radial channels 12 of the regulating valve 8, the control valve 7, the filter 5 is supplied into the oil tank 4. The lowering of the loaded platform is slowing down. The difference of the pressures in the cavities 27 and 28 decreases, the plunger 15 under the action of the spring 17 discloses a radial channels 12, providing a decrease in the rate of lowering of the platform in the transport position to safe value.

Depending on the degree of loading platform the difference of the pressures in the cavities 27 and 28 is changed (by increasing the loading pressure difference increases with decreasing load, the pressure difference decreases), resulting in the plunger 15 discloses a radial channels 12, respectively, on a smaller or larger value.

In the case of partially lifting and maximum loaded platform and destruction pipe 14 connecting the control valve 8 with the control valve 7 and, consequently, with the pump 1, the amount of the working fluid coming from gidrol the Indra 9 and passing through the Central hole 16 of a given diameter in the plunger 15 of the regulating valve 8, increases sharply. The difference of the pressures in the cavities 27 and 28 is increased so that the plunger 15, compressing the spring 17, overlaps the radial channels 12. The working fluid from the cavity 28 is supplied through an annular groove 22, the throttle radial channel 23 in the radial channels 12 and then through the damaged pipe 14 into the atmosphere. The lowering of the loaded platform is slowing down. The difference of the pressures in the cavities 27 and 28 decreases, the plunger 15 under the action of the spring 17 discloses a radial channels 12, providing a decrease in the rate of lowering of the platform in the transport position to safe value.

Valve flow and pressure 3 regulates the flow of operating fluid to the hydraulic cylinder 9 and protects the hydraulic system from overload. When clogging of the filter 5 actuates the safety valve 6 and perepuskat working fluid in the oil tank 4.
