FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydro pneumatic automatic control devices and can be used in aircraft hydraulic control systems. The proposed valve incorporates a body with the pressure, control and drain channels separated by two cups arranged in the valve body and provided with aligned grooves and holes. A push rod is arranged in the said grooves to move therein. The aforesaid holes in the cups are made on both sides of the push rod to contact, by their outer edges, with the ball-like shut-off members. One of the said balls, on the drain side, interacts with a spring-loaded rod moving inside the electromagnetic drive stator. Note that in one position of the aforesaid rod, the control channel communicates with the drain line while, in the other position, it communicates with the pressure channel. There is a spring-loaded plunger fitted in the valve body of the pressure side, its end face interacting with the shut-off member on the aforesaid side. Cylindrical collars are made on the outer surface of every cup on the side of holes and aligned with them. One of the said collar accommodates on the drain side a sleeve locked in a blind groove aligned with the sleeve through hole receiving a ball. The collar of other cup, but on the pressure side, accommodates a similar sleeve with the ball.

EFFECT: higher valve tightness.

The invention relates to a device that can be used in control systems for aircraft, where required by applying an electrical signal to the electromagnetic valve actuator and by moving its organs to change the direction of flow of the working fluid from the discharge line to the control channel hydraulic mechanisms with subsequent connection of these channels drain line.

Known valve, the casing of which there are two glasses, locking bodies in the form of balls, interacting with the edges of the holes in the cups, elastic elements acting on the locking bodies by injection and drain the actuator, electromagnetic actuator, whereby the control cavity is connected to the drain and discharge (see ed. mon. The USSR №579490, CL F16K 31/02, F15B 9/03).

The closest in technical essence is a valve consisting of a housing with a discharge channels, control and drain separated, defined therein two glasses, made coaxially within their bores in which is located with the option to move the plunger, and the holes in the glasses on both sides of the pusher contacting outer edges with locking bodies in the form of balls, one of which is from the side of the drain - interacts with moving inside the stator e is ctromagnetic drive, also posted on the housing, a spring-loaded shaft in such a way that in one position of the control channel communicated with the drain, the other with discharge, installed on the discharge side of the sleeve is placed in her spring-loaded plunger, the end of which interacts with the locking body, which is also on the discharge side (patent RF №2150628).

A disadvantage of the known valves is that the hydraulic mechanisms of the control system, they can not provide the desired tightness of locking bodies within the resource required to provide a given level of reliability in the operation of the aircraft as a whole.

This is due to the following:

1. In the valve according to the patent of Russian Federation №2150628:

- set in the holes of the sleeves of the locking bodies does not provide concentric their fit to the outer edges of the holes because the holes in the bushings and the glasses are not centered relative to each other. This leads to the fact that the balls in the bushes occupy shifted relative to the outer edges of the holes in the glasses of the position, and, as a consequence, to the formation of a gap between them and leakage between the channels of the valve during its operation.

2. The valves on author. mon. The USSR №579490:

- installation of the locking bodies in the holes of the sleeves in the form of constraints on the part magnet the tion, similar to installing them in the valves according to the patent of Russian Federation №2150628, do not provide the required tightness;

- installation of the locking bodies (side drain) into the hole of the spacer, the outer diameter of the centering guide in which your shoulder sends a stop and the glass, improves the location of the ball relative to the outer edges of the holes in the glasses, but does not exclude their mutual displacement, since the spacer with the ball also has the ability to move in the plane perpendicular to the axis of the nozzle holes on the magnitude of the clearance between the outer diameter of the spacers and the inner diameter of the guide.

Reasons preventing this, the lack of known valves of a number of elements and a certain relationship between its constituent parts, as well as their execution, which does not allow to provide conditions for implementation of the specific requirements on tightness.

The technical task of the invention is to eliminate this drawback.

Tasked to ensure the required tightness by locking bodies is solved in that in the present valve, comprising a housing with a discharge channels, control and drain separated, defined therein two glasses, made coaxially within their bores, which are available with the ability to move t lcatel, and the holes in the glasses on both sides of the pusher contacting outer edges with locking bodies in the form of balls, one of which is from the side of the drain - interacts with moving inside the stator magnetic drive, can also be found on the housing, a spring-loaded shaft in such a way that in one position of the control channel communicated with the drain, the other with discharge, installed on the discharge side of the sleeve is placed in her spring-loaded plunger, the end of which interacts with the locking body, which is also on the discharge side, according to the invention on the outer surface of each of the glasses with side holes and coaxially with them is cylindrical piles on one side of the drain is installed with the possibility of fixation through the hollow bore of the sleeve, and this bore is made therein coaxially with the through hole of the sleeve, in which is placed the ball on the shoulder of another glass from the discharge sleeve is made and installed placed in its hole with the ball, similar to the sleeve from the side of the drain.

