The invention relates to medicine, namely to Phthisiology, and can be used in complex treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.

The problem etiotropic therapy of tuberculosis in recent years deteriorated sharply due to the increase in the incidence of this chronic infection and increase the number of destructive forms of pulmonary tuberculosis involving massive selection of mycobacteria.

The main method of treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis is antibacterial treatment with anti-TB drugs (Order No. 109 from 21.03.03, MOH "On improving TB control in the Russian Federation"). However, long experience of TB indicates a lack of clinical efficacy of antibiotic therapy. A significant disadvantage of this method is the rapid development of drug resistance. In addition, antibacterial, anti-TB therapy is accompanied by various kinds of toxic reactions, significantly complicating the treatment.

Studies of the medical-scientific and patent literature revealed various methods of treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Patent RU №2200562 protected "Method of treatment and prevention of diseases involving the use as a therapeutic agent hydrogen peroxide in a concentration of from 0.01 to 1.5%, are introduced into the body in the form of an aerosol by inhalation. However, no information about its effect on the course of tuberculosis of the lungs.

Patent RU №2197984 protected "Method of treatment of various forms of tuberculosis, including drug-resistant to anti-TB chemotherapy," which includes the introduction in the complex therapy of pulmonary tuberculosis immunomodulator of Glutoxim. The way the value is positive reduces hepatotoxic effects of anti-TB drugs and increases the effectiveness of anti-TB chemotherapy. The disadvantage of this method is that it provides for the treatment of predominantly productive type of tuberculosis and ineffective in destructive processes.

RF patent №RU 2188644 protected "Method of treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis," which includes the introduction in the complex therapy of Silicea in a daily dose of 10-20 mg single ingestion rate 60-90 days, the method allows to reduce the time of treatment.

The closest in its essence, and is taken as a prototype is a "Method of treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis", protected by the RF patent № 2071326, allowing for the introduction of homeopathic remedies: Goldenseal in combination with Calcarea iodine, which improves the efficiency of treatment of patients. The disadvantage of this method is the low effectiveness against the closure of decay cavities and eliminate adverse reactions of chemotherapy.

A significant drawback of the above and known methods of treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis is the lack of impact on drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It is known that the resistance of mycobacteria to isoniazid, one of the main anti-bacterial anti-TB drugs, due to the ability of mycobacteria to suppress the process of transformation of isoniazid in active form. Implemented this process katal is zoé, which oxidizes restored isoniazid (proletarienne form), translating it into the active form, capable of inhibiting the activity of enzymes for synthesis of the major component of the cell wall of mycobacteria is microway acid. Under our supervision there were 40 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were divided into two groups. The study group included 20 patients, among them 17 men (85,0%) and 3 women (15,0%). Thus, these data indicate that in patients of the main group reached more pronounced positive dynamics of tuberculosis.
