SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods for jet printing with the help of printer on polyvinylchloride (PVC) material, mostly on film PVC material used for manufacture of casement ceilings. Method includes stepwise introduction of material sections into printing area located in the area of jet printing head location. Application of dye with the help of jet printing head on material surface in compliance with information received by printer for reproduction of previously formed image. Treatment of material with applied dye for its fixation on material surface is carried out. Image is applied by method of cold printing without previous heating of material supplied to printing area and without heating of environment in specified area. Dye used is solvent or ecosolvent ink for jet printers. Treatment of material with applied dye is realised after material exit from printing area by blowing of material surface with applied dye by air with temperature of 14-25°C.

The invention relates to the field of printing, and in particular to methods of inkjet printing on polyvinylchloride (PVC) material.

Currently, more and more applications are materials deposited on its surface the image for artistic works, in particular for the production of stretch ceilings and wall decoration.

Know the use for these purposes, paper and fabric materials, printing an image on the surface of which is carried out according to the traditional technology of inkjet printing with full color large format solvent and eco-solvent inkjet printers.

Recently, however, for production of stretch ceilings and decorating the walls began to apply the film PVC materials, for printing the image on which method of inkjet printing it is necessary to develop special methods or technologies with which is provided the fixing of the dye on the surface of the material.

Thus, in particular, the known technical solutions, according to which modifies the surface properties of PVC material, for example, by applying on the basis of PVC material coating [KR 20020082661, KR 20020085607], resulting when the image is printed on this material is quite durable fixation of the dye on it.

Known for the technical solutions, according to which the inkjet print on PVC materials proposed to use special designed ink composition, ensuring the consolidation of this material image printed by the specified ink [see, for example, US 6602334, GB 2410705].

However, very attractive is the development of methods that enable you to print technology inkjet printing using inkjet printers using solvent or eco-solvent ink, unmodified (not treated in a special way or composition with the purpose of fixation of dye) PVC material.

The closest to the technical nature of the claimed invention is a method of drawing the image on the textile material, is described in [RU 2203994], which is selected by the authors as the nearest equivalent.

Following the above method is applied to the image on the surface of the air-permeable textile material transported through an inkjet printer containing at least one inkjet printhead. The method includes a step introduction sections of the material in the print area, located in the area of inkjet printhead, the application of the dye using an inkjet printhead on the surface of the material in accordance with the received printer information DL the replay of a predefined pattern, and the processing material coated with a dye to secure it on the surface of the material. The above processing is carried out by prisasyvaniya through the material in the print area of the preheated air, and in this way provides for preheating the material before entering it into the print area.

This method ensures that the application image on the surface of a textile material by a method of inkjet printing. However, this method cannot be applied for drawing the image on unmodified PVC material.

The task of the invention is to develop a method of printing images on negotiatedonly PVC material by the method of inkjet printing using an inkjet printer, which uses solvent or eco-solvent ink.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in the method of applying the image on the surface of the roll of material transported through an inkjet printer containing at least one inkjet printhead, comprising the step introduction sections of the material in the print area, located in the area of inkjet printhead, the application of the dye using an inkjet printhead on the surface of the material in accordance with the received printer the m information for playback of pre-formed figure, and the processing material coated with a dye to secure it on the surface of the material according to the invention the image is applied by cold print without pre-heating the feed in the print area of the material and without heating the environment in this region, as a material used PVC film material, as a dye use solvent or eco-solvent ink for inkjet printers, processing material coated with a dye carried out after the material from the print area by blowing the surface of a material coated with dye temperatures 14-25°C.

Water ink contains at least water, a quantity of water soluble organic solvents and dyestuff. Dyestuff is a pigment containing pigment particle with at least one ionisable group linked directly with pigment particle surface or through other atomic group. The quantity of water soluble organic solvents includes favourable medium or unfavourable media for pigment. Completely or practically completely, unfavourable medium does not solvate pigment. Completely or practically completely, the said ionisable group is not exposed to ion dissociation in unfavourable medium. Water soluble organic solvent is specific by maximum value of permeability index (Ka) among corresponding Ka values for the said amount of water soluble organic solvents defined by Bristow method and is the unfavourable medium. Content of the said quantity of water soluble organic solvents is from 3 wt % to 50 wt % from total ink weight. When total content (wt %) of favourable medium in water ink is identified by X and total content (wt %) of unfavourable medium in water ink is identified by Y, X:Y ratio is from 10:5 or more to 10:30 or less. Content (wt %) of pigment is from 0.1 wt % to 15 wt % from total ink weight. Ink-jet method of recording, ink cartridge, recording unit, ink-jet recording unit and method of image generation using the said water ink are also described. Water ink covers sufficient part of surface if used in small amounts, ensures excellent stability when stored. Generated image has high printing density.

This ink contains coloring substance which has area of buffer effect in the area of ink application, in quantity from 3 wt % or more of total ink mass. Additionally ink includes compound with formula (I) and/or compound with formula (II) H(OCH2CH2)pR5. Suggested ink for jet printing is capable to prevent damage of heating element surface during contact with liquid and disconnection in circuit for voltage supply to heating element even in case when long-term continuous printing is performed.
