FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed support comprises upper base made from solid material, for example aluminium. Lower base is made from low-elasticity rubber. Flexible elements furnished with holes are made from high-elasticity rubber. The support mating surfaces are rigidly interconnected. The aforesaid holes are arranged staggered on the support cross section.

EFFECT: reduced vibration caused by running rotor machines and devices, higher antivibration properties of support.

The invention relates to a vibration-insulating devices and can be used to reduce the vibration exposure of working machines and devices on the supporting elements (floor, Foundation, etc. of premises.

Known flat vibration-damping support comprising upper and lower bases and element located between the bases and made of elastic material, for example rubber, and with holes arranged at an angle to the plane of symmetry of the support, while the holes are filled with a material with a viscosity greater than a viscosity of the rubber, such as crude rubber (ed. St. USSR №912974, F16F 3/00, publication 15.03.1982).

However, the known bearing has a low vibration-damping properties. This disadvantage stems from the fact that the support contains elements having approximately the same characteristics of the vibration damping rubber - crude rubber. However, it is known that mechanical vibrations (vibration) effectively extinguished on the border of heterogeneous environments, such as solid - air (Petrovsky I.I. Mechanics. - Minsk, Publishing house of BSU. - S, 332). In addition, prolonged and intense vibrations from raw rubber due to severe overheating will be significantly reduced damping and bearing will quickly fail. Also known flat vibration-damping support comprising upper and lower base, made the C solid material, for example, aluminum, between which in turn are elements made of elastic material such as rubber and items made of solid material, such as aluminum, while touching the bearing halves are rigidly interconnected, and elements that are located between the bases made through coaxial holes (French Patent for the invention №1343431, F16F, publication 07.10.1963).

However, this bearing has a relatively low vibration-insulating properties. This disadvantage stems from the fact that due to the run-through holes coaxial elastic elements provide damping of vibrations in a vertical plane and provide damping of vibrations in the horizontal plane, and there are only two boundaries heterogeneous solid - air and solid.

The objective of the invention is to improve the vibration-damping properties of the bearing at the expense of achieving vibration damping elastic elements in the horizontal plane and by increasing the number of border heterogeneous solid - air and solid.

The invention consists in the fact that to solve the problem by achieving the specified technical result is a flat vibration-damping support comprising upper base made of a rigid material such as aluminum, bottom is f base, and elastic elements with holes, made of rubber, while touching the bearing halves are rigidly interconnected, characterized in that the lower base is made of viskoelasticnog rubber, elastic elements made of highly elastic rubber, and the holes in the elastic elements are made in such a way that the cross-section of support they are staggered.

The invention is illustrated by drawings: figure 1 is a support, a top view; figure 2 - cross section a-a in figure 1 (cross-section).

Flat vibration-damping bearing contains the upper base 1 made of a rigid material such as aluminum, bottom base 2 made of viskoelasticnog rubber, and elastic elements 3 with holes 4 made of highly elastic rubber. Hole 4 is made in elastic elements 3 so that the cross-section of support they are staggered.

The invention operates as follows.

Flat vibration-damping bearing installed between the housing of the rotary machine or device and the support elements (floor, Foundation and so on) of the premises.

The vibration produced by the rotation of the rotary mechanism or device with uneven or unbalanced mass in the direction of R (figure 2), is perceived by the entire plane of the upper substrate 1. From the top of the base 1, the vibration members is consequently perceived elastic elements 3 with the holes 4, which provide damping of the vibration. Due to the fact that the support contains multiple borders heterogeneous environments (several elastic elements 3 with apertures 4): solid (highly elastic rubber) air - solid (highly elastic rubber) damping of vibration will be carried out with high efficiency.

Calculating the volume of the holes 4 and the cross-sectional area of the elastic elements 3, you can pick the rigidity of the vibration-insulating supports for rotary mechanisms and devices with different size, weight and vibration characteristics.

Lower the base 2 is designed for the separation of the vibration-insulating bearing and supporting elements (floor, Foundation, etc.) premises and to extinguish the residual vibration.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for flexible fastening of equipment and instruments of ships and it can be used in other industries where antishock effective protection of equipment from external vibrations and shocks should be provided. Proposed rubber-metal shock absorber contains base, rod, two support rubber bushings, fluoroplastic gasket installed between rod and support rubber bushings, thrust rubber bushings and steel plates. Moreover, shock absorber contains fluoroplastic gaskets installed between steel plates and between upper and lower faces of intermediate housing or foot of equipment and which are pressed-in into equipment foot or hole intermediate housing. Shock absorber includes also protective polyurethane ring polyurethane washers installed and pressed-to in base. Invention provides effective protection of equipment from external vibrations and shocks, prevents transmission of natural sound vibrations of equipment to foundation and surrounding structures, ensures strength and long service life of shock absorbers and forecasting of their parameters over all axes and in time, limits displacement of equipment relative to foundation at ship rolling and at impact loads, provides possibility of simple ceiling and deck fastening of equipment with designed inner prevention of breaking off of equipment from place in case of damage of rubber parts.

The housing is made of a base whose bottom plate is provided with the central opening, side cylindrical or conical wall with opening, and plate ring rigidly connected with the wall. The lid is made of the top cylindrical member and two conical members connected with it. The top section of the lid is connected with the central bushing having cylindrical and threaded openings. The bottom section of the bushing is provided with a collar with conical surface. The flexible member comprises at least two plate rings made of an elastomer. The inner side of the plate rings cooperates with the central bushing, and the outer side of the plate ring cooperates with the surfaces of the lid and the base.

The base of the vibration insulator is secured to the base of the object by means of studs provided with nuts. The object to be insulated is set in the bushing provided with a collar. The flexible member made of elastomer is interposed between the inner side of the lid and outer side of the bushing provided with the central opening and the collar. The conical belt of the flexible member embraces the outer side of the bushing. The bottom section of the flexible member has a conical hollow. The diameter of the bottom base of the hollow is equal to the diameter of the central opening made in the base. The thickness of the layer of elastomer above the hollow and under the collar is 20-20% of the height of flexible member.

SUBSTANCE: damping unit consists of connection force-introducing elements with rubber element being pressed in between. The rubber element is represented as a cylinder with central open-end hole and blind end side holes parallel to symmetry axis. The first force-introducing element is implemented with a ring of rectangular cross-section covering part of the rubber element cylinder in a circumferential direction. The second element is in the shape of stepped cylindrical bush with its surface being coinciding with one surface of rubber element cylinder end. The surface of the second end of rubber element cylinder coincides with the surface of the first force-introducing element.

The connecting element corresponds to a connecting rod containing a head with two surfaces parallel to each other and crossed with an aperture. The aperture forms a seat for a ball joint with a fixture. The shock absorber consists of two elements of various thicknesses on both surfaces of the connecting element joined along their periphery with joining facilities. The said two elements have a shape of disks parallel to each other, each having the central aperture opening parts of the ball joint which project relative to the head. Assembly of the unit is carried in the following sequence. First the shock absorber is put on the head of the element. Further the head with the shock absorber is inserted between lugs of an enveloping fork. Finally the connecting element is fixed in the fork by means of a pin.

EFFECT: simplification of shock absorber design and increased service life of joint unit.
