SUBSTANCE: drilling rig includes chassis, mast, rotary feeding mechanism, mast up-and-down hydraulic cylinder and holder to house the rods. The proposed rig incorporates a crank coupled with the holder and aforesaid mast up-and down hydraulic cylinder and an arm fixing the mast relative to the holder. The mast is swivel jointed with the said crank.

EFFECT: higher safety, lower costs of auxiliary drilling operations.

The proposal relates to techniques for drilling, primarily to drilling machines.

A known machine for drilling of wells, comprising a chassis, a mast, rotating and feeding mechanism, the hydraulic lifting and lowering of the mast, a cassette for accommodating rods [1].

However, in the known technical solution, the cassette cannot be tilted relative to the mast, and the vertical position of the mast is the tipping of the tool from the cartridge, which leads to the possibility of injury and excessive labor costs when performing auxiliary operations while drilling. In addition, in this embodiment of the device is difficult to load a tool into the cassette.

The technical result, which directed this solution is to improve safety while reducing labor costs in the performance of auxiliary operations while drilling.

This result is achieved due to the fact that the machine for drilling of wells, comprising a chassis, a mast, a hydraulic lifting and lowering of the mast, a cassette for accommodating rods, fitted integral with the cassette and the hydraulic lifting and lowering of the mast yoke, clamp the mast relative to the cassette, with its mast pivotally connected to the crank.

Figure 1 and 2 shows the inventive device in figure 3 - location A, figure 4 permits the b-B, figure 5 - place Century.

Machine for drilling includes a chassis 1, the mast 2, rotationally-feeding mechanism 3, a cylinder 4 of the lifting and lowering of the mast, the cassette 5 to accommodate rods connected to the cassette and the hydraulic lifting and lowering of the mast crank 6, the latch 7 of the mast relative to the cassette. The mast 2 is pivotally connected with the crank 6.

The device operates as follows

Transfer tape is bonded mast from transport to working position. Secure the mast in a vertical position. Raskrepljajut tab 7, tilt the cartridge to the desired angle.

Laying in the transport position is performed in the opposite sequence. Translate the cassette in a vertical position. Fasten the latch 7. Transfer tape is bonded mast from the working position to the transport position.

Thus, this solution will allow you to:

to improve safety in the production of tripping operations;

to reduce the effort required to perform auxiliary operations while drilling.

SUBSTANCE: drilling-and-repairing rig comprises platform, pole with block-and-tackle system mounted thereon, drawworks, bracing jacks, as well as hydraulic and mechanical mechanism drives. Platform may slide in horizontal direction along rail guiding means and has rigid structure including frame provided with rollers and driving wheels. Bracing jacks are arranged at frame corners and have built-in rail grips. Two pole supports are fixedly connected to frame. Lower pole part is pivotally connected to one support. SUBSTANCE: drilling rig comprises fixed platform 1 installed on vehicle and pivotally connected with support frame 2, which may rotate in vertical plane passing through vehicle axis by means of hydraulic jack 3 mounted in fixed platform. Drilling rig also has rotary slide 5 with slopes made as hydraulic jacks 6 and mast pole 4. FIELD: drilling equipment for deep large-size down-hole drilling in rock having variable rigidity.

SUBSTANCE: drilling rig comprises chassis 1 carrying pole 2 with cable 4 pulley 3, drive 5, drilling tool 6 and bailer 7 having opened upper end. The bailer 7 includes valve 8 and hook for suspension thereof. Pole 2 comprises rotation device 10 turned by means of drive 5 and installed to rotate drilling string 11 including drilling rods 12. Drilling string 11 is suspended to cable 4 through swivel 13. Rotation device 10 and swivel 13 are movably connected to guiding means 14. Rotation device 10 is connected to cable 15 through additional pulley arranged on pole 2. Bailer 7 has well tube 12. Upper end of bailer 7 well tube 12 is screwed on lower drilling string 11 end. SUBSTANCE: machine comprises chassis and pole member having hinged connection for pole member rotation from vertical working position in inclined transport position on chassis. The hinged connection is mounted on skid installed on chassis and may move between rear position, in which the hinged connection is brought rearwards towards chassis center, and front position, in which hinged connection is displaced forwards from chassis center. Machine comprises installation drive for forced skid displacement mounted on the skid. The installation drive is preferably linear drive secured to skid from the first drive end and to chassis from another end thereof. FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: telescopic mechanical support has a stem with an eye (for hinged connection with a lower platform), an outer body with journals for hinged connection on the upper platform. The stem is equipped with slots arranged at the specified distance from each other along the entire length. Slots are arranged along a radius of a rotary shift coupled with the stem and a long key hole. An intermediate body is put coaxially onto the stem. The body is equipped with a rotary shaft, having a slot arranged along a radius of a stem coupled with it at an angle of 90, a finger, a fixator, against which a finger of the rotary shaft rests during its rotation, excluding spontaneous disengagement of a mechanical support against vibration, and also a screw dowel and a support cover. Also on the body there are slots (as on the stem) arranged along the radius of the rotary shaft coupled with it. They are arranged at the specified distance from each other along the entire intermediate body. On the body, in its turn, there is an outer body equipped with a shaft, a finger and a fixator.

SUBSTANCE: present invention offers a slingshot substructure of mobile drilling rig. In one exemplary version disclosed is a slingshot substructure of drilling rig including foundation with a fixed drill floor mounted thereon, the upper surface of the drilling floor is rigidly fixed on the working height above the foundation for drilling operation at well location at the drilling site. Besides, the composition also includes raising floor made with possibility of installation in lowered transport position for the slingshot substructure transportation to drilling site and lifting into working position, adjacent with a fixed drilling floor for drilling. Elevation of the upper surface of raising floor below elevation upper surface of fixed drilling floor, when raising the floor is installed in lower transport position. Present invention discloses a method of handling the slingshot substructure for mobile drilling rig, wherein the slingshot substructure is moved in horizontal direction above the well head equipment, so that a part of the equipment passes through the pit zone of slingshot substructure under the fixed drilling floor and sideways through the open side of slingshot substructure.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency for slant drilling rig in assembly, lifting and moving the drilling rig between neighboring wells during cluster drilling.

The mast for powered lowering of the pipe string into the well is additionally equipped with one or several winches, which lower support is located on the fixed part of the frame, and the free end is equipped with a mechanism for catching the upper end of the pipe string lowered into the well. Each jack is a combination of hydraulic and mechanical hoist for fixing the fixed part of the frame at a required height relative to the supporting ramps.