The essence of the invention is illustrated in the drawing, which presents his General scheme.

The valve includes a housing 1 with channels discharge, control and drain, separated, and placed on elektromagnitnyi 2. In the case set two glasses with 3 coaxial performed within their bores, which are available through the centering sleeve 4, the pusher 5, moving his butt off bodies in the form of balls 6 in contact with the outer edges of the holes 7 of cups 3.

Left the ball 6 from the side of the drain communicates with the rod 8 supported by a spring 9, moving inside the stator 10 of the electromagnetic actuator 2.

The right ball 6 on the discharge side communicates with an end face of a spring-loaded plunger 11, placed in the sleeve 12, also located on the discharge side.

On the outer surface of each of the cups 3 side holes 7 and coaxial with them is cylindrical clamps 13, on one side of the drain is installed can be locked by means of a blind bore 14 and the sleeve 15, and this bore 14 is in her coaxially with her through hole 16 in which is installed the bulb 6. The collar 13 another glass 3 on the discharge side is made and installed, the sleeve 12 is placed in its hole 17 of the ball 6, similarly to the sleeve 15 (side drain).

The operation of the valve is as follows. In the absence of an electrical signal pressure of the working fluid and the plunger 11 with a spring, acting on the right ball 6, press it to the edge of the nozzle holes 3, thereby decoupling the channel in the management of channel discharge. In this case, the pusher 5 press the left ball 6 and the spring rod 8, whereby the control channel is connected with the sink. When enabled, the electromagnetic actuator 2 piston rod 8 moves left, the ball 6 to the right until it stops at the edge of the hole 7 of the left Cup 3, thereby blocking the discharge from the control channel, while the plunger 5 moves right ball, opening the access of the working fluid from the discharge channel in the control channel.

Due to the fact that the shoulders 13 on the sleeves 12 and 15 is coaxial with the holes 7, respectively, and their blind bore 14, respectively, is made coaxial with the holes 16 and 17, are provided with the concentric arrangement of the balls 6 relative to the outer edges of the holes 7 of cups 3 and, as a consequence, the required tightness shut-off bodies.

Thus, qualitatively improves the efficiency of the hydraulic mechanisms of the control system and the aircraft in General.

Numerous studies valves made in accordance with the proposed scheme, fully confirmed their advantage in comparison with the known valves.

There is a gap between the armature and solenoid core exceeding the shut-off member travel. Aforesaid solenoid represents an armored electromagnetic valve incorporating a special cylindrical pole. Between solenoid core and armature provided is a non-ferromagnetic flexible plate representing a ring with radial cuts arranged on the ring inner side to make teeth bent towards the said armature. Perforated diaphragm is arranged between aforesaid armature and shut-off member and linked up with them. Diaphragm radial rigidity exceeds it axial rigidity. Diaphragm angular rigidity around its lengthwise axis exceeds that around radial axes.

SUBSTANCE: solenoid valve has locking group, inlet and outlet pipes, heating element and switch. First switch input is connected with common wire of on-board power system. The second switch input is linked with power line for solenoid valve heating and connected to anode of first diode. Cathode of the first diode is integrated with cathode of the second diode and connected to the first winding of solenoid valve. The third switch input is connected to power line for solenoid valve switching on, linked with anode of the second diode, with the first end of the first relay and with triggering input of univibrator. The second end of mentioned relay is connected to common wire. Univibrator output is supplied to the first end of the second relay winding. The second end of this relay is supplied to common wire of on-board power system. Timing input of univibrator is connected with central contact of relay group of the first relay. Temperature transmitter is connected to circuit-opening contact of relay group. It is mounted near solenoid valves windings. Inlet pipe is linked with locking group connected with outlet pipe. The second relay group of contacts for the first relay is connected with common wire of on-board system, with relay group of contacts for the second relay and with the second valve winding. Relay group of the second relay is connected with the first solenoid winding. It is connected to common wore of power supply and to cathodes of the first and the second diodes.

EFFECT: reliability enhancement; reduction of material consumption and improvement of serviceability.

FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: electropneumatic valve incorporates a body, an actuator, an electromagnet with an armature and a latch. The said latch is fastened by a pin and interacts with the armature step. The actuator is furnished with a con-rod. The pin axis is shifted relative to that of the valve, the amount of the said shift is subject to a particular rod diameter-to-pin diameter ratio. The latch longer arm has a slot perpendicular to the valve axis interacting with the con-rod. The proposed invention describes another version of the said electropneumatic valve design incorporating one more pin to fasten the latch.

EFFECT: higher reliability thanks to possibility of testing the valve operation after assembly.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves and accessories and is designed to control the higher-pressure working medium feed in liquid- and air-operated systems. The electrically-controlled metering valve has a body with inlet and outlet channels. The body accommodates a spring-loaded electrically-driven plunger. The said plunger drive is made up of two spaced apart electrical coils connected via a control unit to a current pulse generator. A moving plate magnetically-coupled with the said coils is arranged between them and connected to one end of the aforesaid plunger. The other end of the latter accommodates the inlet channel shut-off element. The plate is made from a non-magnetic material with a specific ohmic resistance allowing generation of eddy currents in the said plate on feeding current pulses to any aforesaid coil.

EFFECT: valve faster response to control signals, higher reliability and expanded performances.

SUBSTANCE: solenoid-operated valve comprises housing (1) with supplying branch pipe (3), piston type servo drive made of piston (6), hydraulic cylinder (7), spring (13), charging opening (14), and relief opening (15) mounted in guiding pipe (16). The face of pipe (16) is overlapped with sealing disk (28) mounted on the bottom of bushing (17). Bushing (17) is made in face (18) of a hollow conical electromagnetic armature. SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic valve contains body with inlet and outlet branch pipes, electromagnetic drive with control winding, lower and upper heads, main valve and pilot valve. Main valve is made in form of a piston with forcing aperture and flow channels. Pilot valve is controlled by pressure of above-piston hollow of the main valve. The main valve is made of magneto-soft material, and is an element of differential magnetic system of electromagnetic drive and contains a rod in the center of the piston. A recess is made on the rod. The recess is forced into the zone of lower head during opening of main valve. In the moment of insertion into the zone of lower head the recess ensures change of direction of magnetic flow over the pole and fixation of plunger when the valve is fully open. The pole is made on the lower head on the side of main valve. An aperture is made in the central rod of main valve in axial direction. A pusher is mounted in the aperture with organized working space. The pusher provides control over the slide of the pilot valve.

FIELD: instrumentation engineering.

SUBSTANCE: circular passage is made in monolithic blank in form of bath where non-magnetic ring is placed; ring is preliminarily divided into equal parts which are rigidly secured and are connected by welding. Similar clearances are checked and joints are made by vacuum soldering. Non-magnetic ring magnetically divides body over perimeter of conical surface into two parts forming equal areas of surface; side walls of non-magnetic material are located orthogonally relative to this surface. Proposed method ensures enhanced reliability of connection of two parts of electromagnetic valve body by vacuum soldering through non-magnetic ring, thus providing for electromagnetic isolation for enhancing magnetic action on armature.

SUBSTANCE: method and device are intended for control system operated by gaseous working medium. The method consists in the following. With the switched off electromagnetic drive windings, the armature is set at its travel centre, and, during drive operation, electromagnetic forces are induced on the armature each side in turn. Here, air being distributed is forced to blast the electromagnetic drive stator and windings to create equal in size and opposite-sign forces acting on the armature along its travel. The distributor is made up of two concentrically located cylinders jointed by a connector in their central zone. Coils with windings are arranged between cylinders on both sides of the connector with a gap for air to pass through. The smaller diameter cylinder accommodates a cylinder rod making a dual-action armature with blind holes on its every end to accommodate the springs resting against the covers, thus retaining the rods with an equal clearance relative to covers. The cylinders walls have two rows of inclined holes symmetric relative to the connector jointing the cylinders.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises sleeve with step outer side and axial passage that receives two cylindrical collars of the step slide valve whose third collar is provided with face stop. The outer side of the smaller diameter of the sleeve is provided with the first and second grooves interconnected through the axial passage. The outer surface of greater diameter of the sleeve has two chamferings whose surfaces are connected with the axial passage through openings. The first collar is arranged near the face of the slide valve opposite to the stop to define a control chamber, is provided with two flat chamferings, and is made for permitting cooperation with the ports of the first groove in the sleeve. The second collar is separated from the third collar by a groove and is made for permitting cooperation with radial openings of the sleeve. The first groove is open from its face, and the ports of the second groove are connected with the space defined in the axial passage between the collars of the slide valve.
