SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to remedy and method of obtaining remedy for wound treatment. Method of obtaining remedy for wound treatment lies in the following: from fly eggs larvae are gown, which can be introduced in to wound under treatment, larvae are contaminated with bacteriophages in such way that introduced larvae are bacteriophage carriers. In order to realising said method, in particular, larvae of genus Lucilia are used. Also claimed are method and remedy for wound treatment, with tampon containing bacteriophages and soaked with larva secret on wound.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns production of items with expressed bioactivity and can be applied as healing and preventive medicine in medical cosmetology, balneology, medicine and veterinary. Method involves extraction of bioactive substances from unossified antlers at 40°C or lower temperature, conservation and gelatinisation agent addition to obtain aqueous solution of conservation agents represented by methylparaben and propylparaben. Extraction of bioactive substances is performed by conservation agent extraction to the solution by ultrasonic method in cavitation mode at weight ration of unossified antlers to aqueous solution of 1:1-10 for time period sufficient to obtain required extract concentration. Carbopol is used as gelatinisation agent and mixed with distilled water preliminarily and aged till imbibition, then neutralising agent is added in amount sufficient to form gel mass, further neutralised by adding citric acid solution to 6-7.5, and aqueous solution of unossified antlers and 1-30 wt % of water retentive component are added to obtained gel mass in portions with stirring.

EFFECT: obtaining high-quality gel based on aqueous solution of unossified antlers by ultrasonic extraction of bioactive substances.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, oncology and to be used for neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy in the patients suffering from thoracic oesophagus cancer. Said therapy is ensured by introduction of cisplatin and leucovorin, and continuous intravenous infusions of fluorouracil dosed 300 mg/m2. Cisplatin solution is introduced intravenously drop-by-drop and dosed 6 mg/m2 daily once a day within 1 hour. Leucovorin is injected intravenously jet-like and dosed 30 mg/m2. Radiotherapy involves daily fractions 3 Gy to total basic dose 30 Gy. The course dose of fluorouracil is 3600 mg/m2, of cisplatin is 72 mg/m2, of leucovorin 360 mg/m2. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy are to be started the same day.

EFFECT: disclosed method allows for considerably reduced toxicity of treatment to be continuous, treatment of the patients originally of bad performance status, for doubly reduced time of neoadjuvant treatment with maintaining high clinical effectiveness.
