Cabin 14 operator mounted on the frame 1 between the power unit 3 and the upper part of the conveyor 6, above the conveyor 7 and the brush 5.

The machine operates as follows.

When working machine is moved in the direction of the arrow A.

At the beginning of the repaired section of railway track, the pick-4 ballast and the scheduler 10 ballast drives lowered into operating position. Using the scheduler 10 ballast is formed is necessary to form the ballast section. Excess ballast with rail and tie grilles are cleaned by the brush 5 is fed to the conveyor 6, and then to the conveyor 8, which transports the ballast along the machine in the memory 12. When the moving speed of the conveying body of the conveyor 8 is controlled so as to ensure its maximum load. When filling the drive 12 of the ballast conveyor 8 is stopped, the pickup 4 ballast switches to another mode of operation in which the excess ballast with rail the municipal grilles are cleaned by the brush 5 is fed to the conveyor 7, which transports excess ballast on the side of the path.

When reaching the section of the route with insufficient ballast accumulated in the accumulator 12 through ballast discharge chute with open valves slept in the appropriate places rail and tie bars. In case of insufficient number of ballast on the slope of the ballast, and, if necessary, discharge of ballast accumulated on the conveyor 8, the discharge device 11 is moved by the actuator along the machine and takes the position at which the unloaded conveyor 8 ballast gets on the transverse conveyor 13 and transported them to the side of the path.

The pick 4 ballast and the scheduler 10 ballast are located in the work area operator cab 14), therefore the operator to conveniently control the processes of forming ballast and cleaning excess ballast with rail and tie bars.

The number tsepelovo ballast is controlled by hydraulically controlled valves on the discharge chutes, the moving speed of the conveying body of the conveyor 8 and the speed of movement of the machine.

Thus, the discharge device 11 drive 12 ballast from the discharge chute and conveyor 13 mounted on the frame 1 transversely of the machine front of the drive 12 of the ballast in the direction of operation of the machine, install otgruzochnogo device 11 can be moved by the actuator along the machine, the location of its front-running carriage 2 in the direction of operation of the machine in the area of the discharge end of the conveyor 8 for transporting ballast along the machine, the location of the pick-up 4 ballast between the rear transport frame 2 in the direction of operation of the machine and the scheduler 10 ballast provides increased productivity, expansion of its technological capabilities and improving the working conditions of the operator.

The presence of the ballast pick-up conveyor 7, which is located across the machine between the brush 5 and installed inclined conveyor 6, gives the opportunity to further expand the technological capabilities of the machine and removing excess ballast with rail and tie bars on the side of the road in the case of filling the drive 12 of the ballast, thus avoiding additional passes of the machine repaired section of path.

The presence of the flanges on the sides of the conveyor for transportation of ballast along the machine provides an exception spilling ballast from the conveyor.
