When analyzing the dynamics of arterial hypertension was observed in group I, the normalization of blood pressure (BP) at 49.2% and by reducing the numbers 20.8% level of the first degree and by 28.4% in the second degree of arterial hypertension. In group II showed normalization of blood pressure by 13.6% mainly due to lower numbers of patients with the second degree of arterial hypertension.

The data of instrumental methods in the evaluation process of repolarization on electrocardiography showed a reduction in ischemic (interval ST) at 10.0% and non-specific changes (the T wave) 8.1% in group I, whereas in group II had a higher percentage of recourse ischemic manifestations and increased nonspecific changes the terminal portion of QRs complex by 7.8% (table 6).

When evaluating interval Q-T corrected (Q-Tc) ECG tended to lengthen this interval of 0.9% in patients of group I and in group II was not statistically significant dynamics of 4.5%, but the values of the Q-Tc did not reach its significant prognostic value (more 0,440 with1/2). The study of the vegetative nervous system infarction opens prospects for selection of treatment methods to mitigate its disorders in patients with cardiovascular diseases that can affect the prognosis and course of the disease.

We conducted a survey of autonomic status in group I before and after treatment for 10 minutes (500 R-R intervals) records kardiointervalogrammy with the patient lying after 15 minutes of rest. This indicator had a significant reduction of 54% (p<0.01), which reflected the exercise induced energy deficit and decreased battery (segmental) levels of regulation of blood flow of the heart with nadcisnienie functional effects of magnetic therapy and hydrogen sulfide baths. Index of tension of regulatory systems (SI) showed a significant increase by 31.2%, which characterizes the increase in the activity of sympathetic mechanisms of regulation as a condition of the Central loop regulation. Observed activation of the Central path, similarly manifested the increasing amplitude of the mode (AMO) 13.9% (p<0,05) as an enhancement of sympathetic regulation on the impact of physical factors, reduction of the dispersion of the R-interval durations, increasing the number of the same type on the duration of the intervals (table 10). In the quantitative analysis of the dynamics of supraventricular estrasistolii was marked by a favourable trend in the reduction of cardiac rhythm by 8.0%.

Correction of dyslipidemia is a primary objective of secondary prevention and treatment of CHD. Original to the complex treatment of patients in all groups were identified lipid metabolism in the form of hypercholesterolemia, hyperlipoproteinemias, lowered cholesterol high density lipoprotein (tabl). High atherogenic range of lipid metabolism is extremely unfavorable factor in the progression of atherosclerosis in this group of patients.

Under the influence of the treatment of patients in the two groups reported an improvement in lipid profile plasma. Reduction of atherogenic lipids nabludalos is in group I: total cholesterol (TC) decreased by 7.6% (p> 0.05), and the atherogenic index - 14.1% (p<0,05) (table). In this group marked the most favorable trend to lower cholesterol low-density lipoprotein (LDL) - 10.7% increase in atherogenic cholesterol high density lipoprotein (HDL cholesterol) 14.7% (p<0,05). Positive changes atherogenic profile, in our view, due to the influence of magnetic therapy. In group II there was a tendency to lower total cholesterol by 4.3%, LDL cholesterol by 0.6%, atherogenic index of 9.6%. The growth of atherogenic cholesterol high density lipoprotein (HDL cholesterol) 20.5% due to a nonspecific effect of hydrogen sulfide balneotherapy.

Thus, lepidobotryaceae effect due to the action of the physical factors, but significantly associated with the use of magnetoplasmas therapy and General hydrogen sulfide baths.

Pathological changes in the metabolism of lipids in atherosclerotic process are also evident by the increase in the content of lipoperoxides in plasma due to the activation of free radical peroxide oxidation with the formation of the active primary (malondialdehyde) and secondary (diene conjugates) oxidation products, providing irreversible damages is their cellular structures, enhance platelet aggregation and provoking the processes of progression and complications of atherosclerosis. All observed patients in the evaluation system of lipid peroxidation (LPO) in the resultant diene conjugates (DC) and malondialdehyde (MDA) increased performance compared with the healthy group. The high content of DK - initial phase processes the FLOOR pointed to reduced resistance of lipoproteins to oxidation and their willingness to oxidize. At the same time, the system antioxidantes protection in the atherosclerotic process is exhausted, which is regarded as one of the reasons for the intensification of the FLOOR. Enzymatic antioxidants in plasma catalase and ceruloplasmin are involved in protecting LDL cholesterol from atherogenic oxidative modification.

The antioxidant defense system was evaluated in patients according to the activity of catalase and ceruloplasmin. Source increased level of catalase in all groups was associated with the intensification of LPO with increased production of hydrogen peroxide, and the level of ceruloplasmin was reduced as a result of irreversible interaction with the hydroperoxides and the accumulation of oxidized free radicals with the depletion of this enzyme.

Thus, the analysis of lipid metabolism revealed corrective action system, including laser therapy and mos balneotherapy. In group II patients changes of coagulation and anticoagulation properties of blood also significantly expressed, but to a lesser extent, that determines therapeutic value of the mineral water (table 13).
