The invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology and Allergology, and can be used to treat acute and chronic allergic skin diseases of various origins.

Diseases of allergic origin, associated with the perversion of the immune response, now become a social problem. In different countries and parts of allergic manifestations are recorded with a frequency of from 1 to 50% and more, on average, according to the who, allergic diseases cover about 10% of the population. In the structure of allergic diseases rank first all forms of skin allergies - 66%. (Health for all. Medicine and health // Overview. M.: 1990. edition 3; Atopic dermatitis // Clinical guidelines. Pediatrics / edited Bra). - M.: GEOTAR-Media, 2005).

In recent years in our country and abroad for outdoor applications, the use of preparations containing corticosteroids ("Alloderm", "Tselestoderm - In", "Locoed", "Advantan", "Elokim", "Polcortolon", "Foracort", "Sinaflana", "Contamination", "Lorenzen a", "Lorenzen", "Oksikort", "Triderm", "Elokim") (Register of medicines of Russia's radar. Encyclopedia of medicine / editor-in-chief Glaskowsky. - M., 2006. - 14th ed. - S. 1392), applied in the form of ointments, gels, creams. Glucocorticoids are in many cases very valuable therapeutic means. However, they can cause some side effects, including slowing down the process of tissue regeneration with the possible formation of a common ulcers, edema, retention of synthesis and accelerate the process of protein breakdown. In connection with the side effects of medications glucocorticoids only when there are clear indications and under careful medical supervision, which dramatically limits the ability of their purpose, especially in Pediatrics.

Known drugs naphthalene oil (ointments, liniments, pastes), which have a soothing, resolving, disinfectant and some analgesic effect when applied to the skin (Register of medicines of Russia's radar. Encyclopedia of medicine / editor-in-chief Glaskowsky. - M., 2006. - 14th ed.).

The prototype of the invention is "birch Tar", used for the treatment of skin diseases (eczema) in the form of 10-30% ointments and liniments (Register of medicines of Russia's radar. Encyclopedia of medicine / editor-in-chief Glaskowsky. - M., 2006. - 14th ed. - S). Has disinfectant, insecticide and at the same time, local irritant action, with long-term use may experience exacerbation of eczematous process.

The objective of the invention is to expand the Arsenal of anti-allergic drugs for external use.

The technical result image is etenia is to secure funds in the form of ointments, with a pronounced therapeutic effect for the treatment of skin manifestations of allergic reactions of various etiologies.

This technical result is achieved in that a preparation containing the active substance of plant origin, which additionally contains as a basis vaseline, pentol, beeswax and nipagin-nipazol in the ratio of 7.5:2.5, as the active substance contains a dry water-soluble extract of plant collection, containing nettle leaves, birch leaves, herb, herb, horsetail grass, violets, columns with stigmas corn, licorice roots, stems hops, taken in equal amounts, in the following ratio, wt.%:
